Pros: Flight canceled without notification

Pros: Trip was ok
Cons: The flight was delayed 1 hour

Cons: Given we left at 7:15 am, I would’ve liked some food options instead of biscuits and peanuts

Pros: I had heard about limited food options during covid flights but everything was tasty and generous. I always appreciate it when my initial flight books my check-in to my final stop and gives me all my boarding passes at once and Delta did just that. They were also really good at communicating updates like changes to the gate.
Cons: People should just be prepared to be asked more questions than usual. It can definitely make you feel nervous but just remember that the new covid restrictions are stressful for flight staff just as much as they are stressful for you. Be cooperative and honest and you shouldn't have any problems.

Pros: Kosher snacks! Thank you. Screens and outlets at every seat. Safe, controlled Covid protocols including de-boarding. Excellent!

Pros: Delta flight took extra precaution to keep all passengers safe before during and after the flight. They communicate effectively during the flight. I will be flying Delta again and again.
Cons: The trip was great

Pros: The crew very professional. My flight was on time.

Cons: We arrived around 39 minutes early and the whole process was very smooth

Pros: Super friendly and helpful with connections.
Cons: The music on the plane was a bit much. Lol

Pros: Crew was friendly, seats really comfortable!
Cons: Headphones sold for $ 2. Headphones preferably free

Pros: Nothing
Cons: We were traveling international in Twitter after contacting we were told we can carry one checked baggage but then we were not allowed and at gate they didn’t know the procedure and repeatedly checked our passport Poor customer service

Pros: Crew was attentive and accommodating.
Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Pros: Calm and safe, just like I like it.

Pros: Short lines
Cons: Seating arrangements

Cons: The carrots were hard and the bread was cold.

Pros: Comfortable plane due to few passengers
Cons: 7 hour delay after flight postponed.

Cons: I would ask that the gate does not share in detail reason for delay in seat assignment is related to getting a family sitting together when the basic rules should apply unilaterally.

Pros: Got to my destination without any issues
Cons: Seats/seating area are too small, and I'm not a big person.

Pros: No
Cons: The flight was delayed almost 6 hours, the crew was rude and the “comfort +” seats had very little leg room .

Pros: All good.
Cons: Price

Pros: The flight was on time, the crew was pleasant and looked like they enjoyed working in the air.
Cons: Our second time on a 787 Dreamliner across the Atlantic as about the same as the the first. The seat pitch is very tight so when a passenger reclines into the next row the seatback nearly touches your face. The Dreamliner seats seem to be very hard and it's difficult to get comfortable.

Cons: No AC for an hour before takeoff - very uncomfortable. Audio for tv did not work.

Cons: Seat assignment for me and my traveling companion was done at gate. We had to sit in 2 different rows.

Cons: Notify the delay quickly

Pros: Flight attendant in first class was amazing.

Pros: The boarding was fast and very well handled.

Cons: My flight from Chicago was two hours late and that's why I missed the flight from Atlanta to Buenos Aires. No one helped and did not know that the flight was delayed and I had to find a place to sleep. I'm not satisfied with the experience and I have not yet arrived in Argentina because of the whole

Cons: It was delayed

Pros: N/A
Cons: Chinese Eastern did not try to help and solve my problem.

Pros: There was a bit of a mixup in boarding the plane but otherwise the flight was good. There was no entertainment system on this short flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant & efficient. They only served snacks on this short flight but were very good at ensuring everyone had at least one or more beverages. The premium seats were very comfortable .

Pros: Short flight
Cons: Flight attendant was not willing to go above and beyond as he stated he would. My husband asked for a coke and the flight attendant told him he could only get water.

Pros: Snacks, cleanliness and crew
Cons: N/A

Pros: Nothing
Cons: They take them forever to find me another fly ,make miss my other fly, my work my time and my sleep

Pros: We had a 2 1/2 delay due to mechanical issues but the crews, flight and ground, did a great job. Thanks.

Pros: Staff were friendly and boarding was and getting off was easy because flight was super empty. Timeliness was appreciated too.
Cons: Seats don't recline far enough.

Pros: The crew and pilot were absolutely amazing.
Cons: This is my 3rd delta flight in a row that has been delayed. I understand these things happen, just extremely frustrating.

Cons: It takes time and worries to find the air train and Aeroflot registration.

Pros: I needed to run real fast to the connection flight and gladly got there on time.

Pros: Very friendly and professional gate agent and flight attendant

Cons: I was unable to fly at all due to a spelling error on my ticket. The airline refused to alter the ticket. Worst experience of my life, ruined my Christmas

Pros: Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.
Cons: The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

Cons: Layover

Pros: Short flight
Cons: Too cold Not friendly boarding agent

Pros: N/A
Cons: 2.5 hour delay for no apparent reason at first (supposed mechanical issues with plane) and then waited on plane at gate for a missing pilot who never got picked up from his airport and got stuck in Chicago traffic trying to get to O'Hare. Eventually had to take pilot from another flight before leaving at 8:45 when flight was scheduled for 6:00am.

Cons: Had a death in the family and no one would help me get back home

Pros: Seats were comfortable. Snacks!!! Nice flight crew.
Cons: I liked everything.

Cons: Plane was sat broken at gate and needed part to be flown in. 150 minutes delayed. Not acceptable.

Pros: I missed my flight for the first time and I was having a complete meltdown at the check in desk until the sweetest agent said "oh no worries sweetheart, let's find you another flight back home"... It seems so simple but with the morning I had, this simple act had me in tears! The kindness and patience she showed me was amazing and definitely the reason I will always fly Delta to any and every destination they are able to take me! <3

Cons: I am a 5'3" 125# woman who, unfortunately, had a middle seat assignment. The passenger to my right, on the aisle, weighed approximately 375# and took up 1/3 of my seat. The arm was not able to go down comfortably, and when it did it was not usable . The passenger on my left, window seat, was probably 6'7" and had to sit with a man spread in order to fit. I could not move and was extremely uncomfortable. The plane was overbooked so I was unable to move. Therefore, worst flight ever. Plus, I paid for a full seat and was only able to occupy half of it.

Pros: The pilot kept us well informed after boarding of delays, etc.
Cons: Boarding process was chaotic with no concern for social distancing. Speaker system in gate area was so distorted it was very difficult to understand the gate attendants announcements. Cabin attendant acted as if he were bored and would rather be home in bed; he gave no acknowledgement or greeting to passengers upon boarding.

Pros: The plane was really clean and they had lots of overhead storage.
Cons: It was too crowded and cramped and UNCOMFORTABLE and there was a REALLY LOUD kid that would not shut up and nothing was done about it.

Cons: On time take off would be nice

Cons: The Terminal in Chicago had no open amenities and overcrowded.

Pros: The plane is amazing and the crew was very nice and helpful
Cons: Everything was all good.

Cons: We didn’t even have a pilot, had to call and find one because our pilot that was scheduled “forgot to call in sick”. We were already delayed by 4 hrs so this made it delayed by an hour more!

Pros: Glad we made it back.
Cons: Flight could have been on time. Attendants in the airline could have communicated much better to give update on delay, but they did not give any information despite several times getting up to ask questions at the main check-in. Many of the passengers were very discouraged. Plane left nearly 2 hours late due to an unclear maintenance issue, paperwork and also no fuel put in the plane until all passengers we on board.

Cons: Change your fist class cabin. If we’re paying that much for a 4 hour flight we should be in a better cabin. The flight from Lax to O’Hare was great but the plane coming back is old and ragged

Pros: Fell asleep
Cons: Nothing

Pros: I like the ability to watch movies
Cons: The cabin was hot... air didn’t blow well... the crew was abrasive and rude. I asked simple questions and got long explanations for no reason

Pros: Crew was excellent especially the first class attendant very attentive and always checking on you
Cons: The food needs to be back to normal for first class and also baggage is very slow almost over 30 min wait

Pros: The aircraft was very clean, neat and well maintained. The crew was friendly. Process of checked-in luggage was seamless and straightforward.
Cons: I found the istructions on some restricted items to be confusing and contradictory between instructions at the airport, the AA website and the TSA website. The agent at the counter was well-informed, though, and it all ended up going well.

Pros: Great crew
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Everything was how should be
Cons: I like how you are now.

Pros: The fact that no one sat next to me believe me it was not a my choice there was just not a body to put in the seat
Cons: The staff was not friendly or say hello or goodbye

Cons: None of the USB outlets were working in isle 7 A-C

Cons: More comfortable seats you can sleep in

Cons: Leave a seat empty in the middle could be good for social distancing

Pros: Roomy, comfy seats. Thanks for the snack and bottle water provided during covid
Cons: Nothing really

Cons: Plane had to land in a different city due to inclement weather. Very disorganized process, huge traveling setback, never got my travel voucher.

Cons: Made it a smaller flight. It was a lot of people on the plane! We could not practice social distancing

Pros: The crew were wonderful and understanding and good sports.
Cons: There were problems as soon as the plane got to the gate. After the passengers got off the plane, the man at the counter came on the P.A and said it’ll be a few minutes, they’re catering the plane now from the back to the front. The flight crew still needed to get on a preform safety checks. He apologized again. Then it was 8:40, time to take off and we’re still waiting to even board. The man at the counter said again, thank you for your patience and relayed the same message, only this time the flight attendants were walking away from the gate. Around 9 some lady higher up told the man to announce that the flight crew had timed out and stand by crew was on the way to the gate, said sorry again. A little later the man says sorry, there’s a gate change. You’re going to K6 now. When we get to the new gate it’s almost 9:30pm and while we were all gathered at the gate, the flight crew that supposedly “timed out” showed up and proceeded to get on the plane. Passengers started getting mad and saying we were lied to and to just tell us the truth. Chicago PD started showing up. We finally got on the plane but it would be another 30 minutes before we moved because of issues getting our bags off the original plane. We ended up being almost 2 hours delayed.

Pros: The crew serving the plane didn't look like they wanted to be there. Somewhat abrasive. The entertainment was poor and not very easy to access through your mobile, Iphone and Ipad. If you want to provide a better customer experience, equip all your planes with seats video screens. Passengers on a 4 to 5 hours flight don't want to have to figure out what do to watch a movie or TV. I don't fly American that often, but wanted to give it a try to see the difference between you and the other airlines. I have to say that on the return segment (ORD to SFO), I was not that impressed.
Cons: See above

Pros: The crew skipped me for breakfast and i had to ask for food.
Cons: The food was not very good. Bread rolls stale and inedible. The rest of the flight was good.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The cliff notes of this debacle are, inbound flight arrived late to Montreal, I contacted AA social media team to make sure they could notify the gate of my connecting flight, they didn’t after they said they did. Flight arrived in Chicago a little early, I have to wait 15 min for my bags from the valet, I run to the next gate and arrive with 13 min to spare, the gate agent (not nice) goes I’m sorry we already closed the door. I’m like, huh? Then he has the gall to tell me, “well had someone called us we could of held your seat”. That’s when I lost it. Needless to say I’m now flying to Dayton and back to Dallas. That’s in lieu of a 3:50 PM flight TOMORROW!

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Waiting for 30 minutes a Dublin to dock.

Pros: Outbound, it was on time, plenty of legroom, plenty of good snacks, drinks and food. An enjoyable flight. Score 10.0
Cons: Return flight - The flight departed 4 hours late. The seating was so cramped my husband couldn't move his legs at all, never mind try to sleep. The staff members were not smart in appearance, some with long untidy hair, and did not interact with passengers except to hand out food. The food was reasonable. We disembarked feeling like wrecks. Score 2.0

Cons: Our last 6 flights have all been changed or delayed significantly. Then they loose our bags on a direct flight. Won’t fly America airlines again!

Cons: The flight was delayed. The food was not great. There is not a lot of space in these planes, and it was a long flight. There is no power supply.

Pros: Eventually, the actual flight was fine.
Cons: Initially delayed by 3hours (mechanical) which was American Eagle couldn’t get their “bucket of bolts” to Springfield, MO on time so we missed our flight out of Charlotte to Barcelona. Then we were rerouted through Chicago, but lost our first class seats and were bumped back to coach. This was after I had bought first class tickets for the entire trip only to be told 3 months before leaving that AA decided to switch planes on our domestic flight so there’s were no first class seats. THEN, in Chicago we tried to get first class seats on British Airways which would have been fine but After being sent to another terminal (after the bus to that terminal had stopped running) we were turned back because British Airways wouldn’t accept the boarding pass that AA had issued us. Now, having to go back to the first terminal to DISCUSS all this, we miss that flight and wind up stuck in Chicago for another 24 hours. Then, that flight was delayed by 3 hours, so we lost a day and a half of our vacation.

Pros: I got here.
Cons: Everything else. American cancelled my first flight from MSP to ORD. And when I got to Chicago, it cancelled my next flight to Nashville. The flight I managed to get on departed two hours late. There was no explanation for each of these cancellations/delays. There was virtually zero inclement weather anywhere, save for most of the country’s temperature being nearly equivalent to the surface of Neptune. And, the surly, clueless Chicago-based gate agent was the coupe de grace in my search for a reasonable explanation after which I waited impatiently for this episode to conclude. American get your act together.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: I was traveling today with my daughter, who is 6 months pregnant, my 3 1/2 & 18 month old grandsons, my husband & son-in law on an international flight from Chicago to Manchester. I was very disappointed a 757 was used for an international flight! No attempt was made by staff to accomodate our family with a extra seat for the infant, even though there were a large number of rows with empty middle seats (4 of which were directly behind them!) The 1st indication of the beginning of the NIGHTMARE was when the plane arrived in Chicago and overshot the gate, this caused almost an hour delay! (We heard our crew saying "oops" while looking out the window at the plane arriving & then again when they were discussing it would have been faster if the plane had used a different method to get to the gate again.) This was then followed by a mechanical problem with a frozen water valve, requiring us to be de-iced x2! Then we started to taxi out and again had to return because of a hydraulic problem that required repair. I think we were delayed almost 3.5 hours. The crew did bring a round of water during the onground delays, and offered free drinks later in the flight. The icing on the cake was not getting the stroller back at the gate because there were no baggage handlers. I can't tell you how much FUN that was trying to corral a toddler & 3yr old with all our carry-on bags while getting thru customs! Did I mention in our haste to get off that plane we overlooked my daughter's winter maternity coat in the overhead! May be time to switch to the Friendlier Skies of United for our UK travel!

Cons: American completely missed the mark. AA did not successfully change our reservation when the initial leg of our trip was delayed by an hour due to a fuel issue, which caused us to miss your connection in Chicago. Since American partners with Alaskan Airlines, American should have changed my reservations with regards to Alaska Airlines, but they failed to do that. I stood at the Alaskan Airlines counter as the plane left the gate with our empty seats because there was not a ticket. American Airlines did not change a reservation successfully and so although we had boarding passes with our names and seats and the flight number, the plane left without us. I was stranded and Seattle airport at midnight with a child and an infant with one diaper and one bottle left and it was a terrible experience with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying American they cannot get it together when problems happen with delays.

Pros: The flight itself was fine
Cons: I bought the tickets together, but was informed at the ticket counter that i had only purchased tickets—not boarding passes. Boarding passes needed to be purchased by paying extra if my husband and I wanted to sit next to each other. I tried calling the customer service line through kayak and waited on hold for a long time with no indication of wait time. When the gate agent arrived, we asked and were moved to seats next to each other right away. The ticket agent at initial check in was very abrasive and non-solution oriented. if what she was saying was true— that we only paid for tickets and had to pay extra for boarding passes together— that was never made clear during the booking process. It’s unlikely I’ll use kayak again unless I know for sure what I’m buying.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I chose a package on the cheap flights that has a left hand side for choosing number of baggage which invariably inreases fare depending on the number of baggage and i choose 2 and paid for 2 baggage but the ticket came with 1 baggage and i contacted both by phone call, email and your website but did not get any fsvourable response. Had to pay again at the airport for the extra bag. This is highly unfair.

Pros: The entertainment was good. Lots of choices. Food was about what I would expect for airline food.
Cons: The seats were terrible. I don't know what it was about them, but I've never had a more uncomfortable flight. My husband had leg cramps for much of the flight and couldn't get comfortable. The rest of the flight was fine, but the uncomfortable seats were a huge minus. We'll probably try to avoid 787s from now on. The window-darkening system was annoying. They darkened the windows when it was dark outside and they darkened the cabin, so we couldn't look out the window. It was dark outside--why the need to darken the windows?? My husband requests window seats so he can look out the window.

Pros: Flight was on time.

Pros: It was on time. Crew were very good.
Cons: Plane seemed very dated. No individual entertainment No USB chargers Not much space

Cons: The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pros: Seats quite comfortable. Crew ok.
Cons: Pitiful food offering and no entertainment at all when on previous 1.5 hour AA flight choice of movies.

Pros: I have nothing good to say about the flight to LA or the flight back to Chicago from LA.
Cons: 3 of the 4 flights were late, and the 4th was canceled. The canceled flight was due to weather, but AA's response was to connect those of us stranded with a 3rd party vendor - Travelliance - with the promise of a SUBSTANTIAL discount for a hotel (SINCE THE NEXT FLIGHT I WAS GIVEN WAS 17 HOURS LATER!) - and there was, effectively, NO DISCOUNT. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with you over the years, but this was a bucker of water in the face. I'm sure I'll fly with you again, but any sort of good will I held for AA is gone.

Pros: we landed. flight was on time
Cons: Female flight attendants were rude. I think that if they would have smiled, their faces would have cracked. Even a complete stranger said to me, while waiting for the restroom, "I think that they hate us". One young male attendant was friendly and I believe that he was training. I fear for his training experience with this group of women. One of the lavatories was out of order {....on an international flight! Are you kidding!?!}. I think that they searched for the most antiquated plane that could limp across the ocean for this flight. Nine hours of pure discomfort. My poor 71 year old mother! Zero leg room. Tiny little screen for movies on the ceiling of the middle row. trays were not clean. We paid extra for our seats and wondered how bad the seats were for those that didn't. My mother and I determined that this was ranked as one of the worst flight experiences we have ever had. We are grateful for an amazing experience for our return flight or we would have reconsidered ever flying AA again.

Pros: The water was clean
Cons: Everything else! We were first sold a British airlines flight, and then we got switched to American Airlines. I don't know if that is actually an okay thing for them to do. When we got onto to plane we were stuck on the runway for over 2 1/2 hours, where the outside temperature was 95 degrees and the AC in the plane didn't work. The delay was all due to a mechanical difficulty with the engine, this did not give us peace of mind when flying over the atlantic. while up in the air my newly wedded wife and I were hoping maybe we could watch a movie to help keep our minds off the creaking of the wings, the pool of sweat from the delay, and the grumpy flight attendants. Seeing as it was a 9 hour international flight, you would have expected some sort of entertainment. Maybe a personal TV.... nope. Maybe a community TV... nope. At least they have to have a radio....... nope. All we got were our two thumbs to twiddle. After a much needed nap. We woke up hoping maybe for a hot breakfast, but to put the cherry on top of some terrible ice cream, we got a mediocre cold breakfast. All in all I will not fly American Airlines again. I would happily and quickly pay double for any other airlines but them. It's such a poor reprisentation of our country.

Cons: Dry / borderline rude staff and hostess. Dated plane. Tiny seats. But that is pretty much the baseline of airlines in the US. When will carriers start to take note from International carriers..leaps and bounds ahead.

Pros: We arrived on time.
Cons: I booked with British Airways and later noticed the plane was operated for American Airlines. The seats were cramped and the online entertainment was terrible. On an overseas flight, I expect in 2017 that there will be on-screen entertainment on the back of the seat in front of me. Instead, the movie was projected on a screen in the middle seats on an overhead that was about 10 rows away. Plus, you didn't get to pick your movie. You were stuck with the selections provided by the airline. I would have brought along my DVD player or laptop had I know this was going to happen. American flight crews are not as friendly and accommodating as European flight crews, which is why I try not to select an American carrier. Seats are less comfortable on American carriers also.

Cons: They charged $3 for water, nothing complementary.

Pros: They sat my family together and the crew was amazing.
Cons: The seats are really uncomfortable and the flight was really packed with all this covid stuff.

Cons: Covid travel. Had us board an hour before take off and the back half of the plane was 100% full. Every seat including middle seats. 15 min before take off they allowed passengers to take empty seats and spread out.

Cons: Temp in the cabin was a little chilly but not totally uncomfortable

Pros: Boarding was quick and efficient. The aisle was nice and wide which makes walking to seats easier
Cons: Not the most comfortable seats

Pros: Good crew

Pros: Crew was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: ?

Pros: We had a really nice crew.

Cons: Allegiant plays games with seating to try to milk more money from passengers.

Cons: It is Allegiant Air. Not much more needs to be said.

Pros: I'm never flying them again I like nothing
Cons: the flights were never on time

Pros: Good pilots

Pros: Everything was simple and it was cool that they let the staff wear comfy clothes
Cons: Usb chargers in the seat, and free refreshments and peanuts

Pros: Met expectations
Cons: Met expectations

Pros: Early boarding, early taxi, efficient fly time. Great flight!

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything

Cons: Allegiant needs to get stuff together when it comes to boarding.

Cons: No hot coffee on 7:40am flight. Not right.

Cons: There was no way for us to add another bag after our seat placement. No one answered the phone for Alligent and the website didn’t work. It costs $20 extra to do this at the airport. Even though it was not our fault that there was no one answering phone calls (and no way to leave a message)

Pros: The crew was amazing

Pros: Crew was very pleasant and professional

Pros: That we landed safely in 20 mph winds.
Cons: Stop stuffing too many people in an airplane, stop charging for every little thing, nothing nice or fun about flying in the US.It is just the fastest way to get to places..International airlines are much better and not cattle planes.

Pros: Ticket prices are always the best. Even though The flight was delayed by 30 minutes we were only 15 minutes later into the terminal
Cons: The flight was delayed by 30 minutes but we were only 15 minutes later into the terminal

Cons: Short flight

Pros: The plane didnt crash :) Friendly attendants.
Cons: NO WIFI. Flights are delayed often, what looked like a brand spanking new plane had the most uncomfortable seats ever, felt like sitting on wood in the exit row. You get what you pay for though.

Pros: Price and direct flights to popular destinations.
Cons: No frills. Charging $5 for a printed boarding pass seems a bit excessive

Pros: Timeliness
Cons: Hsve to pay for drinks & snacks

Cons: The seats were a bit cramped but I suppose most are these days

Pros: Check in was fine Wait was short Crew was great!
Cons: Seats REALLY UNCOMFORTABLE SAD Could not have updated the seats on newer Jets.

Pros: Made it home safely.
Cons: Waited on tarmac 2.5 hrs. Then plane delayed 10 hours. Then waited on tarmac 2 more hours. Horrible first experience flying with Allegiant.

Cons: 5 delays between for a 4:27PM flight that eventually took off at 3:15am. My biggest issue is the unrealistic delay that could have left us in the airport for 11+ hours. Very thankful that they did allow me to change departure locations to another airport at no charge. That flight went well, even arrived early.

Cons: Flight delayed when we ere told it was early. Waited and waited.

Pros: That we made it once we were in the air
Cons: The 3 hour delay that should have been announced but we had to get alerts on line not from the airline but Kayak

Pros: Availability at last minute was awesome, and the price was excellent. The direct flight was great too!
Cons: No frills... no peanuts!

Pros: The price.
Cons: Everything about Aligiant is horrible. Service, attitude, even the pilots can’t land smoothly. As a diabetic, they don’t even give you water withiit paying for it. Had my wallet in my checked bag and almost had a health issue.

Pros: Great direct flight to many destinations smaller airports less wait time
Cons: seats are crowded

Pros: friendly helpful staff. on time. safe.
Cons: my suitcase went to the WRONG destination. very inconvenient and expensive. also plane interior was pretty shabby which made me wonder about the engines, mechanical etc.

Cons: Cut my already short trip even shorter. I used this airline twice now, and both times I was delayed.

Pros: I liked that the flight was fast but I was coming from Vegas so it’s not that far.
Cons: They charged me $50 for a carry on even after I told them repeatedly that I tried to change it on my ticket days before I was leaving. It would not let me change it or even check in on the mobile app. It was very hot and we had to wait for awhile before any air conditioning started. No entertainment or complimentary drinks.

Pros: Flight was cancelled due to Irma in Florida. Customer service agent was fantastic. I was able to rebook die the following week without any hassle.
Cons: I didn't get to fly to Florida when I first chose.

Pros: Considering the fare was advertised between $350 and $700 with other carriers on Kayak, I took this one for $179, roundtrip, direct from LAX to Grand Junction.
Cons: When the crew runs to get coffee in the terminal, make sure to do the same. I brought some snacks, but wish I had brought coffee. The man next to me kept creeping into my space which was incredibly annoying, but it was a relatively quick flight. Beats the two day drive from L.A. to Colorado.

Pros: On time
Cons: Boarding outside in the pouring rain!!!

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Literally had to pay for every little thing that is usually included in other airline tickets.

Cons: Two planes of passengers in gate area delayed takeoff without warning or information.

Pros: Very clean, great staff, smooth flight, easy boarding. All the things you could expect for a great experience. First time flying with this airline so I didn't know what to expect but it was great!

Pros: Cabin crew was very helpful and polite. One in particular expressed a great sense of humor throughout the flight and had a great rapport w/ passengers. Flight was on-time. Fare was $111 compared to around $375 to Orlando. I was able to fit this flight into my scheduled so saved the company $$.
Cons: Can't blame Allegiant for a noisy child, but there was a child across the aisle from me who shrieked and talked loudly THE WHOLE FLIGHT. I was trying to sleep and was NOT pleased. I like a good fare, but selling a can of Coke on the flight for $2 seems a bit extreme. Glad there are cut-rate airlines out there as an option, but I won't be flying them any more than necessary.

Pros: The price.
Cons: Having then bill me for each little thing.

Pros: The price and the fact that our flight left late but still arrived almost on time.
Cons: The gate agent wouldn't switch our seats so we could sit beside each other. We've done this multiple times if we find ourselves not out beside each other and it's never been a problem before. He claimed he had to charge us to do this. We have never been charged before. We fly Allegiant often. The on-board flight crew were so not friendly at all. Typically Allegiant flight attendants aren't as happy as Southwest but they're at least cordial. This crew we're just unhappy, snippy, a little unprofessional (saying huh or what instead of excuse me. Pointing people to things instead of getting it for them or walking them to it) and at one point one stewardess was just rude to a passenger.

Pros: Everything
Cons: Paying for my carry on bag.

Pros: Crew was A+.
Cons: Leg space severely lacking.

Pros: Plane on time
Cons: Newark airport security was awful. Only one X-ray security area. Small tight area. No air. Security/TSA kept blaming the customer’s for the slowness. When is lack of X-ray and machines.

Cons: We arrived at the airport over an hour before the scheduled departure time, per TSA suggestions, and it was way too early. Perhaps a half hour before boarding from smaller cities would be more suitable.

Cons: Not sitting for an hour on the runway with no A/C.

Pros: Crew very professional and provided excellent service.
Cons: Boarding process chaotic.

Pros: It was convienent and easy.
Cons: Baggage claim time I suppose.

Cons: United Airlines could guide us to a new connecting flight much better given that we missed the our flights because of them.

Cons: no food service. Entertainment is limited.

Pros: Smooth. Arrived early.

Pros: Nothing. Plane was late.
Cons: Everything. Rude crew. Not allowed to use restroom.

Pros: Everything good

Cons: Very tight quarters ...

Pros: Nothing
Cons: I didn't like that there was in fact no plane to board at the time it was scheduled

Pros: The food could be better, for and international flight.

Cons: Flight was delayed multiple times

Pros: leaving on time
Cons: Crew's facial expression were upsetting to see since they looked unhappy. Should I be worried about my flight?

Pros: Great flight!!!

Cons: No food no entertainment

Cons: 30 min delays on both ends.

Cons: The personal entertainment was not working.

Cons: Why does the airport have so many flights coming in at the same time that you can't deplane as soon as you touch the ground? Feels like someone doesn't know what they are doing! Very frustrating! I was late to my event due to this!

Pros: The planes appeared to be newer.
Cons: We had very little leg room and my husband had a sore back after the flights.

Cons: I was in a window seat with my leg next to a vent that was pumping out extremely hot air the entire trip. I was told nothing could be done. They give $1k vouchers to passengers that move to later flights bc of oversold flights. What should I get?!

Cons: Broken luggage

Pros: We were delayed after late boarding because of tornedoes and bad weather, sat for 45minutes on the tarmac, however the entire time after going back to the gate to reset the timer the captain or 1st officer kept the guests advised as to our order in the takeoff queue. Came on many time to report and was very apologetic which I believe kept everyone informed and thus not so anxious. Much appreciated! Even opened up direct tv for all
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: Awful delayed by hours.

Cons: Eveything

Pros: The crew were all very friendly
Cons: Was very close to other passengers felt no breathing room

Pros: The flight was rerouted due to the blizzard, but the staff made it very pleasant and easy to make it to my destination on time.

Pros: Great pilot. Smoothest landing ever
Cons: No snacks :(

Pros: Flight from Calgary to Chicago was excellent!

Pros: Although it was s bit bumpy bcs of the weather, we had the wind with us and we arrived about 30 minutes early.

Pros: We made it. The pilot trod very hard to start the engines in extremely cold weather.
Cons: Departing at 5:30 am

Pros: Nothing
Cons: It was awful. Flight was delayed for 3 hours because united couldn't get a pilot here who was even coming from a warm weather destination so weather shouldn't have been a problem. Poor planning. There was another flight I tried to get on but they couldn't seem to locate their flight attendants and it was delayed about 6 hours.

Pros: Good time of day flight
Cons: Very cramped small plane

Pros: Nothing
Cons: When I checked in 25 hours in advance I didn't have seat assaignemtns and when I got to the airport all they could tell me is they flight was overbooked and I could possibly not have a seat. Once getting through security we checked in again and we were given seats but not next to each other. The overall experience was horrible and since I didn't everything I was supposed to I felt like I got screwed. Overall not happy at all.

Pros: Smooth flight and landing.. Due to a disability the pre parsing is nice.. Crew was very acini dating and friendly..

Pros: Crew professional
Cons: Unhappy that my luggage didn't make it

Pros: I could get my boarding pass, I could flight home have to buy different ticket too fight home??? I wish your return my money

Pros: I'm home safe
Cons: The delay

Pros: Made us comfortable with pillow and blanket. TV screens to watch
Cons: The plane was too late

Cons: My flight was delayed by 3 hours which caused me to miss my connecting flight...needless to say I had to stay at the airport for 16 hours for another flight on another airlines

Cons: Our flight had a "mechanical delay" which drug on for several hours (every 30 min there would be another 30 min delay). This eventually meant we would miss our connection to Munich and had to be rescheduled to the following day. The next day we had another round of "mechanical delays" and just barely made the connection.

Pros: Luftansa ... never saw them. I ended up on a Unoted Airlines flight. My deat changes from window to middle seat in the middle of the plane. Will not fly United again. Personnel were noce ... but I resent the switch up in carriets.

Pros: The flight attendants gave a full can of soda vice pouring into one single cup.
Cons: Nothing

Cons: considerate steward checked for wheelchair at ORD

Pros: N/A
Cons: Missed my connecting flight by 15 mins after 2 hours delay.

Cons: Plane late leaving Chicago due to no pilot.

Cons: Even though I downloaded the app, the WiFi wasn't available so there was no entertainment. Also, the flight was delayed over an hour.
