The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

There was a delay from Charlotte to Dallas but not too much so it was fine. Once we arrived in Dallas, however, it took an absorbent amount of time for the crew to open the door. On top of that, the skyline in Dallas was broken down and it caused me to miss my flight completely. I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport.

I liked finally getting where I was trying to go.

I didn’t like everything. We were approximately 4 hours late. And the flight crew was not very warm and considerate of the fact we were so delayed.

It turned out that we were on stand by (without anyone telling us until the morning of the flight) and did not know if we were going to fly out. We could not select any seats at check in and only found out our seats a few hours before the flight. It was quite unpleasant and stressful as my husband and I were flying with our two children and faced a real possibility of not being able to sit together or getting bumped off a flight all together. It was a code shared flight between Lufthansa and United and each airline kept sending us to the other to get any answers or help. neither were helpful. It made it for an extremely frustrating experience.

A very rude boarding agent insulted a young man from another country who was boarding in front of me. He misunderstood that they wanted him to check his luggage instead of carry it on. The agent yelled at him and shamed him in front of other passengers. United strikes again!! Seriously folks, you suck!

The young lady at the gate who kindly listened to me while I explained how utterly disappointed I was and was nice enough to notate my account.

Coming from MCO to Indianapolis, I was given the wrong boarding pass and almost missed the plane. I had to be escorted by a nice man who kindly called the flight attendant to hold the plane in order to make sure I was on it. Amongst thus chaos, I was able to bring my carry on free of charge. This was the same bag of which I was bringing back with me. I went to Indianapolis for a funeral. So, we didn't have a so called vacation. Thus, I did not partake in any shopping. Needless to say, I didn't have any new items to carry on. The bagage was the same size and weight as my flight there. WheN I went to get a boarding pass I was mislead. There were Frontier attendants yelling as passengers about the size of their bagage and the price of it. So, I took my boarding pass to the gate. When I went to board, the lady who yelled at another passenger told me my bag would cost $60 to bring on the plane. I told her I carried it on for free on my trip there. She said if I didn't pay the $60, I couldn't get on the plane. So, I went online and told her I that it said I could pay much less online and I asked her if I could go that route instead, considering the situation. She wasn't by any means trying to work with me. I asked to speak with a manager and was never able to. So I asked for a customer service number. Before boarding the plane, I was able to get ahold of a frontier representative that said I could pay much less over the phone with them. So, while on the phone I mentioned this to the lady checking me in at the gate. She was not pleased by this. So she told me that if I don't pay the $60 I couldn't board the plane. Well, the plane was about to leave, so I went ahead and paid the fee. While a boarding the plane, someone was already in my seat. Since the last hour of my day was so chaotic, I told the flight attendant I could sit in the row ahead which was completely empty to avoid any more conflict. She refused and had the lady more over a seat. Once I sat and the plane was ready to go, the lady next to me told me about how rude the flight attendant was to another passenger who asked if she could move seats due to having to sit next to someone who made it uncomfortable due to weight distribution. So I became clear to me that I wasn't carrying my previous frustrating into analyzing this current situation. Proceeding for take off, the seat belt light turned off. In the need for something to take my mind off things, I looked over at the empty row of seats in front of me and proceeded to sit in one next to the window. I was enjoying to view and moments later, the same flight attendant says to me, these seats aren't for passengers. I look over and see a young man sitting at the window seat down that same row and mention to her that there seems to be an occupied seat in the same row. She gives me a digruntled look and proceeds to tell me I'm not authorized to sit there. So I go back to my seat. this was enough for me. I was yelled at once trying to get her info.

We had all sorts of issues with this trip. I booked flights months in advance because I liked the flight times and the fact they offered a direct flight. I was then contacted by the airline to say that they had to change the flight times, which unfortunately no longer worked for our trip as we were leaving on a cruise… Both the departing and returning flights were affected. This caused us to have to stay an extra night in Orlando as the flight was too early for us to be able to depart our cruise ship and get to the airport. They did offer us $50 vouchers per passenger for the inconvenience but that did not nearly cover the cost of the hotel or transportation that was needed. Boarding for our departing flight seemed fine. We arrived at the airport an hour and a half before our flight with no issues. However when we arrived in Orlando the airline had lost all five of our suitcases containing everything we needed for our week long cruise that was departing the next day. The airline could not tell us what happened to the bags or where they were, or when they would arrive. We were forced to spend our extra day in Orlando shopping and replacing clothing items and swimsuits for the cruise. It was a huge pain and inconvenience and put a huge damper on our trip. They did offer a reimbursement amount per passenger per day that we were without luggage but I have a little confidence that I will ever see this money. The lady in the baggage office was as helpful as could be but it was clear that this happens far too often. I also did not like how you are nickel and dimed for everything on this airline… You have to purchase seats to ensure your family will get to sit together, pay a higher amount for checked baggage than other airlines, pay for carry-on bags ( in retrospect I should have done this since they lost our checked bags) and you have to pay for any drinks (including soda or juice) and snacks while in flight. This was our first time flying frontier airlines and the whole experience was a major turn off.

Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

Flight was cancelled with no advance notice. In fact, the monitors at the airport simply indicated a delay. Because Frontier has so few flights per day, they could not fly me out until Sunday. This was the day I planned to return, and did not work for me. So, my entire trip was ruined. I had numerous events planned and these had to be cancelled. This was my second experience with Frontier. My first was fine. This was terrible.

We had all sorts of issues with this trip. I booked flights months in advance because I liked the flight times and the fact they offered a direct flight. I was then contacted by the airline to say that they had to change the flight times, which unfortunately no longer worked for our trip as we were leaving on a cruise… Both the departing and returning flights were affected. This caused us to have to stay an extra night in Orlando as the flight was too early for us to be able to depart our cruise ship and get to the airport. They did offer us $50 vouchers per passenger for the inconvenience but that did not nearly cover the cost of the hotel or transportation that was needed. Boarding for our departing flight seemed fine. We arrived at the airport an hour and a half before our flight with no issues. However when we arrived in Orlando the airline had lost all five of our suitcases containing everything we needed for our week long cruise that was departing the next day. The airline could not tell us what happened to the bags or where they were, or when they would arrive. We were forced to spend our extra day in Orlando shopping and replacing clothing items and swimsuits for the cruise. It was a huge pain and inconvenience and put a huge damper on our trip. They did offer a reimbursement amount per passenger per day that we were without luggage but I have a little confidence that I will ever see this money. The lady in the baggage office was as helpful as could be but it was clear that this happens far too often. I also did not like how you are nickel and dimed for everything on this airline… You have to purchase seats to ensure your family will get to sit together, pay a higher amount for checked baggage than other airlines, pay for carry-on bags ( in retrospect I should have done this since they lost our checked bags) and you have to pay for any drinks (including soda or juice) and snacks while in flight. This was our first time flying frontier airlines and the whole experience was a major turn off.

The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time.

The flight attendants were very kind and hoped to make up for the pilot’s negligence.

Boarding was weird with a lack of overhead bins and then the pilot was inconsistent with updates to safety issues. We were delayed by an hour and twenty mins and then had to wait on the tarmac for another plane to leave the gate. Feels like I wasted two hours in limbo.

The young lady at the gate who kindly listened to me while I explained how utterly disappointed I was and was nice enough to notate my account.

Coming from MCO to Indianapolis, I was given the wrong boarding pass and almost missed the plane. I had to be escorted by a nice man who kindly called the flight attendant to hold the plane in order to make sure I was on it. Amongst thus chaos, I was able to bring my carry on free of charge. This was the same bag of which I was bringing back with me. I went to Indianapolis for a funeral. So, we didn't have a so called vacation. Thus, I did not partake in any shopping. Needless to say, I didn't have any new items to carry on. The bagage was the same size and weight as my flight there. WheN I went to get a boarding pass I was mislead. There were Frontier attendants yelling as passengers about the size of their bagage and the price of it. So, I took my boarding pass to the gate. When I went to board, the lady who yelled at another passenger told me my bag would cost $60 to bring on the plane. I told her I carried it on for free on my trip there. She said if I didn't pay the $60, I couldn't get on the plane. So, I went online and told her I that it said I could pay much less online and I asked her if I could go that route instead, considering the situation. She wasn't by any means trying to work with me. I asked to speak with a manager and was never able to. So I asked for a customer service number. Before boarding the plane, I was able to get ahold of a frontier representative that said I could pay much less over the phone with them. So, while on the phone I mentioned this to the lady checking me in at the gate. She was not pleased by this. So she told me that if I don't pay the $60 I couldn't board the plane. Well, the plane was about to leave, so I went ahead and paid the fee. While a boarding the plane, someone was already in my seat. Since the last hour of my day was so chaotic, I told the flight attendant I could sit in the row ahead which was completely empty to avoid any more conflict. She refused and had the lady more over a seat. Once I sat and the plane was ready to go, the lady next to me told me about how rude the flight attendant was to another passenger who asked if she could move seats due to having to sit next to someone who made it uncomfortable due to weight distribution. So I became clear to me that I wasn't carrying my previous frustrating into analyzing this current situation. Proceeding for take off, the seat belt light turned off. In the need for something to take my mind off things, I looked over at the empty row of seats in front of me and proceeded to sit in one next to the window. I was enjoying to view and moments later, the same flight attendant says to me, these seats aren't for passengers. I look over and see a young man sitting at the window seat down that same row and mention to her that there seems to be an occupied seat in the same row. She gives me a digruntled look and proceeds to tell me I'm not authorized to sit there. So I go back to my seat. this was enough for me. I was yelled at once trying to get her info.

Flight was cancelled with no advance notice. In fact, the monitors at the airport simply indicated a delay. Because Frontier has so few flights per day, they could not fly me out until Sunday. This was the day I planned to return, and did not work for me. So, my entire trip was ruined. I had numerous events planned and these had to be cancelled. This was my second experience with Frontier. My first was fine. This was terrible.

Breakfast was quite good, rest of the food was maximum average like on the other Delta flights I flew on this travel.

The seats in business class are horrible in flat bed mode. The crew did not pay much attention, was quite bored, not well organized, service was less than average. They forgot the coffee for breakfast although they had only to care for 8 people.

I liked finally getting where I was trying to go.

This will make a good story about how bad flying had gotten and United is really a much worse airline than I remember. I think their CEO is incompetent and I can only hope that they drag me off the plane to get some sort of compensation.

Not arriving at my destination

Flight was scheduled to leave at noon. We were delayed for 2.5 hours due to incoming flights, which were delayed. Finally they told us to board at 4 pm. Once everyone was on board, they told us we "lost" our pilot and we had to get off the plane. Thirty minutes later, they "found" a new pilot and boarded us on the plane. We then sat on the plane for 4 hours because there was a system issue and the pilots didn't have our flight plan. At 8 pm, the pilot got off the plane, and new pilots came aboard. Finally, the plane left at 9:30 pm. We never received food vouchers, water, snacks during the delay. The pilot insisted the last delay was due to a system issue, the crew told us it was because of weather. In the end, I think they were all lying to us and they had no intention of leaving on time and just made excuses. We lost a whole day in Bermuda because of their lies. I will never fly United again.
