Staff was friendly. Food was so-so. The economy seats are probably some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat in. The headrest kept falling down which has happened multiple times before on Virgin.

I booked a virgin flight because I like the hospitality of the virgin crew premium economy is fantastic but I was put on a delta flight witch is nothing like a virgin flight
Pros: "I travelled on economy delight, flight was fully packed, yet it felt spacious and comfortable. Lightning was great. Food was yummy! And pilots gave us updates on air travel, and if there were any delays etc."
Cons: "Nothing. Had a great trip!"
Pros: "Very friendly crew. We boarded about an hour before so we were ready to go well before time."
Cons: "The economy seats are not that comfortable and the screen for entertainment is sometimes difficult to use."

Cons: "First time flying with a partner through Delta, so they stuck us on a Virgin Atlantic flight meaning I didn't get my free Delta check in bag (a fee of $60 each way) when I have gotten it every other flight I have ever taken with them. It was also 2 whole hours late in boarding."

Cons: "Nobody was sat in the overwing emergency exit row seats for the whole flight (so nobody had been briefed on how to use them) and the tray tables for these seats were down during the flight effectively blocking the emergency exit in the event of an emergency. Potentially very dangerous"
One of the flight attendants named Crystal was so happy, always had a smile for everyone, it was such a change from the stoic attendants I’m used to in the past. Thank you Crystal

All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.
Pros: "Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness."
Cons: "Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili."

Cons: "My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor"

Cons: "The plane was extremely old and in poor repair. The seats were extremely close together. The inflight entertainment system, wifi and passenger electric outlets were all non-functional. Even the wastebin in the lavatory was full and an extra bag was put on the floor."
Using the wifi system was nice. Being able to actually connect to the internet, send and receive emails and text would be nice.
It was a smooth, uneventful ride. The staff was very friendly. The overhead compartments were a little small for my hiking style backpack, but I made it work.

Cons: "The seats were pretty cramped even by today’s standards. It felt more like a frontier or Ryan air flight in that regard. Glad it was only about a 2 hour flight. I’m only 5’4”, I don’t require a lot of room, but my hips were killing me from lack of leg room. Can’t imagine what it’s like for taller people."

Cons: "Every.single.time I take this flight we sit and wait for upwards of 30 minutes for someone to be available to park/unload the plane. The wait is so consistent it’s ridiculous."
Cons: "When boarding we were suddenly told that we're not allowed to take any carry-on and all this without prior notice as far as we knew. They just told us bluntly, our tickets are not eligible for any carry-on which ticked us off and they wouldn't budge."

Pros: "The flight attendant from HSV to ORD was really funny! I don’t know if it was planned or intentional but he definitely had everyone’s attention!"
Cons: "The flight was booked through Jetfly and I tried to change the date. I ended up losing the entire ticket. No flight, no money. I talked to Jetfly at least 8 times and they kept confusing things, delaying things, and were not very helpful which caused me to miss any available flights."
Cons: "Maintnece delayed our flight for nearly 3 hours. We remained aboard the parked plan for this time span and not allowed to get off of plan."
