Pros: "The service"
Cons: "The food"
Cons: "First, an exterior light was broken so we were delayed so much that American recommended we reschedule our connection but we got to LGA and our original flight was still at the gate but they’d oversold it so we couldn’t get back on. And then, getting on connecting flight, the door broke so we were"
Pros: "Worst flight of my life"
Cons: "The crew was rude, the entertainment system was broken, there was 0 leg room, and it took hitting the call button 4 times to get water after beverage service (the second time they walked up, turned it off and walked away). I vowed to never fly American again after this flight."
Pros: "They gave us plenty of drinks and food"
Cons: "Leg room"
Cons: "Crew was cold and rude"
Cons: "To many delays."
Pros: "Boarded in Boston and pulled away from the gate. An engine starter was bad so had to tow back to gate. After time to figure out the issue we were deplaned and began rebooking process. Not satisfied"
Cons: "See above"
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "It was so ht on the aircraft, Almost no aircirculation"
Cons: "Cabin was like an icebox. People were wrapping up in sweaters and jackets. Many raised hands observed attempting to close the overhead vents. Multiple complaints to flight crew yielded a minor improvement but it was still on comfortably cool."
Cons: "Boarding could be improved if they would start boarding from the back of the plane to the front after boarding 1st class and Priority this way people would not block the passage when putting their luggage in the top compartments. The crew was not very helpful because I almost went into a hypothermia condition because the air in the cabin was extremely cold. When I ask for a blanket one of the stewardesses said that AA would no longer have blankets in flight which I prove it wrong when I saw in the flight Mai-SDQ blanquets all over the cabin. The soliton they gave me was that they would ask the crew to raise the temp in the cabin, I had to make the request three times and I had to tell the stewardess that if not raising the temperature in the cabin I could have gone into an emergency hypothermia crisis. I had to take another shirt from my carry-on to put it over my shirt to warm me up."
Pros: "Great service and sweet attendants"
Cons: "Person next to me was a little large and it was uncomfortable."
Cons: "I believe there should be two staff to serve as for one it looks like too much."
Cons: "Delayed for mechanical."
Pros: "I loved the attitude and helpful approach of the female flight attendant working the AA gate for the flight I took from DFW to COS last night (6/13). Truthfully, it was almost like I was back with Southwest. She was kind, calm, polite, efficient, and capable. Very rare in my experience with American Airlines yesterday. Interacting with her was refreshing."
Cons: "Getting home to Colorado Springs at 11:30 PM, taxiing for 15-20 minutes, and then waiting another 20-30 for checked luggage! Never have I waited that long during and after a Southwest flight! AA could truly learn something from their more modest counterpart. I have all but decided to resume my drives to Denver every other week rather than risk more and more time and poor experiences with AA flying in-and-out of Colorado Springs."
Pros: "Timely, good service."
Cons: "Would have helped to know that IB4158 was also AA44."
Pros: "Everyone was nice"
Cons: "No gluten free snacks. Flight was late"
Pros: "Great service"
Cons: "Luggage did not make the transfer on time (Chicago-Charlotte after Tokyo), although they had about 45 minutes to load it. Do not buy an international ticket with less than 1.5 hours transfer time. (It took 45 minutes to get through customs/immigration and retrieve luggage for transfer."
Cons: "You better hope you don't have a short connection. Sacramento fails to allow you direct access between the A and B terminals. You have to leave and hunt for the other building through the parking garage with no guidance and then go back through security. Unacceptable!"
Pros: "The flight went pretty smoothly, besides the hiccups."
Cons: "The flight was delayed which messed up other flights. Then our bags didn't make it on our second flight."
Pros: "It was easy to travel"
Pros: "Great! The flight wasn't full, so the attendants went out of there way to move people around so we all had more space. Flight left on time, was smooth, everything was wonderful."
Pros: "the crew was pleasant and efficient The landing was really smooth compared to my trip in the opposite direction."
Cons: "paying extra for a small seat was really frustrating"
Pros: "Flight boarded on time and landed 30 minutes early. Best part is the gate was open in Chicago so we truly arrived early. Flight crew was great too. Very helpful and courteous."
Cons: "Your partner vayama doesn't provide the terminal or airline. Went to Iberia/ terminal 7 just to realize it was AA/terminal 8."
Pros: "I liked that the internet connection was free because I am a T-Mobile customer."
Cons: "Boarding the plane was a bit clumsy. I felt like everyone was tripping over each other since the front of the plane was boarding first."
Pros: "Gate crew provided frequent updates about the nature and duration of our substantial delay in takeoff. Polite and efficient crew"
Cons: "2.5-hour delay caused me to miss connection in Tokyo. Boarding took a long time. Nearly one hour for my suitcase to emerge on carousel, well after all other bags. Legroom minimum in coach. Sandwich for the snack was frozen in the middle."
Pros: "We didn't crash."
Cons: "No safety briefing for infants, rude gate staff, primitive fleet, terrible customer service at all levels."
Pros: "Was appropriately warned that British Airways was having computer problems"
Pros: "Captain did his best to make up time"
Cons: "Flight was initially delayed an hour, then bumped to 30 minutes late."
Pros: "Ability to avoid storms in order to provide a less stressful and safer flight. Actually arrived early!"
Cons: "Did not like having to board from the tarmac."
Cons: "No volé en LATAM si no en AA y en esta compañía al principio no sabían sobre mi reserva y cuando si, no pude hacer el checking online, sino solo en el aeropuerto , en ambos vuelos"
Pros: "The flight arrived early which was nice. But that's the only good thing about this flight."
Cons: "From checking my bag to leaving the plane in Dallas, I felt like AA employees thought passengers were just in the way. It was almost as if the flight attendants were traveling to Dallas and they happened to have to take care of passengers along the way. There were very few smiles, hellos, or how can I help you. It was almost always and grunt and what do you want? The personal device entertainment was very buggy. the movie I tried to watch kept skipping, like on old scratched CD."
Pros: "Departed on time arrived a little early"
Cons: "Seats were not as comfortable as other flights I've been on."
Cons: "There was a problem which they could repair before the flight. We were in the plain on ground for 2 hours delay, not even offered a drink, we saw the crew drink. The service was bad, they treated the passengers with terrible disrespect. Very frustrating and disappointing !!!!"
Cons: "The flight being delayed & then cancelled at the last second"
Pros: "The flight was on time, and the crew was friendly."
Cons: "The boarding was very disorganized and took a long time, and there was no silverware on board, which I needed."
Cons: "It took so long for me to leave this airport. I got there around 11:30pm and my flight wasn't till around 9:45am the next day and so when it came to that time they had cancelled my flight so I got another ticked for around 2pm and they didn't board that flight till around 4:30. My experience there was to much to handle. I was supposed to get to Colorado Friday night but didn't even get here time Saturday afternoon. Really upsetted me because I leave wednsday so I don't have enough time to be with my boyfriend. I honestly don't think I'll be flying American Airlines again"
Pros: "The flight attendants were nice and the plane was on time."
Cons: "I tried to switch my flight to an earlier time. First, they charge $75 (Southwest is always free). Second, the gate agent charged me and let me board, but her boss came on the plane and pulled me off because I wasn't Executive Platinum status! The plane took off with an empty seat and I had to wait two more hours for the first flight. When I complained to AA about it, they sent me a $50 voucher. I don't plan on giving any business to AA for the rest of my life."
Pros: "I fell asleep on the trip so that was nice."
Cons: "The seats are pretty uncomfortable for tall people."
