Very bad, terrible food and late by 2 hours. Then no to open aircraft doors

The Alaska app and website were not fully operational. I had to spend about 15 minutes at the counter doing things that should have been completed online. The agent was very nice and helpful, however.

Flying on Hawaiian Airlines was good. But, getting a boarding pass was a hassle. I booked what I thought was an Alaska Airlines flight that was actually a Hawaiian Airlines flight. I couldn't check in online. I had to wait for the Hawaiian Airlines counter to open so I could get my boarding pass which was a requirement for me to get in The Club or the Centurion Lounge. (I had no check in luggage so I didn't expect to have to physically check in.) The Alaska Airlines staff blamed the FAA for the problem.
Passengers were not informed timely of delays. The staff appeared like they didn't really care about the passengers.
Food and entertainment aren’t a thing on these regional flights. But it was a smooth flight. Could see gorgeous countryside through the large windows. The earplugs are a nice touch for the prop engines but the hum of the engines did not bother me. Grateful the option exists to easily get from A to B.
Both flights were delayed going to our destination and leaving, and communication about the delays was not great by the airlines, now the crews were phenomenal and great to be around!!
Both flights were delayed due to an incident at SEA. The problem really rests with inadequate customer & plane facilities for Skywest at SEA. You feel like you are in a cattle enclosure. And planes were sitting on taxiways waiting for parking so every plane was late. SEA appears to be over capacity. It is not a fun passenger experience waiting. But crews and flights were all fine. Alaska needs to step up.
Really good except my daughter's tv broke during the flight so she could watch tv
Flights delayed by 4-6 hours. Boarding was a mess and unclear. Bags were not at arrival airport and had never even been put on the plane. No idea when I’ll get them. Don’t fly into Denver!
Southwest is Southwest. No frills. If you're luck enough to get a happy crew (we did), then it makes for a nicer flight.
Southwest is typically delayed, and it gets wearisome. It is no longer a discount airline and you get way less than you pay for when it comes to comfort and Ce.
We sat on the plane on the tarmac for 4 hours.
I'm not a fan of Southwest's model. I don't like the herding style of boarding.
Flight crew and cabin crew were great. I had to rearrange flights because my original flight was 3hrs delayed for weather, the rub is the flight I moved to boarded on time then we sat at the gate for 2 hours because scheduling stole our first officer for another flight, TWICE. Then our actual FO was an hour delayed. To make it worse my original flight went from a 3 hour delay to departing 15min EARLY. Just poor scheduling operations all around.
Bring back peanuts Take our drink orders when were all seated, especially after you switch to assigned seating.
Staff was far less than helpful at all times. Departure and arrival times mean nothing to Southwest. Extremely disappointed, will never fly with them again, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with all.

I’ve always loved Southwest. No issues at all. I was flying standby and the gate agent was extremely friendly and helpful. Boarding was smooth and I was able to get a window seat in the emergency exit row. Crew was fantastic! They were very professional and accommodating. We had to divert from our destination due to weather but the flight crew kept everyone at ease and informed us of all pertinent information. Excellent flight
I like for how they process during check in. It was very smoothly.
The flight was scheduled for 2:30 PM. Early in the morning we got a text message saying the flight was delayed and rescheduled for 3:00 PM. We got to the airport with that in mind. Then we got a message during check-in at the flight was rescheduled again for 2:30 PM. We almost missed our flight. In fact, our bags Were told that they would not make it. At the end, everything worked out. But it is very stressful.
Most aspects were good however if they assign boarding zones they ought to enforce them or why bother? My luggage from SAN-JFK-MAD was lost in NY so I without my main bag for two days upon arrival in Spain. They were helpful in tracking it and eventually delivered it to my hotel. The flub was because of a delay upon arrival in NYC. I had booked 2 1/2 hours between flights but we had to hold on the taxiway for an hour after landing while waiting for a clear gate which likely caused the baggage error.
Excellent check-in. Crew was good. Excellent communication from flight deck.
Great overall. There was a bit of turbulence so they could only serve water because too much turbulence for the carts. Was glad they prioritized safety though

Great service. Flight was delayed while we sat on the runway for a couple of hours. Weather related. Staff made is very bearable. The steward servicing the first class cabin was exceptional. Thank you! 💗
5 hours of delay that could've been much shorter if Delta had taken the 1 hour delay they imposed on the flight before boarding to run any of the plane checks required for flight to find the hydraulic issue that required nearly 3 hours to fix. $24 of meal credit buys a sandwich and a soft drink. Poor communication within the terminal about what gate we'd be re-boarding from and when we'd be re-boarding.
Amazing flight! I have never noticed the uniforms of the attendants before in twenty years of flying except today when one female had the most amazing dress on. It was beautifully designed and showed she was in charge. I never dreamed I would google who designed Delta uniforms . The ultimate compliment is when another woman admires your outfit. . I hope your designer puts it on the market
It would be nice if was given wires ear buds. Overall was a good experience was able to sleep on the plane

Evidently, my seat had the only broken TV. I couldn’t plug it in, get it to come on, or watch anything, and of course, no one could fix it while we were on the plane. The service was good and the boarding was quick

it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks
It was fine, definitely older planes with no charging or anything. There’s no entertainment set up on board, but it is nice that they allow you to access the in flight entertainment from your phone without having to pay for the Wi-Fi and they do offer free texting.
Boarding was mayhem. Late boarding by 15 minutes because of lack of staff (missing 1 flight attendant. We had to wait for an arrival of another plane before we could board). Flight was a little rough, but cannot blame on airlines.
Impressed with the service despite turbulence because of the weather. Both flights arrived before their scheduled times.
Very comfortable (upgraded to business class). The audio on my screen didn’t work, but I managed to play the audio through my phone while watching the screen.
Great experience…left a bit behind schedule but made up fir that in the air and landed 10 minutes early 😁
I was supposed to be on business class at first class from Denver back to Miami due to weather changes. I missed my connection and it’s put on a flight to Fort Lauderdale. Instead of honoring my business class/1st class ticket, they put me in coach, but there were two first class seats open. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I paid for first class $1300 ticket and they put me in economy and they had to open seats available and I have still not been refunded the difference. I ended up having to eat a snack box instead of the meal I was supposed to get and did not get home till 2 AM so I think that’s a little pathetic that I had to live off crackers for dinner And my poor dog ate some cheese and salami. Oh yes, apparently when they switched me to the new flight they forgot to mention I had a service dog
Cramped seats. FAA should make airlines have more legroom, for even short people complain
In flight connectivity (via T-Mobile) was often not working.
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
There were five broken seats on the plane. The crew was very rude in telling people they had to get off the plane and get a flight the next day. No call for volunteers, but telling people they had to get off. One woman was flying with her elderly mother and daughter and was told she had to leave or all three had to leave. Fortunately, a volunteer offered to stay. The situation was handled poorly.
They lost my luggage and it didn’t get delivered until the next day.
3 hours late. Not even water offered on a 2.25 hour flight.
I have long legs, my foot was out in the aisle and when a flight attendant came walking by and I didn't notice, instead of saying "excuse me" or anything like that, she kicked my foot. Extremely rude
Cabin was roomy enough to easily slide my carry on under the seat in front of me!
Good experience but the snacks are not gluten free, so I cannot eat them.
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
