Cons: "Temperature in AA cabins are 10 degrees or more colder than your competitors. Uncomfortably cold in AA flights. Recently I have flow, with spirit, Southwest, United, and Delta. In all those cases the cabin temperature was warmer than AA. I have to say as an exec plat, I wish AA would fix this issue. It is something that ER waiting rooms have adjusted and it has statistically shown to improve satisfaction scores."

Cons: "The flight was very good. The landing sounded rough with a lot of braking. Crew were really friendly. The food was expensive but fresh sandwich. Plane was beautiful. Lovely flight overall"

Cons: "the entertainment on the app didn’t work. and there was no seat back tv things. there was a movie playing in the aisle of the airplane. there was no way to charge any devices while our domestic flight had the tvs on the back of the seats and international plugs for every seat"

Cons: "We were delayed an hour and when we arrived late no one was there to meet us at the gate. We had to wait to deplane."

Cons: "Be on time! Flight was initially delayed 2 hours, supposedly for weather, but other airlines were flying to same location with no problems. Delay caused me to be rescheduled on 3 hour later flight. When I landed, initial connecting flight was boarding so was able to run to gate and get on anyway."

Cons: "Our honeymoon started off with American airlines delaying us by 3 hours in Miami causing us to miss our flight to Iceland and now we are stuck in Dallas paying out of pocket for everything because American does not reimburse anything. Just brutal."

Pros: "Despite numerous delays, we made it to Philadelphia. We were alerted to the delays in a timely manner. We were also treated to a snack cart and cupcakes to celebrate the first day of direct flights."

Cons: "The staff member at the gate counter in Philly was very short and rude. She asked for people volunteer to check their carry-on bags and when I took mine up she was very curt. She asked me for my seat number (I didn't hear her) and her tone got worse. A woman who did not speak English need assistance and was turned away by this person with s shrug. The Latina finally stood in the middle of the gate area asking for help from anyone who could speak English. I just spent 18 days I Madrid and never once was rejected when I asked for assistance. I was not happy with your employee and I was ashamed to hear an American treat someone that way. In the employee's defense, she was alone at the dest up until boarding time and was juggling a lot of balls without any other support. Not a good experience."

Cons: "I miss my flight because my plane left “early.” The person who attended me wasn’t understandable at all, she responded with so much rudeness. Was very upset!"

Cons: "These planes feel like they are made of Legos. They are absurdly tiny and uncomfortable (and I am a small woman). Hot and stinky when boarding and no room for you or your carry on luggage. The days of glamorous air travel seem very far away."

Cons: "American Airlines has to be the worst airline I’ve ever traveled with. They canceled both of my flights and scheduled me for flights the next day each time. Customer service pretty poor. I opted to take a train instead. They didn’t reimburse me either. Awful"

Pros: "Every single crew member was extremely helpful and friendly. Also the leg room was acceptable compared to similar airlines. Comfortable seats and smooth flight. We were even 20 minutes early to BCN!"
