Cons: One really obnoxious kid kept screaming the entire time. Instead of charging for earbuds maybe give them out for those of us that don’t have any.

Cons: Had to pay extra for seat assignment. Very tight seating; almost demands paying extra for "comfort seats." Crew moved my carry-on bag; should have told me or helped me find it when deplaning. No beverage service due to turbulence (understandable -- not their fault). Flight was delayed.

Pros: Diverted for unclear reasons. Stuck in TSY with hotel voucher to an overbooked hotel; trying to find out of pocket accommodations after long day of no food at MIDNIGHT was a real downer! I’ll let ya know if I make it home TODAY!!!

Pros: The crew made the best out of it and thankfully it’s an extremely short flight.

Cons: A 20 minute flight was delayed for 2.5 hrs. United did a terrible job with notifying passengers, just simply bumped out departure in 15 min increments. Original excuse was inbound delay, although plane was there for 6 hrs already. Passenger soiled himself in cabin and there was no ventilation.

Pros: The air line didn’t let me aboard my fly cause my baby Of 6 months!! Was needed a ticket to fly!!!! So I was on time to aboard, but the airline say was too late Really sad.

Cons: Flight delayed for about 20-30 minutes with personnel entering and exiting aircraft with no explanation for passengers after pilot had announced we would be leaving “on time.”

Cons: Honestly, this was the cheapest, dirtiest and most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on. Charges for everything, evev carry on bags; no inflight service, not even a glass of water or peanuts offered, no inflight TV, movie, etc. Bathroom filthy, NO padding to the seats at all. Horrible!

My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher...

Cons: Holding back the departing passengers so those with connections could exit first

Pros: Gate check of carry-on luggage was nice. The connecting flight from DFW to FLL was on time and the boarding process was very smoothly executed by the gate agent. Well done!!

Cons: The flight out of RNO early in the morning was chaotic. One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway.

Pros: Crew was amazing, they made sure we were comfortable and would ask if there was anything we needed.

The airport staff was friendly, but airport management needs be prepared and perform better. Compared to other airport, there was not that many people flying, and still there processing issues.

Pros: Good price. Flight was ontime. Boarding and unboarding was fairly fast due to fewer bags to put in the overheads.

Cons: Seat did not recline. No wifi / entertainment. Food/drinks all cost extra. No chance to talk to a person at checkin. Seats assigned for my wife and I were not near each other. Gate agent was able to put us together in last row, but that was the last and only option.

Pros: Ronald fight attendant made our first time to Europe trip very pleasing. He was amazing.

Pros: I sat next to two of the flight attendants prior to our departure. When they got up to board, their negative comments about getting on the plane made me think Wow, why are you doing this job, if you don't really want to go. The two attendants at the check in, they need some training.

Pros: Crew and pilot were nice while we dealt with technical difficulties and had to stay on the plane

Cons: After missing all our other connections, our luggage was delayed for hours, we were only given $12 each for meal vouchers for an entire day of layover, we were not given the upgrade for the seats we originally paid for (nor seats together) only promised refunds. The line for service was 2 hours.
