No folding options. One of our friends has a back pain problems and got stuck for 5 hours. There were seats available upfront and Manager Gina could simply change our seats instead of dry “there is nothing I can do” I am not recommending this airline."

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

Sat on tarmac for over 2 hours because no one thought to load luggage of a couple hundred people or de-ice the wings for the sprinkle of snowflakes that terrified London. Cancelled our first flight to London a few hours before we were to leave home and after two hours on the phone, we were instructed to cancel our remaining flights and purchase a connecting flight to our destination ON OUR OWN DIME with the hope BA May reimburse. Had to fly into another COUNTRY, pay for our own hotel room and transfers and got to our final destination a day later, with only crossed fingers BA will take care of some of those expenses or at very least reimburse for the cancelled flight. They Lost our luggage on the way home because of a 2-hour delay (tarmac story above^), because they involved 3 airlines in their efforts to help us connect back home. Staff and crew we saw face to face were great to help...though not all customers shared that experience as we witnessed. Administratively, based on our 2 weeks of multi-country travel with them, BA seems to have lost the ability to manage themselves. 2.5 hour flight from Rome to London has terrible service and we had to ask for water to drink. Everything else was paid...I’m accustomed to that on regionals Euro commuter flights but very surprising on a full-fledged BA plane covering that distance. So many extra inches given to the thirty folks in first and business that commoners get sardine seats across the pond to America. That being said, the seats themselves are plenty comfortable withthe exception of arm rests that do not fully position upright. BA used to make you feel incredibly fortunate to fly with them. Now, I appreciate the crew who worked very hard to make-up for such an ugly delay on the ground and in baggage and flightbmanagement. The rest left me with a migraine."

It took a while to get to the terminal."

I, of course thinking my bank had put a hold on my account because I was outside the US, called them to find out why it was declined and was told they had no idea and they did even see the $2.00 charge go through and therefore it wasn't declined on the bank's end. The way she handled it was awful, no discretion. I was visibly ill and just needed something warm to help me feel better. Needless to say I will never fly BA again and will let my company know how I was treated."

Cons: "We booked an overnight layover flight and seemingly that confused all airports systems that we are unable to check in for both of our parts of the return flight. This meant we were not able to select our seats very far in advance for a return flight and initially my husband and I were seated separately but thankfully kind people on board were willing to switch with us. The gate check person in Dublin also on this in our bags to Boston but luckily caught her mistake within a couple of minutes and our bags didn't make it to our correct home destination on our flight back from Europe. We were never prompted to make any specific meal selection restrictions so my vegan husband was not able to eat anything on our flights to or from Europe. The flights were both kept very cold and of course the space and economy is quite tight."
The power outlets did not work at all, the wifi was spotty, there are no TVs, and the seats are way too narrow. As a positive, we did get in pretty much on-time.
Boarding and flight was smooth. Arrived 35 minutes early. Crew pleasant.
Dealing with customer service was a terrible experience. Our flight was changed by the computer system to a different flight a full day later, and we were given no option to change it. It took us a full 6 hours of waiting before we could actually talk to a human on the phone to help us get it fixed. Then we had to talk to customer service at the airport as well which was a 90 minute wait. The employees were wonderful and helpful when we talked to them, but the wait time was unacceptable.
The reply O gave before was meant for last leg of my flight from Tokyo on American Airlines to Dallas Forth Worth Intl.
There was no entertainment and again, the seats were very cramped and uncomfortable.

Well turns out they make you jump through so many hoops that your travel insurance fee is useless. I sent a letter to Allianz (the company that handles the travel insurance) and blasted them for their insensitivity in a difficult time. Going forward, I will not be purchasing travel insurance in the future. It may sound irrational but if you think about it, travel insurance is the tax on gullible people. You hear travel insurance and one assumes that if you spend the extra money on the insurance and something comes up, you can at least get much of your money back. Don't count on it! It's a 1/1000 chance they will do the right thing so the odds are not in people's favor. If you want to be smart, use the money you would have spent on travel insurance on some pre flight cocktails at the airport bar. Air travel is hellish enough without scams like Allianz!"

We raced, not stopping to grab a snack or drink thinking we could get something on the plane since the flight was 3.5 hours. Got to the gate and found this incredibly long line to board. The gate agent ignored those of us who paid for zone 1 boarding and just told everyone to board. We finally boarded and got comfortable, taking off about an hour late. After all that, the flight attendant announced that they had no food or drinks but if anyone wanted a bottle of water it was $2.99. Will never fly Frontier again."

Pros: "Not trying to be hurtful, but not much. The people sitting next to me were nice. The temperature was fine. Nice takeoff, flight, and landing. The seating in the terminal was comfortable."
Cons: "The boarding was completely disorganized. The crew unprofessional. I overheard one crew member say to another "What is it with these Denver weirdos?". Then they complained about work and passengers the rest of the trip. I was in the front row and they must've assumed I couldn't hear them. I could. I know you're trying to reduce fares and making it an more a la cart experience, but $2.99 for a can of soda? Having to avoid the pile of ice that was dumped by the flight crew into the bathroom sink when i washed my hands wasn't very pleasant. The chairs are still incredibly uncomfortable, even in my "stretch" seating assignment ($35 poorly spent on my part). This trip made me rethink the cost benefit of taking Frontier. Flying United or American may be worth the extra money. And that's coming from someone on a tight budget. I used to enjoy flying Frontier and love taking a plane in general. I surely didn't this time."

Cons: "Absolutely awful experience. Arrived 3 hrs ahead of time to check luggage and the line was wrapped all the way around the airport. No one working to direct the lines. Only 3 people working to check luggage the week before christmas. Almost missed our flight because the line was so long. Was advertised as some free seating options but when checked into flight 24 hr ahead of time had to pay $16 a piece for middle row seats at the very back of the airplane. Flight was delayed 3 hrs because one of the flight attendants did not show up. Will never fly frontier again."
Pros: "Yes, on Frontier you have to pay for any extras - more cushy seats, baggage beyond carryons you can fit under the seat, beverages, food, etc. However, the price of the flight is worth it, even if you add on baggage charges. And a direct flight is priceless."

I also wasn't aware that you had to pay for your beverages and snacks. I've never flown on any airline that makes you pay for those things."
