Again the crew was amazingly polite.
I had to sit next to a very overweight person and it was super uncomfortable.
Like the Vesel, confort and crew where on point They where only airline that actually , gave something to eat at no cost , an example of what we used to have with Americans main airlines
Honestly it was our best flight , You should take Note ant get back to basics !!! Sometimes in most cases good service outlast, values and shortages, I️ believe that American Airlines should strive to take and maintain the lead as the leaders we are in the world

Only some flight attendants spoke English even though we departed from an English speaking country, headphone jack stopped working an hour into the flight

I guess San Francisco ATC (Air Traffic Control) decided the plane couldn’t leave San Fran until way past our take off time. Then it takes two plus hours to get the plane here unload and refuel and rest. So I missed my connecting flight to Redding. Which meant I had to fly to Sacramento. Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION
Boarding was organized and prompt. Crew was fantastic.
Flight was to short.
The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again.
The cabin was way too cold. Audio beeps (fasten seat belts) are too loud
