There was a certain guy in American Airlines his name is AAROON who tried to charged me for 246 dollars so I can fly from Dallas to DJT Palm Beach International Airport ; wherein it is not my fault why the flight is delayed so why do I need to pay ? I insisted my rights and told me to contact the company who booked me. But upon taking to Japan Airlines people they said upon checking I don’t have to pay additionally. So please check your people who does so things like this to passengers.
The best part was the staff. They are kind and gracious and made it a good flight.

Our flight was canceled, then they moved us to a different flight number yet we didn’t receive notifications timely. We had to find out the latest on our own / later AA sent a text with the updated info..
They didn't tell me they changed my flight. So I got confused on what happened to my flight.
It was just a short flight. The crew was nice. No major issue.
It was good overall. What I liked most was the restrooms. Compared to other airlines, the restrooms seem larger and look clean. The seats also look clean. The attendants are nice, except one time during the flight. I was sitting on aisle and a man sitting window. He asked an attendant for a snack. She told him to go ahead and get some snack from the section with food storage (I am not sure how it is called). So, I had to get up to let him get out from his seat. Why she did not bring him some snacks so that I would not have to move, I do not know... I was kind of surprised how inconsiderate the attendant was.
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.
Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
The flights with ANA were great. The flights with United, not so much.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
They are very helpful and friendly. The entertainment is great with many choices. They will refill your drink and there is plenty of meal service. I’ll fly with them again when I transit Tokyo.
Boarding was quick and efficient. The food was very good and they had pictures showing you what options there were to avoid misunderstandings.

Again the ANA flight was canceled. Rebooking with Vietnam air was not good. Vietnam air is sub standard. Will not use a third party booking, like kayak again.

The WiFi on the plane was out. I also thought movie options were lacking.
They changed my seat assignment from window to middle. I have a physical need to sit by the window because of spinal issues. I unboarded in pain, I also was placed between 2 very large men. I am very disappointed and now dealing with the physical aftermath.
These Delta 717 jets are ancient. No entertainment and you have to pay for WiFi that barely works and goes in and out the whole flight. Delta should be ashamed flying this garbage.
The crew were awesome and ready to help as much as possible. The gate agent in Atlanta was tremendously helpful. The delays were ridiculous. Getting home at 4am when I could have driven home faster was unimpressive. Being delayed for countless hours through the night wasn't a great travel experience.
The staff and crew were wonderful. The delays were atrocious. The missed connections problematic. Getting home at 4am and having to go to work at 8 am, not a great situation. The gate agent in Huntsville was amazing. She helped everyone efficiently and with excellent problem solving skills. Her communication was helpful, timely, and thoughtful.
My seat was changed without my consent. It wasn’t a major deal but annoying.
Entertainment is ok! Boarding and seat with zone is terrible. I paid for the seats but you didn’t give me what I paid for which is exit isles.
Flight delayed then cancelled. Misplaced luggage. Still do not have. Rented car 1100 mile drive. I had to buy some overnight Hotels clothes toiletries gas food at my expense. Still not home. Not sure where luggage is. Over 4 hours on hold to Felta
After all the weather issues at least they got me to my destination the next day
For a 17hr economy flight it wasn’t bad at all, thankfully it wasn’t a narrow body plane.
Simplicity of boarding and corporate interactions were all totally positive and simple, brief, organized and clear. No regrets at all. I will favor flights with Cathay Pacific in the future.
Big selection and great food and beverages in business class with good service. Full recline but less privacy compared with Qatar.
Really impressed with the Airline and much with the Crew. The crew was amazingggg, changed seats very easily, provided a lot of snacks on demand, the plane is nice and clean, the menu is well presented; unfortunately, the food is not fantastic, but it's not bad either but nothing to rave about. I am still rating it as excellent because I loved everything else; food improvement will be great!
My flight was delayed by 8 hours I arrived at airport 4hrs earlier but to see if they can reroute me to get my connecting flt to Hong Kong. They auto rebooked my flt. With no chance. Which I missed this entire reservation through kayak. My next flt they got me on was at 6 am. Misses an entire day of my trip abroad all my accommodations seat assignments were missed and missed adding my TSA precheck to my ticket as well as my vegan meal request so I didnt have meals on any of the flight....so not a comfortable experience. Please help me with accommodations upon my return.
The plane was dirty, the seats were torn and broken, the service was the most terrible ever, the bathroom dirty, they will not even serve water you had to request it, the meals were terrible, overall less than Zero, I will never fly Cathay Pacific again.
Despite the crew's rough day, they were all very focused and friendly. The flight was too short for a meal, so no rating on that. Re. the AA app. It still isn't ready for prime time. AA works with Cathy Pacific for international flights to LA and the Aa jump to PHX. But the AA app can't find my trip and this can be problematic with flight delays and regatings at LAX.
Was not able to board flight because boarding pass name did not match passport name and no one caught it.
Had a bad experience with crew member coming back Hong Kong to la the person next to me one of the passenger have taken video and picture of crew member the person that served meal young kid late 20' s 6 5'10 had attitude at his peak anything I asked for I don't know if it was bad day or racial I felt humiliated as people could see difference towards me I no problem with Cathy and my whole family never had one was very disappointed
The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.
The united employees at the gate treated me very rudely and called me nefarious

My flight got cancelled. Couldn’t get my luggage. It arrived at my destination ahead of me. I didn’t get my preordered meal. Had to spend the night in the airport.
The crew was good, the WiFi was amazing, but the plane was meh. Uncomfortable first class, not enough room for baggage. My stuff ended up being behind my seat, so I had to sit on the plane for 20 minutes before I could get to it after landing.

United did nit provide any updated on flight crew not bein available until boarding time started. It was bad. Itws alate night flight and there no proactive communication and iha d an important meeting that i missed due to thus
From the boarding crew to the FAs was such a good team. All with smiles and positive energy. The pilots made an announcement of us waiting on some passengers who were late landing and I didn’t hear one person feel like it was an inconvenience which was wonderful. Massive kudos to all that worked that flight. Everyone was united. 😊💙

Flight was over two hours late, but they notified us early in the morning. They ended up changing planes the food on board that was extremely mediocre and we were in premier class.
