Pros: "The food we were served was of excellent quality which is so unusual when it comes to airline meals, crew and service was great as well. Obviously Air NewZealand have a far better understanding of what there customer base require compared to their competitors"

Pros: "Great crew and counter staffing. Only took about 10 minutes to get my ticket and half of that was due to some snag with the NZ visa details."

However QA did not provide a wheelchair during check-in at Paris Charles de Gaulle for whatever unjustified reason"

Pros: "They gave us food vouchers and snacks for our delayed flight. The choice of movies available was great. the flight attendants were nice."
Cons: "Our international flight was delayed by over 2 hours. When we called to rebook our connection flight from Brisbane to Cairns, the agent on the phone told us they were unable to help us. The online website also did not allow us to rebook. When we got to Brisbane, the only flight remaining for us was a flight 2hours later with connection. Also, the phone jack was so poor that half of the time you couldn’t hear the movie."

Cons: "There was a 3 hour delay outbound and a 9 hour delay inbound. On the inbound flight I was put up in a nice hotel for the day and given a $30 meal voucher. However I missed my connecting flights and had to be put up when I got back to the States. Despite getting in at 10pm I was put on a 5am flight."
Cons: "Well the flight was delayed out of Indy and then due to some emergency at Ohare, we taxied for at least 30 minutes causing me to be late for my connecting flight and now I'm still here waiting for my new flight which is delayed."

I feel guilty sometimes going to the back and grabbing coffee. Maybe that’s right. I don’t know actually. If everyone did it it’s be no good right?
The crew were terribly disorganized. Constantly pushing carts back and forth like a bulldozer. Except this bulldozer was run by a 15 year old.
Easy getting to boarding waited a hour in the plane before takeoff, made us miss our next connection
The noise level from the plane is deafening. But glad they had tomato juice.
Cons: "Some cabin crew seemed quite grumpy, whilst others were friendly & welcoming. Food was very good"
Cons: "The vegetarian meals, they were not enjoyable, we actually couldn’t eat them. I wish we had not gotten vegetarian meals as the regular breakfast was a choice between pancakes or omelet with fresh fruit, which where both vegetarian. They need to make a difference between vegetarian and vegan."
