They were not keeping folks distanced from each other, they did not make sure that all the passengers had masks (I understand that people might take them off in flight briefly to drink etc but there were people that walked right on without masks on at all) The flight was FULL. They did a full drink/snack down the aisle thing ensuring that everyone packed into that small space would all be taking off their masks at the same time (if they still had it on in the first place). Cons: "I arrived at HNL nearly 2 hours before my flight. The check-in procedures at HNL were very poor. There were not enough operating machines to help passengers check-in. In fact, there appeared to be more non-functioning machines .than working ones which created a huge backlog of passengers. We then had to wait in another long line to have our bagged checked and boarded. This was one of the worse situations I've seen in a very long time."
Cons: "Employees seemed like they didn’t like working for American. Flight was delayed and nobody informed us about it until it was past the past the boarding time. Missed connecting flight and booked on flight 5 hours past original departure time. Sat in an aisle seat and stewardess kept bumping my arms."

To my surprise, there had many open space when I walked in the plane. The worst thing was my brand new suitcase was torn. The guy at the counter didn't want me to check in my bag because it was 58 mins before my flight. The lady at the station really helped me and let me check my bag."

Anothers' seat locked up all together and an attendant had to play with it for a long time to get it to an upright position. Another woman's phone slipped back under the cushion and she had a most difficult time retrieving it."

My boarding pass didn't print so I was put in a main customer service line where I was 5th from the front. It took the two agents 35 minutes to get to me...which seems way to long. Employees seem irritable and unfriendly, non helpful attitude. Plane does not have entertainment unless you purchase tablet on a 6 hour flight. No meal service.. Each time I fly American it feels like an inconvience."
Cons: "I missed my flight because on the kayak app it said my flight left at 8:20 am and even said it was on time. When I got there it left at 7:20 instead and so I missed it.. You need to make sure it says the correct time on your app.. I ended up catching another flight to Seattle and spent the night in the airport and got to salt lake a day later. My family is out of state and it screwed all of our schedules up."
