Cons: "CRJ200 planes are always a bit cramped, and having to gate check anything bigger than a small purse is an inconvenience. Hopefully the fleet will change over to the Embrair planes soon. Beware 'Basic' flyers (cheap tickets): you are not eligible to take an earlier flight even if available."

Cons: "Connecting flight from JFK to DCA was moved from approx 2:30p to nearly 8p, making our layover 7+ hours, as opposed to 1-2 hours. No reason for this change was provided. Delta crew member in JFK was rude and unhelpful. The second agent (who ultimately booked our standby tickets for our original connecting flight) was more pleasant."

Pros: "My flight was canceled and I don't know when or how much I will be refunded. The flight was canceled due to "maintenance" and they booked me on a new flight...for 16 hours later on the NEXT DAY. That was not acceptable for me and my travel companion since we have work today. There were no other flights and rental cars were scarce. I was able to book us tickets on a bus, and incurred costs for the bus tickets and the transportation to the bus stop. I want to be compensated for those costs AND refunded for the price of the ticket."

Once I got back to Austin, my husband had to drive all the way out to the airport to retrieve my bag because they were not able to give it to me in Dallas. It was a huge inconvenience all around."

Also quite a bit of heavy turbulence the entire flight. Not ideal for an 8 hr flight. I’m lucky I brought an external charger and some xanax. Never again"

Pros: "The United staff and flight were great, no complaints. We arrived a few minutes too late for my partner to check in with his luggage so they even arranged it so that he would be able to still catch the flight but the luggage would be sent on the following flight. Definitely saved us from the stress of having to be split up and worried on when there would be room for him to catch an alternate flight."
Cons: "My complaints are with Newark airport (EWR). The AirTran took over 10-15min to arrive and when it finally did we had to get off and wait for another one which didn’t have space for everyone so a group of us had to wait even longer for the next one to arrive. A guy said he missed his flight last time that happened. They had more trains going to the parking lot for customers leaving the airport than they did for people catching their flights! Then there was only one security check in line, even for expedited check in. Despite allocating extra time for our overall commute, we still made it right on time for boarding so make sure to give yourself PLENTY of time when dealing with EWR."
Pros: "The United flight had a great entertainment package (movies, tv shows, etc). The flight attendant who sat in front of us was awesome,and fun to talk to. She gave us some great tips about things to do while in Athens. The food was good (for airline food)."
Cons: "The flight from Newark to Athens was interesting. The flight changed gates at the last minute. The plane was towed to the new gate, then we found out that it was going to be delayed an additional hour due to required maintenance checks. Actually, I don't mind the additional maintenance checks, I want to arrive alive! We arrived in Athens 90 minutes after our expected time. We got seats in the exit row, however, we couldn't really enjoy the extra legroom for 2 reasons: 1) The exit hatch was right in front of my girlfriend who was sitting near the window. She couldn't extend her feet without kicking the door (I big no-no at 35,000 feet). 2) Our row was right in front of the bathrooms, so I had constant traffic bumping me in left shoulder and lines of people literally standing in front of me for the majority of the flight while waiting for their turn to use the bathroom. They are stepping on my feet constantly or passing gas in my face (I wish I was kidding)."

We were removed from our flight without warning due to a mechanical problem on there end causing us to miss our next flight. So instead of rebooking us they just kicked us off and we were left to fend for ourselves over the telephone where we were told we can't be rebooked. They also didn't want to give us a refund but travel credit instead!!!! Yea right!!!! NEVER flying again with Frontier. THEY SUCK."

Use the overhead, 35$, or get a cup of coffee or a soda $3.95. Try to change a flight - $150/ passenger. Want to sit by you partner $12 a person for seat assignment, and on it goes! Pilots and crew were good and we arrived safe. I only use them if I have too."

Cons: "I am allergic to dogs and cats. This is a growing problem for me because it seems that the rules are looser and people keep a pet on their lap and service animals are increasing. There were two on board ( One not a service animal, the other one was) and I spoke to the gate agents who were mostly uninformed and unsympathetic . There is an overall lack luster with everything about FRONTIER and I get the no-frills / buy what you need concept, but there is no accommodation for people with serious allergy, and there is an increasing ability to get the certificate to have a service animal for just about any malady it seems. I respect the need for a service animal. However the passengers who have to sit in an airplane with recirculating air with dander are largely misunderstood. I asked to speak to a FRONTIER supervisor and there was no one to be seen and I got a stock answer from the gate agent in Orkando who was chewing gum so hard, it was difficult to have a conversation. Eventually I gave up my good seat to go further back from the animals who were seated up in front rows. That makes it worse when you have to pass by them to get back to your seat. And again, the gate agents were not helpful in getting me on the plane pre-boarded. Yes I take medication and sometimes I am OK and for the record, there is no truly "hypoallergic dog" for me. That is the excuse I also get. It is tough to live with when people around you do not understand . I was also recently deplaned on United airline because of this problem. I cannot stop flying it is always something now I have to worry about until I get to the gate. I do not wish it on anybody but if you had the reaction of welts itching and swelling it would be better understood as something that needed to be addressed by the airlines. There is no customer service number to call with actual humans to talk to. No one works at the desk during the middle of the day to take concerns or phone calls???
