Boarding was confusing and disorganized
The movie selection did not seem extremely varied.
Food was excellent, frequent and filling
The seat was not comfortable compared to my prior leg of the journey. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean, I understand that it's not the sole responsibility of the crew and passengers need to be mindful too.
Fairly nice flight. 7 hours AMS to JFK. They had ice cream cones for us mid flight and an after dinner cognac if you wished.
Not a big fan of paying for a few extra inches of leg room in a better seat after paying for a ticket.
She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks.
Food excellent. Cabin crew friendly and professional. Also very attentive.
Cabin got warm at the end of flight. And because I am usually cold, I can only imagine how warm others felt

Great service and timeliness.
I wasn’t offered earphone headset so I could not enjoy entertainment.
The Crew was very helpful, they were always around and offering all kind of help.
The food was very cheap, we had no choice for a better offer. We were hungry and had to eat.... The seats were changed at the last minute, we were very upset!!! We did our confirmation on line and get our seats assigned. When we got to the airport we were surprised that they changed them.
