Pros: The views on this flight are good. The crew was just ok and they should explain where the restroom is.

Cons: The flight is relatively short so they do not offer a beverage service. However if I fly the same route on Alaska they do.

Cons: Our section, Main 1 (towards tail end of plane) had strong smell of unine which thankfully dissipated once plane was in flight. Also, bathrooms even on boarding were not clean with urine all over the toilet.

Cons: Was delayed for hours and missed my shuttle to Bellingham. Nearly ruined my trip.

Cons: Plane was late getting to gate then lightning kept luggage from being taken off and put on and on top of continued lightning, plane was 1 hr plus late getting out

Pros: There were 2 crew members who were very helpful and nice.

Cons: The movies were kind of poor but the worst part really was the service. Most were not willing to help me at all (I was traveling solo with a baby and carry on baggage + a car seat). One stewardess even told another passenger to carry something back for me since the crew was too busy.

Pros: Leather seats, built in charger, duel seat tray - one for my drink and one for my Kindle. Plane felt very clean & new.

Cons: The flight attendants were very polite. Both of us are blind, and they told us the information we needed – how far away is the nearest exit row. Otherwise they treated us like everyone else!

Cons: Terminal 2 security at LAX is awful and inefficient Also plane had a malfunctioning switch and it took them 1.5 hrs to fix while we are on the plane. This was 1.5 hrs delay on a 58 minutes flight. :(

Pros: NOTHING.

Cons: Missed the flight due to the sheer unhelpfulness and incompetence of the gate personnel. They would not let me board, since I was about 10 minutes late. THEN THE PLANE WAS DELAYED FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS!!! I was stranded in NY, overnight, and had to pay hundreds of dollars for a train ticket and a cab.

Cons: The boarding was processed by one agent. He did a fine job but took too long to board. Needed to have 2 people managing boarding the plane

Pros: The checking kiosk with luggage check-in, weight station and automated ticket printing for boarding pass and luggage tag. Security checkpoint was smooth and moving fast. All above have vastly reduced stagnant check-in line at the check-in counters.

Cons: Need more properly trained ground crew at baggage drop point (which is also the previously check-in counter) to ease the line and expedite the check-in. Also need more notification billboard along the long line to better inform the passagers what to expect at the security checkpoint.

Pros: Crew was very courteous and professional.

Cons: Some kind of compensation to cover the missed shuttle and my time.

Cons: American Airlines changed our seats after ticket purchase so that we were not sitting together. We chose seats at check-in in San Francisco so that we could sit together. When we landed in Miami we discovered our seats had been changed yet again and we were seated in different rows, middle seat!

Pros: The crew was so friendly compared to other airlines, and the pilots seemed more skilled as well. Very smooth landings in spite of turbulence.

Cons: The flight was delayed, cancelled then on again. Communication regarding the flight changes were very confusing and had guest running though the airport not knowing what to do. My suitcase was busted and destroyed.There were not enough blankets for everyone in the cold plane. Horrible experience.

Pros: Once we got going, it was a decent flight. Weather conditions made for a bit of a rocky landing on the first leg.

Cons: Lack of information for delays. Boarding was slow due to unknown issue. We sat at the gate for a while without knowing why (they finally told us 5 minutes before pushoff), then we dawdled for another hour taxing and waiting for the runway, with no explanation until near the end.

Cons: The flight was extremely cold. Coming from Mexico to LA we didn't have jackets / blankets on us but it would have been very helpful for this flight. Deplaning at LAX was ridiculous. We stood on the tarmac outside the plane inside a glass tube for 20-25 minutes with no information waiting for a bus.

Cons: Delayed after boarding due to lightning ground stop. Had to deplane and reboard. Almost 2-hour delay because gate agent had to rebook several people on the spot.

Cons: The touch technology for the entertainment system was not user friendly and rarely responded immediately to the touch. It discouraged me from using the entertainment system.

Cons: I missed my flight to Grand Junction the night before because my plane from Dulles was delayed. So, consequently I had to spend the night in Denver. I was not pleased with that at all.

Pros: We were able to use a friend’s first class companion upgrade

Cons: First, it was a big ordeal to get seats together, traveling with 3 children. Seats did not recline. No movie screen, entertainment. Weren’t allowed a carryon, only under seat. Will not fly united again.

Pros: Everything! I appreciate that the ticketing agent helped me get an earlier flight and I appreciated the gate agent making sure I had a good seat! I love Delta!

Cons: I sat in a middle seat, sandwiched in between a passenger who had an aisle seat on my left and another passenger who had a window seat on my right. It would have been okay, but both were much larger than me and with the seat already a bit narrow, I felt like a sardine on this flight.

Pros: The friendly informative team when we learned our plane broke. I switched to Charlotte connection earlier as a Miami one made no sense as Miami is south of Atlanta final destination. We had a different outcome than expected yet staff cared for us.

Cons: Plane better maintained as before take off a hydraulic part broke and we were grounded . We arrived home hours later than planned because of this.
