I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A

The experience with United Airlines was excellent; however, the experience with Houston Intercontinental Airport (IAH) was horrible. Although our flight departed from Terminal B, we had to go through security in Terminal C and then get on a train for travel to Terminal B. Additionally, there was significant walking required to get to the boarding location.

Unbelievably smooth boarding at IAH and the flight attendants were top notch.

We flew business fares. Was amazing. However, the check in didn't offer business fares preboarding which is less hectic. 8/10 due to this. Staff compared to Canadian carriers go above and beyond. Would gladly fly United again.

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.

My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

Apparently the WiFi you buy on on one flight doesn't carry on with connecting flights.

Once again, flight was delayed from Houston to ELP by three hours. The last two-three times were flight crew scheduling issues causing significant delays and a stay over. After traveling internationally for business and needing to drive an hour home after landing close to midnight, this is an unsafe situation when exhausted. United has went from a preferred airline of mine to one of the worst due to reliability. As someone who had to get a new passport because I filled it up pre-pandemic, I still ONLY travel because I have to and not because I want to (leisure) because of the consistent subpar experiences. The United lounge closed at 9pm, so we had to sit in general boarding without working power outlets. Thankfully, the lounge had excellent service, abundant quiet space, and improved food selections.
