The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.
All and all pretty good. It’s crowded but that is what flying is all about. But no complaints otherwise.
I was disappointed that paying nearly $5000 more for business class for two didn’t really get me any more than a larger seat which as the last row in cabin reclined only mildly and the foot supports were of minimal help and left no room under seat ahead for carton bag. Second, our checked luggage was lost and took us two long days and we’ll after midnight each of them and multiple calls and 30 euro trip to airport in person to finally get them. Would you do this again?
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
Never made it to Lufthansa because of Air Canadas negligence.
Boarding and flight update was fantastic as I experienced about a 10-15 delayed for both flights. The food served onboard was great; the service of the flight attendants was excellent.
Complete mess. Our reservation was mistakenly cancelled. After almost missing the connection and walking all over the Munich airport, the Service desk got involved and we were run to our flight. Not all 4 of us in Business and not seated together as originally booked. This was the worst treatment I have ever had. And I travel a lot. 1K million miler.
There is more space in this economy seat. It felt like a better layout, not so cramped.
The staff was not at pleasant as those on the first leg of our trip.
Lufhtansa has and can do better. The food was inedible. No individual light for reading.
We had to board and unboard, this could have been avoided
Always left late, food horrible and customer service not helpful.
