Cons: "They had a 40 seat plane that had about 15 people and they herded everyone in the rear of the cabin. All the extra comfort seats went empty. I asked and was told I had an economy ticket so there couldnt do anything."

Cons: "Gate changed in the last minute and non-English speaking wheeler chair customer (my 89 years old mother) was left at the old gate by their wheeler chair services and no agent at the gate knew about her. Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."

Pros: "Whereas our flight out from Raleigh to JFK where everything that could possibly go wrong did(late crew, boarding computer problem, mechanical issues with the plane, gate problems, missed connection) this last leg of our trip back was flawless. Everything was on time, and the crew was friendly and attentive. We had exit row seats so the leg room for this 90 minute flight was great compared to our first part (London-Atlanta)"

I will no longer fly a Go Jet operated leg when other choices are available. For my trips to Boston, that means Jet Blue. Sorry Delta. I'll see you back on a true Delta route."

Cons: "I was seated next to an extremely obese man. He was so large his body spilled over not only into my seat but rested on my body if I did not plaster myself against the window. This was very disturbing on many levels. First of all, I paid for a seat on the flight but only was able to utilize half of it for the man next to me took up not only his seat but half of mine. Secondly, we were seated in an exit row. There was no way this man could fit through the emergency exit. This aroused a sense of panic and an overall feeling of unsafety for me because in the event of an emergency no one would be able to escape in our area because this man would clog up our exit. This could prove fatal for many people. Thirdly, his body kept touching mine since he was overflowing into my seat. During takeoff and turbulence especially, his excessive fat would rest on my legs, arms, and torso and bounce around. There was no escaping it. It was not only disgusting and disturbing to be unwillfully touched by this stranger, but it also caused me to feel extremely claustrophobic. I feel as though regulations need to change regarding excessively obese people flying on commercial airliners. It is unfair for passengers like me to pay an equal amount and be cheated by passengers like him and only receive half of what I paid for mixed with undesired human contact and is also a serious safety hazard. Thank you for your time and I hope you take my complaint seriously and consider reviewing your regulations."

Cons: "The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous."

And we boarded the plane on time, deboarded the plane, they gave us warm drinks and pretzels and cookies to tide us over. 5.5 hours later? we take off. Nothing AA did was done right for the customer."

Cons: "I find it ridiculous that on a cross-country flight they can't even offer pretzels or peanuts. There was NOTHING!!!! I have been on short hops on other airlines and you get something."

Cons: "Delayed 5.5 hours at LAX. Boarded on time, waited at gate for 1.5 hours and then had to get off. During our delay waiting for a 1st Officer, the Captain times out. NO BACKUP CAPTAINS or 1st OFFICERS AT LAX? Then miraculously during our 3rd hour waiting for a Captain they discovered the 1st Officer was going to time out. So, rather than KNOW this while searching for a Captain, they waited for 3 hours and then had to find a 1st Officer to fill in. Result 2.5 more hours of delay. Even the Flight crew was in disbelief on this one. I think we should all get reimbursed and triple miles for this snafu. Not weather or mechanical - just poorly managed time -- BY A MAJOR AIRLINE - INEXCUSABLE!"

Cons: "I did not like that the ticket I purchased was a British Airways flight, but it was operated by American Airlines. The plane was SO outdated....it didn't even have personal screens. And the movies they played were old. I mean the Devil Wears Prada...COME ON!!!!! Also, the food on the way to London was extremely disappointing. I had chose the pasta with vegetables, and it was macaroni and cheese with broccoli. And not good macaroni, but more like the kind you make for your kids."

Cons: "Someone had been sick on the plane. They cleaned it up but it still had a pretty decent residual odor to bear in an hour plus long flight."

Pros: "It served the function of crossing the ocean. The crew was kind."
Cons: "The airplane was outdated. It did not have personal entertainment suites at each seat. I haven't flown across the ocean without being able to choose my own movie in 3 years. Also, because of the outdated entertainment suite, the headphone jack is located in the armrest to the side instead of in the seat back in front of you. This caused me to bend my 3.5mm headphone connection at one point while I was moving my leg, because the connection jack is located below thigh level. The temperature was unbearable, and could not be controlled by the flight crew. Dressed for winter weather and roasted for the entire flight. I actually was dehydrated when we landed because I was sweating for 7 hours crossing the ocean."

One of the flight attendants helped me carry our things on, because it's tough to carry my son in his safety seat and our bags through the narrow aisles without beating up everyone in the aisle seats as we go through! She also checked on us multiple times to see if there was anything else she could help us with."

It took us over an hour to get through the line, then another 20 minutes to get our seats changed because the seats we had been assigned weren't suitable for an infant safety seat! Also, the plane is older than the one I first took on the RDU to london route back in 2001. The seating is cramped and there is no seat back entertainment."

When I finally got home, my bag wasn't even on the flight with me."

Pros: "I was returning from an international flight, and had carried my smallish rollerboard +1 personal bag all through (including outbound) with no problems. Just on the last leg, IAD to RDU, the gate agent forced me to check the bag, even though the flight was not full, and the bag could easily fit in the overhead bin. I was in Group 3."

I stand in the gate line for Premier access and the gate crew lady asked me to go and pay for a carry on bag in a very loud voice and asked me to get out of premier access line. When I asked her to take a look at my premier access status, she said stop yelling. Then another man in a suit walks in and first word out of his mouth is not an apology, but a threatening "Don't yell". I just kept walking away from this unqualified person lest it goes out of control. United needs to do a lot better. Just because these gate crew people feel stressed out, they should not take on innocent travelers. Instead of putting a customer under a defensive position, they need to learn to respect the customer. United is training their crew in a wrong way.."

Cons: "A gal that sat with me on the first flight had seat 15a on the flight to Raleigh, she gets very sick and needed the window seat....BUT. you folks are so screwed up at ticketing that you NEVER book families together. I've flow with you folks 20 years and its always been a hassle. She was asked to move to the back of the plane (seat 32) a middle seat...where she was sick the whole ride so you could do the "shuffle" of passengers....it's poor business practice. When I have a choice I fly SW now."

TSA was disorganized, technology not working, calls for help from TSA officials went unanswered. It seemed strange to me that the airport of our nation's capitol would be so unprofessional. I felt like I kept encountering very unhappy and not so customer-focused staff. Flight itself was fine."

One flight attendant tried to make the atmosphere festive since we were going to Vegas and some people got absolutely shit-faced on the flight. I thought this was kind of cool, but I'm sure some people were annoyed since the drunks got VERY loud. For the price, I would definitely go to Vegas from Indy on Frontier again."

I had to change my rental car reservation to another company and cancel dinner reservations. I will never fly Frontier again!!!!"

Missed several opportunities for "Little things that count". Give all $300 to one of us for a free ticket-we won't be flying with our grandson again. I will give you a chance to fix that. Not a threat a promise."

Cons: "Poor customer service. Flight crew served beverages/snacks. Afterwards, the entire staff remained in the front of the cabin socializing most of the flight. One even had the audacity to tell me to put my tray up as we were landing, and my trash had not been picked up, so that I could put up my tray (still had liquid in my cup, and there was a lot of turbulence throughout the flight). Staff ( Jeremy) addressed a passenger very rudely, and the passenger was very irritated with the flight attendant. It’s not what Jeremy said, but how he said it. Instead, of Jeremy de-escalating the situation he continued to address the passenger rudely. Then he walked to the front of the cabin pointed at the passenger he was arguing with and was very animated in his telling of what just occurred to another employee. This infuriated the passenger. Disgusting behavior, Jeremy! Can’t believe Spirit staff have not been trained on flight safety. One, we are in a confined space, approximately 34,000 feet in the air, and it just takes one incident to unravel the peacefulness of the cabin, and place passengers at risk, but instead of Jeremy trying to manage the situation he continued to agitate the passenger. Then he sends another staff over to harass the passenger/family. Unprofessional and placing passengers at risk; because you never can predict how a passenger will react. To top it off staff did not say goodnight to passengers. I’m disappointed, because I recently sent a nice review to the CEO on Facebook. I guess I spoke too soon! The flight crew for flight NK 817 on 11/27/17 DFW to LAS, requires training, and may need to be separated for training purposes, because your flight supervisor cannot mange them, and it’s corrupting their behavior. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth. What is the standard for flight service, Spirit Airlines?!"

I was unable to get a direct flight with another airlines for a reasonable price until that afternoon I spent money to get to the airport on Uber then to only go home with Uber booked a flight with southwest then ubered back to with Uber . It was just a mess and very frustrating experience!! The next day Spirit airlines was on the news"

All of the staff seemed rather disinterested in the customers, to the point where they weren't sure if someone had sneaked onto the flight! That sure got them hopping. Unfortunately, it took half an hour to sort out. In the meantime, there we all alwere, stuck in our too small seats with their too little leg room. Once we left the gate, it became evident that the flight crew were not just indifferent to the passengers, they were passive-aggressively antagonistic about us. I mean, everyone has a bad day now and then, but the whole crew? Seems like it could be a systematic issue with this airline. I've flown cheap before, and you get what you ou for, but I didn't sign up to feel as if I were despised."

So therefore people who was in line time enough to make their flights missed their flights. I must give FLL airport great Kudos!! Great staff and team effort."
