Cons: I paid $100 for an upgrade on a United which turned out to be the first row, and right beside the rest room (which was erroneously showing as occupied for the first 20 minutes). The traffic made it feel like I was sitting on a bench in Grand Central Station. I chose an aisle seat but ended up mysteriously in the middle seat. I had extra leg room but if I’d eaten the free 5 pretzels I wouldn’t have been able to fit it my seat any longer. The WiFi wasn’t working for the first hour of the flight. The flight attendant got really annoyed when we didn’t look up when he came by with beverages the first time. We all had headphones on and were looking at our personal screens. The activity by the rest room was constant so we didn’t notice it wasn’t just someone waiting for the loo. The luggage took so long to come out I thought my conference would be over before I got it. Overall, I thought it was bad and confirmed why I don’t fly United. Old, dingy planes, poor service. The pilot was pleasant and communicative so there was at least that...

Pros: Everything. A bit skewed as we flew first class which we don’t usually so. All was great!

Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Flight was delayed. Didn't make connecting flight in Houston. Had to stay overnight in Houston.

Pros: The crew were awesome and friendly, both in the air and on the ground.

Cons: Delta communicated no reasoning for delaying our flight three hours. They also did not update estimated departure times even when it was clear we would be delayed multiple times because the plane was not at the gate, the crew were not in place, and the pilot safety checks had not occurred.

Cons: They need to make more leg room in ALL planes

Cons: More food more room - but hey that’s what we always want

Pros: The plane arrived in Atlanta ahead of time and thus we were able to start boarding earlier than usual. The gate agent kept the process in order and moved the boarding process along nicely. The pilots also got us to Baton Rouge 28 minutes ahead of schedule which was appreciated. Nice flight.

Cons: Same issue with getting passengers seated once on the aircraft and then getting their luggage stowed takes too much time.

Cons: 3 hours late!!!

Pros: Nice crew

Cons: No leg room for 6’6” person.

Pros: The crew was pleasant and professional. The on-board entertainment was excellent and the seats were actually comfortable. I was provided the option to use any restroom by the crew without regard to my seating location.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Cons: I’m skinny and 5’2” and I felt squashed. Like I was in a dollhouse. The space is too small, it’s too uncomfortable. I couldn’t take my zip front sweater off. The seats and space are not proportional to humans.

Pros: The agent at the bag drop was very helpful. We had two reservations and she took the extra step to call someone and helped check our luggage all the way to destination. Thanks for the wonderful service. Flight attendants were all smiling and very friendly. A very special treat that we got two snacks each which were very much appreciated as it was an early morning flight and we didn't get a chance to get breakfasts.

Pros: The airplane looked old. There was no entertainment available on the flight from AMS to SVO, but definitely more leg room then the newer airplanes. No having entertainment available made it a very long flight.

Cons: We took 2 United flights today... Both were delayed. Really annoyed by it. We took some other flights using AA and Delta, and both were on time. United failed horribly at it.

Cons: It was pretty hot on the airplane. Could have regulated the temperature a bit better.

Pros: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us.

Cons: The flight crew was subpar. We had been delayed by 2 hours and they did nothing to assuage anyone’s frustrations. Service was minimal and lacklustre. In flight WiFi didn’t work with any streaming service. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically.

Pros: Very helpful and professional crew, despite some pretty snarky passengers. Seemed to go out of their way to accommodate everyone.

Cons: Bigger seats would have been nice, but these were okay. Changing planes at JFK was tight due to late departure from Atlanta, but it worked out. Overall, no complaints and I would fly Delta again given the opportunity and choice. Thanks!
