For whatever reason they had me go to the end of the line even though my ticket was for business class. I wasn’t upset, byt just a little confused. Other than that everyone else was pretty polite.

Old, uncomfortable seats. No in-seat power. Weak entertainment options on tiny screens. 3-4-3 configuration means no seat is a good seat. No legroom. I hated my experience on thus airline and will work to avoid on future trips to Asia. Paid $200 for two bulkhead (NOT exit row seats) and flight attendants hassled me about where I kept my carry-on tote bag. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Food was excellent at least some of the time. And pretty good the other times. It was also nice to get slippers/
Overall fantastic trip. Food great, Seats great, inflight entertainment great!
