Pros: Cheap price of the airline ticket.

Cons: I was booked where someone was already sitting. It was difficult because I was with my two young children. And someone else was booked in my child's seat also.

Cons: The crew could have checked us in...we were 5 minutes late for checkin and had to book and pay for another flight.

Cons: That don’t let you go standby on an earlier flight with a “basic” fare, even when there are empty seats. Not clear when you purchase through Kayak.

Cons: The 4pm flight not leaving at 10pm. Or at least being informed that the flight was gonna be delayed before 3 pm

Pros: The flight crew was friendly and smiling.

Cons: The seat in economy was incredibly uncomfortable. Seat had a slight forward incline which made a finding a relaxing position impossible.

Cons: The departure gate was changed four or five times, including after we had traipsed from one end of the concourse to the other, only to have the gate changed BACK to the one from which we came. This was at supper time; we wanted to eat in the terminal but were rousted from two different lines to change gates. We couldn't stop running back and forth long enough to eat! I got updated info more quickly from Kayak than from United, despite having signed up for email and text notifications and having the United app. Come on!! Eventually we were marched down to a narrow hallway, crowded with passengers from two other departing flights, held in formation by obviously harried gate agents and finally led outside to the ramp to board the plane. The worst boarding experience. Ever. Give me Southwest anytime.

Cons: On time departure, being truthful about delayed departure time and taxiing time, easier landing (had a lot of ear pain from rapid air pressure drop), It took over 30 mins from the time the plane landed for bags to load on the carousel

Cons: Cool flight, delayed, seat was in very back of plane, and Kayak did not carry over my personal info such as Known Traveler Number, nor would it allow me to check online.

Cons: No US airline seems to have figured out how to board without long line in the jetway. But not a big deal.

Pros: Flight was on time out of JFK, and quick and easy to board. We took off on time and landed 30 minutes early. This is was a great trip, and I love Delta.

Pros: Just another 4 hour delay featuring United. By the time we took off the storm in Toronto had started and it completely ruined my plans.

Cons: United, along with American, is a horrible carrier, and the next time it files for bankruptcy, needed to be allowed to remain our of business. The employees don't care about service at all, it's no longer part of their culture.

Pros: Boarded on time in challenging weather in Chicago. Got to Orlando on a day we could well have had problems getting a plane with the weather.

Cons: The seat was the usual uncomfortable coach seat.
