Pros: "The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling."

Cons: "The flight from. JFK to Barcelona was delayed as well. Their computers were down in Atlanta. So everyone had to have their name hand typed into a computer when boarding. Then the pilot said that our bags are usually weighed and computerized for even distribution on the plane. That system was also down, so we sat on the runway waiting for that problem to be fixed. When we arrived at Barcelona, I unpacked and discovered a jacket and pants in my luggage were wet. The only place that could have happened was at JfK during their rain storm and the luggage weight issue."

Cons: "The flights were both operated by Delta but booked through WestJet, and the flights themselves were fine. The booking was through WestJet (found the flight on kayak which kicked me over to West Jet's site) and check in was a pain. Their code did not work for their site or Delta's, I had to FB message them both leaving and returning to ask for the correct one, and the first request took them hours to answer. I'll just book Delta next time and save myself the trouble."

An announcement was made that in Atlanta which is Delta hub, there were no flight attendants for the flight so we had to wait for another crew to fly in. That's just unporfessiknal. To make matters worse, the gate agents didn't make announcements even if just to say we know this isn't good and we will update you asap even if just to tell you we are still waiting on word. Total silence and seeing the gate agents laugh and talk amongst each other was pretty bad."

Strange. They were only gold stays and I'm only Platinum and didn't complain once. Oh well, that's delta, we all deal with their silence when we post anything that is unfair."

Truthfully, it was almost like I was back with Southwest. She was kind, calm, polite, efficient, and capable. Very rare in my experience with American Airlines yesterday. Pros: "Oh the crew was very pretty. They spent more time on themselves their hair their make up and on their phones than they did the entire first class. Check our flights and miles. We fly AA ALOT for ourselves and other. WCB4350 Shipman. We don’t complain ever. But when you spend what we do and only just get your first drink with your dinner in the air is utterly ridiculous. Never got a clean up or a second drink. Had to interrupt the glam squad from their phones and make up bringing them our dirty glasses and trash asking for a second drink. Not impressed with this crew at all! Normally AA IS TOP KNOTCH. So it sets the standard that we’ve been accustomed to however complete and total letdown on this flight"

I got there around 11:30pm and my flight wasn't till around 9:45am the next day and so when it came to that time they had cancelled my flight so I got another ticked for around 2pm and they didn't board that flight till around 4:30. My experience there was to much to handle. I was supposed to get to Colorado Friday night but didn't even get here time Saturday afternoon. Really upsetted me because I leave wednsday so I don't have enough time to be with my boyfriend. I honestly don't think I'll be flying American Airlines again"

Second, the gate agent charged me and let me board, but her boss came on the plane and pulled me off because I wasn't Executive Platinum status! The plane took off with an empty seat and I had to wait two more hours for the first flight. When I complained to AA about it, they sent me a $50 voucher. I don't plan on giving any business to AA for the rest of my life."

Cons: "About two hours before my flight, it was canceled after previously making an airplane switch the night before after checking in online. The I received an email while I was on the way to the airport saying that the airplane that I was going to fly out on was canceled due to airplane maintenance. While I am happy they didn't fly the plane while needing maintenance, they should have planned ahead and known of the maintenance or had a backup ready to go. Obviously it must have been something they just found, but in the big picture of things. You have to pay an way to much for a flight as it is. They should have to solve their own issues to honor their part of the contract. We (as customers) can't cancel a flight with out penalties. Why shouldn't they have to do the same?"

Pros: "On the trip from Des Moines to Houston, timeliness of flight was great. The boarding went smooth and was done quickly. The crew were friendly and courteous. Overall the first half of the trip was fine."
Cons: "I was extremely disappointed in the condition of my luggage when I picked it up plane side. The wheel was broke off and all the pockets had been unzipped and it appeared they had been rummaged through. I had to drag my bag through the terminal. I spoke with 3 individuals with United who referred me onto the next and each unwilling as the previous to help. I myself am in customer service and would never treat my customers the way I was treated by the employees representing your Airline. I would go above and beyond to make the sure that the customers experience was a great one in spite of the unfotunate incident so they would return. I have never flown United before, and I will not consider your airline in the future."

Cons: "They lost my bag for my entire vacation. They found it and "rushed" it to me, but it got waylaid in SFO and would have sat there had I not called them. Then they said they would deliver it to my hotel. When it arrived 4 days later, they said I could pick it up and they would not deliver it. I was 2.5 hours away. I told them to send it home, but they didn't and when I flew home 7 days later, it was still sitting in Munich!"

Cons: "Disenchanted flight attendants. For whatever reason, it is obvious that there is unhappiness. Not flat affect, just the look of disinterest, a look that tells you I don't care. In a customer based business it is so disheartening that the very person you may have to depend on to survive is not vested in the clientele that keeps her company in business, thereby insuring future paychecks. I'd like to communicate here that it wasn't all the attendants on either flight, but enough that it was obvious to anyone who paid even casual attention. I was flying home to California, so there were two additional flights a few days before the flights home. I never had any of the same flight attendants on any of the flight. As far as my observation of the attendants, as stated above, I think that speaks volumes. I will cite an example that happened on my trip from Iowa to Denver. I need wheelchair assistance, I walk with a cane, but not able to walk any distance. I pack a light carry-on, bring my purse, jacket and cane. I was being wheeled up the passageway in a regular wheelchair, and the man pushing me stated to the on-coming crew he "would be right back to get my suitcase, couldn't take both at the same time", and added " unless one of you could roll it up?". After an embarrassing pause, a female flight attendant said "Let the flight attendant do it. Add this to the list of responsibilities that aren't really my job." I actually twisted around to look at this person, I was so stunned to hear that! She grabbed my rolling carry-on handle and the look spoke columns. I was embarrased. Thank you. Debra K. Forsythe"

Cons: "I have flown with United several times and will be avoiding this airline in the future. After notification that our flight had been delayed by 3 hours, the customer service was awful. The United representatives at the gate told us they could not rebook us nor would they be able to assist us with locating a different connecting flight. We then contacted customer service by phone and were directed to connecting flights. However the connecting flights were at an airport two hours away. After being informed that we would not be able to fly out the next day from the Des Moines airport, we. Had no other choice but to rent a car to drive to the Omaha airport. We had to rent a car because they would not accommodate us by changing our return flights to match where we flying out of. This whole experience has been awful for a trip that has been booked for more than 6 months. I plan to continue to inform the public of this horrendous experience."

Cons: "I was flying out of De Moines, IA to DC with a layover in Chicago. I received an email stating that my flight was changed to 3pm. While the email stated the flight number it didn't state the destinations or the airport. It turns out the email was referring to the layover flight that I had in Chicago. I even called the number provided in the email to verify the change and instead of giving me information on my flights it gave me a status update of the flight at that particular time of the day (Which was the day before when I called and was not something I particularly cared about). This wound up being very bad for me because I slept in and missed my flight. I booked another flight for the next day but a very bad snowstorm hit the east coast and was unable to travel back to DC for 5 more days. I had to get a hotel room in Chicago and spend over $500 in expenses because of this error. United should be more specific when notifying its passengers of any changes by email. This messed up a lot of things for me and I'm very upset with how United handled this"

Pros: "We left Chicago very late. The plane had not been fueled before boarding. We waited what seemed like an eternity. while the pilot apologized repeatedly it was still ridiculous to have to wait that long for the plane to be refueled when it should have been done before boarding."

Pros: "The staff was so kind and made the trip fun, very fast flight but so enjoyable. I honestly will not fly another airline if frontier is available. And best of all it was inexpensive... other flights were pushing 500$ and I got this ticket for 200$ overall great experience!!"

Cons: "This is not just Frontier - it is a BIGGER passengers trying to sit in constantly shrinking seat widths and leg room. I sat next to a very nice BIG person that was in my seat with me....had to keep the armrest up to allow them to fit. I know your bottom line is profit - so shrinking the passenger seat/room when the population as a whole is expanding makes flying overall a not good experience. I am waiting for you all to officially charge us for Cain air seperately."

Pros: "Boarding was painless and quick, flights were on time to destination, even early. My last flight actually made up time after departing late d/t passengers taking forever to deboard. This is a super inexpensive ticket folks, if you pay attention to the fine print it clearly states you pay extra for bags to check or carry, cheaper to pay online before your flight, also clearly spelled out if you look and easy to do."
Cons: "Seats don't recline, food isn't offered, but for the price of the ticket, buy your own before boarding!"

Cons: "2 flights were cancelled & The customer service was horriible and My wife and I didn't receive the 200$ voucher for next flight we were promised, just all around pissed"

Pros: "I arrived at LAS at 6am and was at the gate around 7am. I was informed by an employee that the flight had been delayed to 10:15am instead of 7:15am. The plane left without me at 7:31 with no announcements. I was sitting across from the terminal charging my phone. The agents told me it was my fault and refused to put me on the next flight. This is the 2nd time I've been burned by frontier. The first time I said I'd give them another chance. That was this trip. I will never fly them again."

Pros: "In spite of weather delay, boarding, crew and flight were good"

Pros: "The pilot flew the plane very well. We had some very heavy winds. Great job on tbat front. The flight atendants were very unfriendly and seemed to be difficult to work with. Having to pay for checked baggage, cary on, and beverages puts you in the class of Sprit Airlines. So unless you fix this, i may not fly Frontier very often."

Pros: "Prices are decent and everything is a la carte. Crew was accommodating and had more food options than other airlines."
Cons: "Had to pay $35 to bring a laptop bag? Absurd. Also paid extra for front row believing that it was first class however first class did not exist on this flight. Took almost an hour to drop off my bag even with the online check-in. Because of this alone I will be avoiding Frontier unless I have no checked baggage."

Pros: "The gate crew was very courteous when they told us that our flight was canceled"
Cons: "Our flight was canceled and we were unable to be rebooked until 6 days later which would have been the majority of the Christmas holiday to spend with my folks. We drove 30 hours one way instead."

Cons: "Mechanical problem and delay and no option to bring another plane or crew in or have us fly another airline to destination. Flight delayed in stages till 19 hours later it did leave."

Cons: "Everything other than Jody. It would take too long to type everything that went bad. Nothing was good, crappy check in, flights got delayed on Saturday and Sunday and they told me the next flight they could get me on was 4 days later. They do not have the ability to catch up from weather delays. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS."

Cons: "The line to checkin for flight was very long (not enough employees). We were told to go to Gate 20, then told to go to another gate along with two other flights. Waited for hours with no information as to what the problem was or when the flight would leave (same for other two fights). There were no Frontier employees in the terminal to be found to ask. It was all very unorganized! Finally one employee made an anouncement that we had no flight crew. Again waited in line for hour and half to talk to the one employee working the desk. Then waited almost two hours for bag at baggage claim. Still did not get luggage. Had to pay to stay in hotel and book flight on United the next day. When I tried to ask a Frontier employ the next morning where I should go to find luggage he was extremely rude and said I had to wait in line with a bunch of other people trying to check in and others that were on a flight that was just cancelled. There is not baggage offfice like other airlines have - they are too cheap!!. Their fairs are cheep but they nickle and dime you to death with baggage fees and seating feas, seats are cramped and uncomfortable, employees (the few they have) are rude. I think the airline is extremely cheap, unorganized and pathetic. By the way, i filed a claim on my luggage on line as directed by the recording you get when you call (because there is no one to talk to) and now received an email that I need to file claim with the baggage office at the airport. What baggage office??????"

Pros: "Nothing. I'm not happy with this airline. Thought I'd try out frontier and again disappointed."
Cons: "Frontier never alerted me until I got to hr gate that my flight had been cancelled. Airport monitors and website was not updated, until boarding until flight attendant announce cancelled flight. Nothing was available for me to fly out and nothing offered to help find a flight with other airline or hotel stay or rents stay. Frontier does not have customer service support and obviously doesn't care for their customers."

Pros: "They have taken out the seats and replaced them with "skinny" seats. 2 inches less legroom but they can cram 5 more people on their jets! No service, no smiles, no entertainment, From now on ... I say NO WAY am I getting on another Frontier flight! Remember when air travel was fun and exciting!"
Cons: "This company has forgotten what they sell! I would have more room, more entertainment and a better ride on a bus. God help us all, but before he does I'm flying United. They at least smile!"

Cons: "I won't fly Frontier again. The fact that we arrived into Colorado Springs 5 1/2 hours late wasn't the issue, as weather cannot be helped. But it was the lack of organization in the face of adversity that aggravated all the customers most. I would think a prestigious company like Frontier would have a better Plan B, than to unload us all in DIA, not allow us to retrieve our bags and find a faster way home, wait for a new flight crew, wait longer for a new plane, and once re-boarding to wait even longer because bags had never been loaded onto the new plane and there was no ramp crew. A shuttle to Colorado Springs would have been three hours faster. Think outside the box. Our patience was indeed tested."

Cons: "I purchased my ticket at a good price but if you didn't watch all of the catchy add-ons you were paying a much higher price. That is why you must always read the fine print. It was almost impossible to check in online as I had to keep starting over not sure why."

Cons: "Delayed for over 4 hours. 12:40 flight, We were supposed to fully boarded by 4:20pm and in flight by 4:30. We didnt start boarding until almost 4:30. For the delay. We only received $10 food voucher."

The worst part is not a single person offered any kind of explanation - no one in the airport and no one on the plane. When do you ever wait 5 1/2 hours for a meeting and receive no explanation for the delay? Inexcusable. Frontier will always be my very last resort from now on."

Pros: "This was my first flight on Frontier and didn't know what to expect. When my iPhone boarding pass wouldn't work at security I was sent to the Frontier counter and they helped me instantly. The Phoenix boarding lounge was NOT a good introduction with holes and rips in the seats and a "sofa" that rocked everyone on it whenever someone moved.. The gate attendant however was great - and funny. The plane was VERY nice and made up for the lounge plus we made it to Colorado Springs 20 minutes early! The price ($56 including fees and taxes) means I'll be looking at Frontier in the future."

Cons: "Is it really that desperate that airlines have to charge $2 for soda?"

Pros: "Staff was very courteous and pilot performed an excellent landing."
Cons: "Flight was delayed three times, no reason given. Arrived at 2:15 am instead of 9:45. Could have at least offered free drinks."
