Everything except the food and entertainment. It was a great experience though
Bad food, bad service, cold cabin with no additional blankets when asked for (they told me they don’t provide additional blankets). I’m a frequent traveler and this is one of the worst companies I traveled with (by the way I thought that I booked my ticket with Lufthansa but I didn’t see that the flights were handled by United).
United Airlines is my preferred airlines and I am thankful for Gary who also help support me on the phone to switch my flight literally last min.

the whole trip was smooth, and as comfortable as flying is these days. flight crew was friendly and very courteous and helpful.
The attendant on board was amazing. She should be doing business/first international long haul.
Although our flight was delayed the overall boarding process was very smooth and the crew was accommodating.
I was fully checked in the prior night and i was unchecked and then didn’t have a seat when I boarded. Instead of an aisle seat, I was out in the middle seat of the very last row of the plane.
In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.
HORRIBLE, my initial flight was cancelled, they made me pay $200 extra dollars and that got cancelled as well! After 6 cancellations I decided to get a refund because I needed to get home to my babies. Out of $1000+ dollars they offered me only $40 in refund! Totally unacceptable! The flight that they cancelled I was able to fly it on another airline. I had to spend $400 on one way tickets just to get home! I’m still getting the runaround.
Fantastic. The only thing - out of my six luggage one was lost in Copenhagen, however it was delivered Home 3 Days later so all great..

Our trip plan from Kayak stated we were flying SAS. That was not true. The first leg was a Delta flight. We wasted 25 minutes before finding out to check in with the correct airline. Then our SAS flight for the second leg arrived 25 minutes late, and our third leg flight with SAS closed the gate knowing the flight delay was SAS’s fault, and that this flight would only be backed up 5 minutes. The final kicker was that between Delta and SAS, they lost all our checked luggage.
Flight was completely full January 9th? I problem i had the stewardess was bumping into me constantly walking by? very annoying.. on Austrian air I dint have this issue at all...

Terrible customer service. The flight attendants were rude. We experienced significant turbulence for a large portion of the flight and there was very little check in from the flight deck. The space was extremely limited to the point where it felt like torture. Never again
I was surprised how good an American airline can be - I was really impressed.

I have paid for extra legroom on my flight. My seat was broken and did not recline. The crew could not fix it and refused to provide me with another seat
Over all experience was good. However the connection time was too short at CPG. We missed our connecting flight to AMS as the passport control line was too long and by the time we got our passport control done it was too late I wish there were some SAS staff to help us out at the passport control center Though they put us in a KLM flight from CPG to AMS, That flight was also delayed by over two hours
Lexus in first class was absolutely amazing! Beat flight attendant i’ve ever seen.
Generally good. Flight left on time and the seats are comfortable. Plenty of space in front if you in you choose a comfort plus seat, completely worth spending the extra money given the amount of hours the flight lasts. The food tastes good but I would say it’s a the amount is too little. The crew was friendly and efficient. There was a some turbulence at different points into the flight. American Airlines has good deals to NZ if you book with plenty of time before you plan on going.
the plane was so hot!! the air-conditioning was barely blowing. The flight was delayed, and we had to sit on the hot plane before take off for an extended amount of time, waiting on international passengers. Would not have been so bad if it was not so hot. They said it would get better after take off, but it did not.
They are always late and seats was also not having working charger
We flew in first class. The crew did not offer drinks before the flight took off, but they treated us well during the flight. The food was excellent. There was actually too much food served, but it was nice to have all the options.

Arrived 40 min early which was great - sat in runway for 35 min so no gain. Then waited for luggage 45 min. They need to staff accordingly knowing its one of the busiest week in Phx

My flight got rerouted due to crew rest. I was sent to Dallas customer service was not very polite. Was given a $40 room voucher for Motel 6 and $12 to eat with. It delayed me by a day. Where if I would have just stuck with my original flight Arizona was delayed to Cleveland and I could have made it home. They put me on a 9:00 flight out of Dallas to Cleveland without my knowledge or consent. When originally I was told it would be 8:45 a.m. on February 1st. I told them I could not take the 9:00 flight because I did not have anybody to pick me up from the airport at that time. I'm extremely disappointed in how I was treated. And I will not fly American Airlines again.
I am very appreciative of the help provided to me by Dennis and Whitney. I had lost my phone at EWR airport and they were very kind in assisting me. This included advice on how to file a report and also helping me connect with family. The pilot was also great about keeping passengers updated on the flight progress with regular communications over the system.
I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.
Service and food were excellent. Incredibly friendly and competent staff. Flight was delayed over and hour and I had to run between terminals to get my connecting flight.

Missed it by a couple minutes and couldn’t find an alternative flight so had to spend the night in DC and after much shuffling from 1 airline to another managed to get a United to Frankfurt.
There were only 2 toilets and one of them did not work in business class. We are not allowed to cross classes so had to wait in line to use the toilets!! The entertainment touch display was finicky and did not work all the time.
We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
I tried both on line and by calling the Customer Service line to arrange for a special meal as i have food intolerances. I was under the impression from your service representative that I was successful. I was not. I cannot eat spicy foods and get very ill if i eat bell peppers. I could not eat either menu choice and no special meal was actually ordered. ( your representative tried to order it for a flight that did not have meal service!!! - found this out later). Your wonderful cabin crew managed to put together a fruit, salad, roll and cheese tray for me so I had something to eat. WHY WOULD YOU SERVE SPICY FOOD, WITH NO MILDER OPTION,ON AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT???
Crew was professional and great, flight was clean. However food was pathetic. I ordered a Hindu meal assuming no meat but they served chicken. Need to be very specific- Hindu meal should be categorize as Vegetarian - no meat or egg. Or it should be specific that we are serving meat.
