Its fantastic!!I like the food the serve in EVA air😊

Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.

everything was so good! Especially Food. It was the best I've ever had! However,I requested to add mileage point to Star alliance group ANA; it hasn't been added yet.... 😞

The crew very accommodating and food too is good. Keep up the good work

The crews are very efficient. Other airlines should learn from them when it comes to boarding and departing from the airplane. They also display efficiency in serving meals. They don't keep the aisles blocked for hours like some other airlines. The food is poor. Generally the food was unrecognizable and poorly prepared. The only thing that made it better than US flag carriers is that there was a fresh fruit bowl with each meal.

Very good service and food. Crew was professional and considerate. Cabin and restrooms were kept clean

Flight Attendants could have been nicer and food portions could be bigger.

Great experience, comfort and food is delicious. Always great service and one time

The food from Los Angeles to Taipei made me throw up. The flight is also not comfort. But the staffs are very friendly and nice.

I have never heard of EVA air before but I am so happy my wife and I were able to flight on their planes twice. Everything on these flights just felt better than their competitors. As someone with longer legs any bit of extra leg spaces is appreciated. The different options for food and drinks were also a plus. They were extra careful to make sure my wife's eating restrictions were taken care for. They had a before take off and landing announcements on the built in tablets for each seat and it gave out information that was very helpful. Such as what and how to declare your items in the specific country you landed in, any odd items that may be illegal to bring it (and even the reasoning why) and any other information you might need to make your post flight experience better. The only downside was there were "forced" ads on the tablet at take off for maybe 5-10 minutes but honestly, this flight was the cheapest option and had all the benefits listed above that is such an easy trade off. Im keeping an eye out for EVA air going forward.

Leg room wasn't that great. Other than that it was a good flight

Close to excellent. The only problem is when I try to charge my phone on the USB in front of my seat, the battery level is decreasing rather than increasing. Why?

If my return flight was not so much better, I would have given an excellent review.

They downgraded me from premium economy to regular economy and me had 2 major lay over and had to have an emergency landing due to engine failure mid flight Don’t use them worst experience I have ever had still dealing with the trauma

Seats in the absolute back row of the plane even though we booked ages ago :( Crew was awesome though

The only problem was my connecting flight to Chiang Mai on Hong Kong express that I booked through Cathay Pacific was canceled and I was never told about it. I was rescheduled on a flight 10 hours later. Very long day at rgr airport in Hing Kong after a 13 hour flight but that's OK, I understand things change but I think I should have been told. I would have prepared myself for a long wait. Great flights all around though. Thank you

Overall pretty good experience. It would be nice to have caught the attendants even they were flying down the aisle with snacks, and if they could cater to multiple dietary restrictions (bland and no lactose. The customer service chat is a bad experience), but otherwise no complaints.

There was a flight attendant named Angela who took care of me because I injured my foot badly right before the flight. Because of the service she provided I will always fly Cathay.

I am Vegetarian also has Gluten free food. However they gave me chicken and fish which is gluten free, but i am a vegetrain and i requested crew Hindu meal vegetarian, they said they will come back. .but they never showed up even i asked 2nd time. They could have compensate. I also request airline industry to have another option Gluten Free for Vegetarin people as well. Because Vegetarin people will have gluen issue...

they are deley vancouver to hankong 3 hour after honkong 20 hour stay there honkong not visa approved and they cant help to visa so we are stay in airport 20 hour even honkong staf very bad person they cant do for us 6 hour we arround they said you there you go there waste time next time i dont want to go cathay stay in honkong

Lately I like the planes have been exceptionally filthy. There’s lines of dust and dirt all across the ceiling in the vents, and the cracks in between the seats are literally full of food. It’s definitely not the quality of service that I was used to with United. I’m also very disappointed with the Wi-Fi! All I wanna do is knock out a few work jobs while I’m trapped in my seat And it spools so bad. They did provide me with a refund, but the process of getting that refund is so complicated. It’s unfortunate.

Crew was excellent. This was a relatively long flight though and had very little leg room, and no entertainment.

The newer screen was super cool and had the option to watch many different shows or movies. Crew was polite and helpful. However again, many children screaming bloody murder and kicking my seat, and parents doing nothing about it as usual.

Plane was crowded and even when we hit altitude, the plane was hot, not enough air flow.

Flight was delayed and missed my connection Lufthansa didn’t respond.

the delay for 3 hours was understandable due to weather conditions but the flight should’ve provided some on flight compensations or at least provide more food.

United could have one single once of customer service. No human United employee would help me with the invalid mileage plus number, they said I had to speak with the computer.

Overall it was good. I missed my connection but I was put on another flight.

Although the flight was delayed the crew and the flight itself were very good. Couldn't fault anything and after the disappointment of being abandoned in the US by BA it was a welcome relief to travel with United

Boarding experience was smooth. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. Entertainment system on the Houston-Edmonton flight did not function for passengers on the left side of the aisle. On the bird's eye flight from Quito to Houston, they should not serve a meal. No one needs to eat after midnight and it is disturbing for those passengers trying to sleep.

I would like to get my money back. I flight was 4 hours late on the way to detroit, And same on my way back to Brussels they cancelled my flight and give me an other ticket and i had to wait 5 hours.

All attendents were very efficient, pleasant and happy. Everything went smoothly. The seats could have been wider. There could have been more free food instead of just one small bar.

My seat was one of those that couldn't recline, but the problem was that it was abnormally upright, so the headrest actually made the seat concave, which was uncomfortable and hard on my lower back. I had to ball my jacket up and use it as lumbar support. goodness I had it with me.

Boarding was so so after zone 3 was called all other zones went in

I liked a lot , the flight attendant so nice ,the seat very comfortable I enjoyed the flight , I will do it again with Air Canada,

Plane left an hour late, I missed my connection and my bow case was never even loaded on the plane in VA. I deal with this type of nonsense everytime I fly air canada.

For goodness sake, board from the back of the plane to the front and assign overhead space. It would fix everything. Seriously.

Elderly female flight attendant was not customer friendly. There were only about 12 people on a regional jet that had about 60 seats. There were 8 exit row seats and none of them were taken. We attempted to sit in those seats and the flight attendant gave the standard " you didn't pay for those" so she would not allow us to move. What harm would that have caused ? They assigned seats to 5 of the 12 people in 2 rows, row 20 and 21. A simple friendly customer experience gesture of allowing us to sit in exit rows would have gone a long way in me having a very favorable impression on Air Canada. After that I have very poor impression of Air Canada and will not fly with them when I can avoid it.

It was a smooth flight both in the sky and landing!

Pearson Airport could not properly handle all the passengers who they needed to process in order to properly get them on board. As a result, I missed the departure of my flight from Toronto. The only saving grace is that Air Canada found a flight that only delayed me by one hour. However, this was no thanks to Pearson Airport!
