Flown with Delta, AA, United and a lot of other carriers, but Etihad felt a little more special. Was a little skeptical never having flown them before but was pleasantly surprised.
The service was just better, the seats were just better, the food was just better. Overall, everything was just a bit better than what I was accustomed to.
I will be definitely recommending Etihad to F&F.
The food gets a little monotonous. We got served rice on 4/4 of our meals... lol. It;s better than not getting any food but it;s the only thing that was a little off.
The flight was 15 hours from the US to Dubai, there is not much one can do to make a flight like that EXCELLENT, but the staff was more than accommodating, food was great, open bar and clean amenities. If the flight was not so long i would like this airline again!
we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.
1 1/2 hours after boarding the fligh was cancel. After rebooking we fly next day thrue Barcelona to Miami.
In Miami i had to buy new thicket to Orlando and pay for luggage.(American did not accept ticket I received in Malaga)

The flight from AMA to Dfw was cancelled . I was told in March , yet no one told us . We had to book that trip ourselves & pay for it out of pocket , even though it was supposed to be part of this flight . We called the airline trying to rebook that flight & was told they couldn't till the next day , yet we could go online & book it ourselves . Pretty poor way to run a business . If we hadn't gone online to check in the night before , we wouldn't have known about the cancellation till we showed up at the airport . Very disappointed with your service
I liked the planes that were used, very comfortable and excellent staff
- I received an e-mail from Kayak which said my flight was CANCELLED. I didn't enjoy having to call the airline company, Kayak, and priceline to find out whether the flight was really cancelled or just delayed.
- The 4 hour delay, which resulted in me missing my last lay over by an hour, which in turn had me waiting at the airport for an additional 8 hours.
