In other news, AA’s morning food options are incredibly lame. It’s almost as if they don’t want to sell any food. Finally, can come one tell me where to buy stock in those mediocre little Biscotti cookies they (and every other airline) pass out for free? Must be KILLING it!"

Cons: "Why did aa.com make a connection with alaska airlines? I had to LEAVE the airport to switch termknals, go through security again, then my luggage never made it to the next flight."

Cons: "The guy sitting next to us. He was very messy with his own airport-bought food all over the floor. And very restless and up and down the entire flight."

Cons: "AA seats are very small and narrow. The reclining part was uncomfortable. I prefer legroom and comfort at Delta Airlines."

Cons: "The crew was rude, the entertainment system was broken, there was 0 leg room, and it took hitting the call button 4 times to get water after beverage service (the second time they walked up, turned it off and walked away). I vowed to never fly American again after this flight."

Cons: "Rushing from gate to gate after sitting on the tarmac for 30 minutes after not having anything to eat on the four hour flight from PHL. Not being able to get anything healthy because the layover was reduced from 40 minutes to 5. GIVE US SOME FOOD DAMMIT!"

Pros: "Quite new plane, clean. Some of the staff were friendly."
Cons: "Flight was delayed vecause there was no pilot for one hour. We missed connecting flight and ended up with several delayed flights, so our 11 hour trip turned out to be 32 hour long. Also, they messed up with food order, but after some time they managed to bring suitable food from business class. Some of the staff was unfriendly and whining. And our party of three was scattered around the plane, other families sitting nearby too. A little bit greedy company selling seat selection option when they could arrangeit nicely, but just don’t do it in order to get few people to pay for otherwise normal thing."

Pros: "The Boeing 787 from LAX to Auckland was noticeably more comfortable than the Airbus 321 I flew to LAX to start the trip. Food was actually good!"

Pros: "Not much to like. So disappointed especially that I paid a premium to flight during holidays to Paris. The plane was so old it still had ashtray casings and the old crt TVs that hang from ceiling. Seriously in 2017 a transatlantic flight like this brought me back to the 90’s (sans the nostalgia)."

Cons: "The seats were not as good as the ones on my BA flight to Heathrow and then Rome. Also, cross country flight but no in flight entertainment. Arrived early in PHL and American would not let me move up to an earlier PHL-SFO flight since it was a code share booked with BA. Should not be my fault as when booking it indicated all four of my flights were with BA. Once booked it indicated the return flights were code share with AA. American should have allowed me on the earlier flight. That would have opened a seat on the scheduled flight which had people waiting on standby."

Pros: "The crew were wonderful! Everyone was polite and accommodating. The entertainment available was on point. The food was both tasty and offered often."
Cons: "The seat were ok. There was not enough legroom, but honestly no airline has enough unless its business of first class. The Wi-Fi availability was misleading, though it did not advertise that it was free."

Pros: "The flight was done by American Airlines. The airplane was quite new. Entertainment in all languages and food in the norm"

Pros: "I had a weapon to check and found that one of the case locks had been broken. With only minutes to spare a Huntsville TSA bag checker donated a personal padlock so I could make my flight. 5 stars."

Cons: "Sitting in premium economy still doesn't giive enough room to spread out papers and get work done. Out of four segments I only got upgraded once despite having 16 upgrades in my account."

Pros: "The gate agent was having a bad night because she did not get a break. I am platinum pro and would not upgrade me because she said I was not on the list but she put 2 people in first who were not even advantage members"

Pros: "Airline counter worker in Philadelphia reeassigned my seat twice so that I can get a window seat with no one next to me (thanks!). Tons of films on the free entrainment system."
Cons: "Someone attempted to claim the seat next to me and the flight attendant allowed him. Luckily he moved elsewhere after I objected. There were plenty of other empty seats."

Pros: "The row I was in was spacious, I'm glad that I paid extra to move closer to front of plane and then paid extra to get an earlier boarding. I would recommend seat 13C for these types of flights. Legroom was good and I was comfortable."
Cons: "The entertainment program was a bit glitchy towards the end of my flight, but I slept inside. Maybe check all screens and such because it wasn't really registering when I would push the buttons."
