Broker in between introduce by website made it impossible to rebook flight in practice. Those website are very practical to look for flights but unless they give you the company direct you are better off switching to company site and book it there. Given it is a Japanese airline and all, it is normal for them to be Japanese-centric. We had an a-hole sitting in front of us at 51F during our flight to Narita and he was trying hard to argue with us in English, and even told us to move to another seat. When I had the flight attendant (her name is Sako on flight JL736 on Jul 26) over to discuss (in English) she went to the guy in front of us and started apologizing to him. For what??? She then came back to us speaking in Japanese and brushed the issue away. Sorry, no this was not acceptable, even though my fiance was okay with the situation."

Pros: "My flight was postponed or delayed as the airline like to call it until the next day due to Narita International Airport closing after 11pm! First of all I didn’t realize major international airports closes especially with a airplane still on the runway! After our flight was “delayed” Korean Airlines scrambled to get us into hotels. This process was very poorly organization and many of us non Japanese speakers were left very confused because they kept forgetting to interpret what they said into English. I had to keep reminding them. We had to stay in long lines throughout the process which took up at least 3hrs. On top of that we waited at least 45 minutes the day after to get our new boarding passes! I was so over my trip to Japan by then and very disappointed with how Korean airlines handled the situation. I will most likely not take Korean airlines again and it will be a long time until I take another trip to Japan."

I asked to change flights in Fukuoka so I wouldn’t miss it but I was told then I wouldn’t be able to take my connecting flight in Incheon???? Even though it was Korean Air??? Fukuoka lacked any information when our flight might come or if it would possibly be cancelled. Got to Incheon near midnight, I then waited for three and half hours in a line to rebook for the next day, and when they helped me they gave me a ticket. They said they couldn’t give me any hotel accommodations because of all the missed flights, but didn’t offer some other compensation. I didn’t get a voucher which I saw other people in line get. When I asked to upgrade to business class( I was willing to pay the extra money) I was told it was too expensive for me. After my trip I will never fly Korean Air again."

Pros: "I was recently on flight CI054 from Auckland to Taipei, with a short layover in Brisbane (my final destination was Incheon, South Korea. Due to fog in Brisbane, the flight was diverted to Gold Coast. After arriving in Gold Coast we had to take a bus to Brisbane. It's kind of a long story, but basically I will say it was handled well for the most part my China airlines. Certainly, fog was not there fault and they did everything they could to accommodate passengers, including putting us up in two very nice hotels."
Cons: "The one complaint I have is when disembarking the plane in Gold Coast, there was no China Airlines personnel to be found anywhere. Nobody on the plane knew what we were doing - who was supposed to get on the bus and who was supposed to stay. The Australian immigration authorities and Gold Coast airport staff took control, but again, China Airlines staff had completely disappeared. Nobody was there to tell us whether we should collect our luggage, how to get an appropriate visa to enter Australia, where to go to get on the bus (or even if we SHOULD get on the bus). I was really frustrated at the point, but other than that, I would say they handled it quite well"

Cons: "The only thing I seemed to have a problem with was the volume and clearness that came out of my headphones. Although the headphones were provided by the airlines, the volume came out a little unclear and kind of scratchy. Other than that, everything was great."
Pros: "The planes were very clean and in good working order. The crew was excellent. We had a very short connection but were met as we got off our first flight in Seoul and given great instructions about how to quickly get to our connection through security while our flight to SFO was being held for 15 minutes. The food was very good, choice of movies and TV excellent. Our bags made it to SFO despite the short connection. All in all I couldn't ask for a better way to make a 20 hr trip to the other side of the world."

Cons: "The international transfer process at Manila airport was the worst I’ve ever seen. They had about 20 people standing at a desk for about 90 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on. In that time, nobody was released to go to their gate, but they wouldn’t explain what was happening. There were about 10 airport staff standing there, mostly doing nothing. The process was inefficient, to say the least. There was no place to sit, no toilets, no order to any of it. In most international airports, after you deplane, you just walk to your next gate. There seemed to be no logical reason for that awful experience. It would have been much faster to go through customs and then go through security, walking directly to the gate."

Cons: "There was an extra layer of normal security check at the HKG gate 15. The male team leader, probably in '50's, with two bars on his shoulder was extremely rude to the passengers. I was at the front of Economy class when a female Asian passenger walked up in the Business class ilne. He naturally tendered to her first and let her and directing her to a lower security ranking staff t the other side of area. All fine and dandy. But seconds later, a Caucasian male walked u,p indicating that he was with that female Asian, the security guard got real mad, shouted at the Asian woman who by then was some 20 feet away that next time she needed to tell him he was with someone. When it was my turn to go into the secured area, there were to guards available standing side by side, a male and a female. He let me and pointed toward the two guards. I asked him which one, he didn't answer. I asked a second time, "Male or female", he still didn't answer, just pointed his finger toward the two guards. His attitude was totally unacceptable."

Cons: "On arrival on 10th Sep at SFO, I found one of my checked-in baggages was missing. This made me bit worried. I made a complaint to airlines staff there. Some inconveniences caused since I kept my needed cloths in that bag."
Cons: "Our flight from HK to LAX we were told that the pilot refused to wait for us even if we arrived in HK from cebu at 11:35 of July 29 and our flight to lax was at 12:05 .Cathay couldn’t do anything about it. We were billeted in a hotel far from the airport with free breakfast but no lunch was provided and the earliest flight they could give us was scheduled at 16:35 of Juy 30. Upon returning to the airport I asked a cathay staff regarding provisions for lunch but I was told there’s none.Overall our trip both to and from LAX were very uncomfortable and inconvenient. I hope Cathay will do something better in situations like we encountered. As of this writing I and my husband are still at HK airport waiting for our flight to LAX."

Cons: "A good half the plane was first class and business class. (This was a 15 hour Hong King to Boston flight.) They handed out a fancy menu with 4 entrees but by the time they got to economy only pasta was left. We did at least get a small bottle of water; on our outgoing flight they doled it out in meager glasses. When boarding in Hong Kong we had to go through an additional security check between the gate and the plane (that was a first...) and had our water bottles confiscated. So we were reliant on what they would give us on the plane. Seats were tight, unlike some airlines that give you a little extra room. Wouldn't fly again unless their price was a real bargain."

Pros: "1st - boarding at hongkong was a pain. You line up at security just to transfer/transit. Then another line up to get inside the boarding area where they again check your ticket and boarding pass. Then theres another line at the gate where they scan your boarding pass. Just when you think you're done, there's another line right before you enter the plane where they check all the hand carry of the passengers. Overkill! 2nd - the crew - not very friendly at all. I noticed they spent more time chitchatting with the caucasian in front of me than with the rest of the asians around me. No smiles for the passengers - not even when they lined up to say hi and goodbye. They were just going through the motions. When they answered the call lights of the ladies in front and beside me, they were curt and abrupt. It was a good thing i didnt need them for anything. Then i happened to go to the restroom and i saw them chatting among themselves in the back while the bathroom was a mess. 3rd - seats were ok, but were narrower 4th - food was hot but the dinner wasnt appetizing at all - some kind of meatball/mashed potato slush. I could only eat less than a quarter of the entree. The breakfast was ok- egg was ok, the bacon was soggy and the sausage was not salty which was a plus. 5th - a lot of movie choices! Helped pass the time quickly"
Cons: "I was NOT able to choose our seats, so we couldn't sit together and were in the last two rows, in middle seats! It also took us 15 minutes to jog to the opposite end of the airport to just make our connecting flight. I would not fly with Cathay again!"
Pros: "Our plane was an A350 equipped with a new entertainment center. The captain was able to get our flight in early. Unfortunately, because of weather/immigration problems at the destination, we weren't able to disembark for another 90 minutes. But I think the cabin crew handled this well, handing out both drinks and snacks. The captain also kept us informed, and also seemed to play a role in negotiating with the airport authorities to allow us to disembark at another gate. Otherwise it may have been a longer ordeal."

Next time I hope they work better with the customers to make sure we know what is going on. But this is a small complaint on my part."

Passengers with seats in the front and the middle are blocking the hallway of the aircraft which force the passengers with seats at the end waiting with a long line.The Cathay flight from NY to HKG handle in a much better manner. They let the passengers with seats at the end go in the aircraft first so that these passengers will never blocking the hallway or making any long line.Hope the flight to New York can improve in this aspect."
Pros: "The Denpasar Airport had been closed for days due to Ash/Volcano Agung, so luckily our Flight departed as planned, and on time. Was easily re-assigned a new seat (middle to aisle) at the gate. The staff was attentive and courteous."
Cons: "We had a roundtrip ticket from Denpasar to Bali. We were in Thailand when Bali's Mount Agung erupted and called Cathay Pacific requesting our fees be waived to change our return flight from Denpasar, Hong Kong, Newark to Bangkok-Hong Kong-Newark. Cathay Pacific said the fee to change our flight is $350, and plus the difference in the new ticket price. That option was very expensive. We were very stressed about returning to Bali due to the High Alert warnings. The Denpasar Airport was closed for days -- and our request was not unreasonable."

All I wanted for food was no meat; I didn't expect it would have no ice cream and no real food. I should've, could've taken one of the options on the food list and push away the meat myself."

Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"
Cons: "Cabin crew was poor in English communication skill. I remain skeptical how the cabin crew could effectively communicate to passengers in the case of an in-flight or ground emergency. Pillow covers were filthy. There were body fluid stains and long hairs stuck to the covers. I went through and rejected four of them. Inflight service was good but there was an unwritten Cathay Pacific rule that I was not aware of.........each passenger is restricted to two alcohol beverage drinks in any one hour period."

Cons: "Though nothing completely egregious, my interaction with crew on the flight were the worst I have ever experienced when traveling. The first was after attempting to go to the bathroom mid-flight. This was an 11 hour flight. I'm not sure whether the captain forgot to turn off the seatbelt sign during the middle of the flight or if he anticipated turbulence, but the seatbelt sign was on for at a minimum, 45 minutes. After waking up I had the urge to go to the bathroom and walked back to try to get there. Once close to the bathroom a flight attending pointed in the other direction and said "sit down and put your seatbelt on." I expressed that I had to go to the bathroom and he again just repeated "go put your seatbelt on." I stood for another few seconds in disbelief that I would really be turned away from using the bathroom in the middle of a flight and during this short time of standing there he again repeated: "go put your seatbelt on." I would like to stress that there was absolutely no turbulence at this time. Whether or not this is protocol and any attendant would have told me the same, the attendant could use lessons in how to properly speak to people by having a better tone AND saying please. Explaining the situation would also be helpful instead of just using your power to command another adult to do something. After returning to my seat, I saw multiple other people also try to get up to go, who received the same fate, so it was obvious he was trying to adhere to the rules, but clearly if the fasten seatbelt sign has been on for over an hour at that point, you should be able to be an adult and put the situation in context; people need to use the bathroom on a long flight. My second poor interaction was at the conclusion of the flight. I was listening to music on my phone and hadn't heard the captain announcement that we should begin to prepare for landing. On ANY other flight I have EVER been on, the crew will come around and verbally ask people politely to put their seat up, return trays to their stored position, and unplug any USB electronics. One of the crew, without asking me first or even making eye contact, came up and unplugged my phone from being plugged in and manually put my seat up to upright position and walked away. This might seem like a simple thing, but you should NEVER touch someone else's property. Further, to place me upright without warning was extremely rude. If this flight had been the only flight I had with Cathay Pacific, I would never fly with this airline again, because it would have seemed to me that your crew lack social skills, are impolite, and may have language barriers. Luckily, my trip was round trip from NY to Bali and as such there were multiple connecting flights, and I had good experiences on all the rest. I really wish I had gotten the name of the 2 individuals I had a poor experience with, as I don't think they will help you in securing future customers."

Cons: "We were scammed by Kayak and Cathay Pacific. We had entered all our information correctly: first, middle, and last name. Cathay Pacific did not print the middle name of the boarding pass. Apparently, Hong Kong is strictly on the passport exactly matching the boarding pass. We were stopped before security and Cathay Pacific decided it was the perfect opportunity to charge us $400 for a rebooking instead of amending the name, which we had entered correctly in the first place. We were pushed back and forth between kayak and cathay when kayak told us they weren't able to change the name on the day of the flight. Will never fly cathay or book from kayak again."

New flight was not direct like the original one so there was a layover in Vancouver. I was supposed to get back to New York on February 2nd at night, but arrived around 6:00am on the 3rd. This was a major inconvenience since I had school 3 hours after I arrived and then work. I would suggest to not have arriving flights and connecting departing flights less than hour and thirty minutes to two hours apart. Only for delay issues."

"I'm not really sure what the difference is between Economy and Premium Economy on these long-haul flights, especially when the plan isn't very full and people in Economy can lie down across an entire row. The seats in Premium Economy are a bit bigger, but you can't recline or lie down and I'm pretty sure we get the same food options as regular economy. You get a little goodie bag that you don't really need. Also, there is really no point upgrading to business class on the short flights with Lufthansa. The seat size is the same as the rest of the plane. So, you're paying $50 or so for a pretty small snack/meal and a curtain between you."

They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."

Business class was oversold as a result, and boarding was delayed for an hour while they waited for enough BC passengers to accept 800 euros for the downgrade to economy plus. They repeatedly threatened to cancel the flight rather than raise the offer. Eventually enough knuckled under and we were allowed to leave. Some no doubt missed connections because of this petty brinkmanship. The funny coda is that because the plane was so undersold, anyone in economy that wanted their own row could have one, while economy plus was packed with the embittered and downgraded."

(BTW, most people travel on weekends so ya may want to consider providing customer service then...duh). The email never came. I will never book with Kayak again."

Flying from Munich- The entertainment screen was broken, completely unusable. After a hard reset by the flight attendant several times... Still broken. She said she thought it would fix itself once we were at cruising altitude. Nope. Notified the flight attendant who said vaguely "I'll see what I can do..." Never came back to check, never got offered any sort of compensation (even something like a free mixed drink would have been nice), offer to move seats, nothing. So- ten hours with no entertainment/nothing to watch, just a malfunctioning screen. Food was mediocre. We boarded late, and left almost 1 hour late because they had to wait for an employee (who was not working, just getting a ride back) to board. Literally there and back with Lufthansa was a fiasco. On top of it, we have been back for 3 weeks and are still waiting to hear back from Lufthansa customer service. Apparently they only communicate by email with complaints. Not over the phone. So after repeated emails, just radio silence. Terrible airline."

Cons: "The seats in Economy were the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in for such a long time nine and a half hours. All six of us found them to be uncomfortable. No seat bottom cushioning. I had a back pain. Boarding started with the First Class and Business Class first. It took an additional 20 minutes for Economy class to start boarding. The line was very, very long and interfered with other travelers in the airport terminal. "boarding area to Frankfurt was cramped" When we arrived in Denver, only five Custom Agents were on duty to process our arrival passports, although there are 14 control stations at Denver. It appeared as though the Custom Agents were not aware of the arrival of the Lufthansa 747 nor the one that followed. All other Custom in Europe were much more efficient and move people through quickly. What a bad first impress made by the USA Customs people."

The airline did not open the gate area until 1+35 prior to the flight (advertised 2-hrs prior), and did not put anyone at the gate-desk until 1-hr prior to departure ...and they still could not help us. Boarding was disorganized; Lufthansa appeared to board by different groups, but there were no announcements as to which group(s) should board. Instead there was just a large crowd milling about, waiting to push their way to a gate agent. Very un-German."

Pros: "I have a servere hearing problem and was concerned (since we were late leaving Zurich for my changeover in Frankfurt), that I would be late because I can't hear any loudspeaker systems (either on planes or in airports). I felt that I could get easily lost between flights and not have time to get to the Frankfurt/Denver flight. I told this to the person at the gate in Zurich, and he immediately arranged for someone to meet me in Frankfurt and take me there. I was met by Maika in Frankfurt and she was just excellent--personable and efficient and really helpful. I'm sorry I couldn't remember the name of the person at the gate in Zurich. He was also great. I wouldn't have done this if I had had more time, but this really made my day (and my flight!) ! Thank you!"

Cons: "Seated near and next to me were about 9 German men who had begun their vacation to Colorado in the airport bar prior to the flight. I was seated in a middle seat "J" (I believe) in row 37 or 39. The men were receiving from the stewardesses repeatedly two glasses at a time and kept going back to the galley and getting two glasses of wine at a time Although they were loud, congregating in the aisle around rows 37 and 39 they were not limited in what they could drink. The two on either side of me were disrespectful of my personal space and were very inappropriate. I got up and went to the galley behind my seat to ask the stewardesses to get me another seat. During this time the guys kept coming back to this galley for more wine still taking two at a time. The stewardesses explained that the plane was full. Others complained also. I then asked the stewardesses if since they were over serving these guys, would they trade one of their jump seats with me. At this point they cut the guys off and got the pursar. She talked to them and ignored my personal safety concerns and said no one gets on a plane drunk (yeah, right) and that they would now behave and were asleep. That's why they are still talking at the top of their lungs and standing in the aisle? I asked. I wish I had video recorded this, I did not as others with kids in the aisles across from me did. I hope their videos go viral Not impressed with Lufthansa"

In fact, NO GATE AGENT the entire 4 hours. After finally boarding my flight, the captain apologized for the delay because of a two hour delay in another city. Numbers don’t match - sorry. Then he announced we needed to di ice. No problem. Safety first. He said no longer than 30 minutes. One hour later we were on our way. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Air Canada - very disappointed."

Cons: "My flights were so behind I missed my connection for Toronto to Tel Aviv and was rerouted to London and then Frankfurt but the plane was late getting there as well. Air canada had no crew on the ground and over and hour wait for customer service on the phone so i had no way to find out what my reticketing status was. I was passed off to numerous other airlines and sent through the airport to the incorrect terminals in heathrow causing another missed flight. Air canada did not accept the responsibility to maintain my reservation and get me to my destination efficiently. Even when I spoke with a phone representative the person was rude and never sent confirmation of my flights so I had no reference point for flight numbers or air lines. All of his added up to more than 13 hours of delays on what was already a 24 hour trip. Worst travel experience of my life."
Cons: "we took off 3 hours after our actual take off time due to the cargo door not closing. we sat on the plane and they kept the exit door open causing very cold air in the plane. the door should have been closed to keep the heat in. for the 3 hours we were not given or even asked whether we might want coffee or something to drink or some kind of snack, they gave the business class something tho."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours, caused me to miss my connecting flight in Vancouver. I landed at 6pm and they told me my flight would leave at 8am the next day even through multiple flights were available to get me to portland that evening."
Cons: "Late flight the crew did.t care and many people missed connections. The customer service at the airport desk was understaffed slow and rude. They we're not helpful in trying to get new flights booked and I felt like it was asking a huge favor even though it was Thier delayed flight that made me miss my connection."

Cons: "Inability to check in online and via machine in transit. Cheap flight gets you cheap service. My entertainment console did not work and had to ask crew to reboot it. Many others had same problem. Food is below meh. My travel was Air Canada all the way but portions provided/partnered with Alaska Air. I was not able to check in for both portions of my travel from HKG to YVR to SEA."

Cons: "The delays were horrible!!! Had 4 flights with them. Seattle to Vancouver, Vancouver to Beijing, Hong Kong to Vancouver, and Vancouver to Seattle. Seattle to Vancouver was delayed so long that we almost missed our connecting flight to Beijing. Because of that delay our baggage missed the Vancouver to Beijing flight and we had nothing for 2 days!!! It was a hassle to get some kind of compensation and just having to wear the same clothes for 2 days. Also the Hong Kong to Vancouver, and Vancouver to Seattle flights were also delayed"
Pros: "The gate agents were polite and the boarding was relatively smooth. Food was fine and flight attendants were Excellent!!!"
Cons: "First point of contact was incredibly rude. First she told me she couldn't find my reservation. Once she did, she gave me a lecture about my married name. Next she refused to let me take my carry on bag saying it was too large even though it fit on all flights to Montreal. Once I proved it would fit with the luggage sizer she had moved on to another customer and ignored me for 10 minutes while I stood there even though my boarding passes were printed. When I got to the flight, I found it could have been gate checked but there was no need as the flight was NOT FULL and my bag fit with no problem at all in the overhead bins. In 35 years of flying this was the worst experience I've ever had."

LBP airport is the most inefficient airport in the world, always wait forever for my luggage with lots of rude staff everywhere. Some 400-600 people were trying to leave the airport through two lines to pass off the last sheet which is unnecessary. They should take a lesson from other airports like Hong Kong and Singapore. Absolutely despise going through Toronto airport as well as Air Canada gates when departing."

Cons: "A male flight attendant was unwelcoming when I finally got to the plane (being late was not my fault). Did not want to help looking for a spot for my normal size carry on. When I pointed out one above him, he left my bag there and just walked away. I am 69 years old, 5'1"."
Cons: "previous flight was late so we had to be rebooked. The line was insane with 3 agents. The 3rd said go to the other 2 lines. The second went on break leaving one agent. A manager came down and gave the sorry here is our corporate email speech to two girls in line but left without acknowledging all the rest of us waiting. It was a mess. When I got my ticket she was like here you go without explaining anything or a sorry. When I asked for a few details like am I in a hotel overnight or when do I leave she gave me an eye roll. When I got to the plane after traveling all day and waiting extra hours there was an empty row right in front of me. I tried to lay down but the attendant made me move because I hadn't booked comfort plus even though the flight I booked I would have been in Denver hours ago. Things happen but it's all how you deal with it and air canada does not deal well."
Pros: "Prompt and courteous. The Embraer was not new, but in good shape. Entertainment was minimal - especially in comparison to the Dreamliner we flew from Europe to Toronto. The flight from Toronto to Denver was about 4 hours long, but the only included refreshments offered were sodas, water, or juice. Air Canada could do better on the food front. (Other food was available for purchase.)"

Cons: "It was a short flight, but it was still very cold. I didn't ask for any changes because of my previous experience, so I just wrapped up as well as I could and bore the chilliness. The crew was less than friendly."

Cons: "The gate changed 4 times and there was confusion at final boarding. The Toronto airport TSA agents have absolutely no manners and need to be retrained or fired. Traveling has become very stressful and try make it worse. There was a Hispanic girl, heavy set with curly hair yelling at us to approach the scanners. I talked to her asking her to be gentle with us because we'd just flown for 7 hours and are suffering from time zone changes. Another yelled at my seatmate about his travel size after shave. She was a black Caribbean. She snapped at me about the importance of security and that he was rude for saying he didn't care that she'd throw his stuff away. I told her that he said he didn't care because he's tired and quite frankly, a trail sized aftershave that she doesn't approve actually doesn't matter and is nothing for her to get worked up about. Her colleagues were all staring at her as she started throwing her weight around and making unprofessional nonverbal noises. Then there the room where you weight for your name on the screen to appear if your number is 1 or 2. The people in there are extremely gruff. There was only one Hispanic woman who took my slip of paper that had my pic who said please and thank you. Then when you go to customs to get your passport signed, the guy at counter 10 starts arguing with me for no reason. I put 1 family member on the customs form. He asked if anyone is traveling with me. I said no. He clarified that one should mean an additional person and not just me traveling. I said it wasn't clear and I didn't know. But he decided to get argumentative with me about it until I said ok and walked away. Your TSA process is a nightmare. I did not experience that at Heathrow, Vienna, Or Tel Aviv (all places that have recently experienced terrorism). I didn't even experience it in my arrival town Denver. Toronto TSA is very very poor."
Cons: "We had a terrible time trying to get in contact with Air Canada. We spent literally hours on hold and multiple times we hung up without any answer. Customer service needs to drastically improve."

Pros: "I've been taking this flight for many years. The flight times, crew, and boarding process are all excellent. The food is always very good for a plane flight with plenty of options. When awake, the new seats are a pleasure and I especially appreciate the extra storage areas."
Cons: "By definition, this flight is long-haul with the necessity to sleep on it. In executive class, they have recently changed the "seats". The old ones were too cramped (narrow) for a 6 ft guy. The new ones are not only narrow but the table that telescopes down restricts the vertical height when the seat is fully down. It is literally impossible to lay on your side. This was a horrendous design and unacceptable for a sleeping flight."
Pros: "Comfortable seats in bulkhead, large overhead cabin space, friendly staff, lots of water offered"
Cons: "No extra blankets available. Would have preferred more Asian cuisine on HK/Toronto flight. Staff too busy with full economy cabin, so not responsive when pressed call button. Movie and TV selection not as extensive as Cathay, though kids same games much better."

Pros: "Aircraft too crowded, travelling last year on Air Canada from Vancouver to Sydney on a Boeing 777, seating was 3 - 3 - 3, very pleasant in economy class. Flight from Vancouver to Hong on a Boeing 777, seating was 3 - 4 - 3, very crowded, narrow seats, almost everyone shoulders touching, aisles very narrow. On the inbound journey a few hours our of Hong Kong the announcement was made, that all the toilet holding tanks were almost full, please do not go to the toilet unless one had too, Where else could one go?. Would think some than twice to travel on this flight again. Cathay Pacific use same aircraft Boeing 777, seating was 3 - 3 - 3, aH that's better."

Cons: "Air Canada SQUEEZES 10 seats across on this 777 (I've never had more than 9 on any other airline) and it is very cramped and uncomfortable (you'd better like your seat mates because you will be rubbing elbows and shoulders with them for many hours, especially on this 12 hour flight. They have very little leg room as well. This is the most miserable long haul airplane I have ever flown on, and I fly a lot. Discount airline planes are more comfortable than this one. It was over an hour after we had our meal until they got around to picking up our trays."
