Frustrating not to have a seat assignment until boarding had already begin (would have gone SWA if we wanted that mess).

Pros: The flight crew was friendly and personable. Beverage service was consistent and efficient. Entertainment and free WiFi messaging were great perks.
Cons: The positives don’t even come close to offsetting the misery of Delta’s seats. I honestly don’t remember the last time I was so cramped and uncomfortable. I’m not an abnormally large man - 6 feet 200 lbs - and there was no room for my legs or my shoulders in an “upgraded economy” seat. I fly weekly for work on another major airline, and only took this one in a crunch. But I am quite certain this was my last Delta flight and I’ll be advising others similarly. The service and entertainment aren’t sufficient to mask an awful seat configuration.

Pros: After a massive power outage, the Delta employees were calm, professional, and kept everything moving as well as they could under the circumstances. We boarded the plane, and then had to deplane while we waited for the pilot to arrive. The updates were timely and we were kept well informed by the ground crew. Hats off to them for making the best of a bad situation!

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines.

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future.

Cons: There are two types of foot-rests, both are a nuisance for people with long legs. The one popping up from below one's seat is extremely hard to put back in place. The metallic one folding down from under the seat in front cannot be secured back and is always in the way if the passenger needs to stretch his/her legs. This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better.

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Pros: The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful.

Cons: The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell.

Pros: The Bogota based crew provided the best service I have ever experienced. Extremely pleasant and customer focused. We were flying with twins and they assisted us through out the flight. Once we landed in MIA they helped us maneuver through the maze to reach the customs & immigration area quickly. All in all a great experience.

Cons: System resets & bright light bursts in our faces over and over. Also when cabin lights dimmed the blue lights on seats were not enough to light the way.

Cons: They separated my bags, so I had to wait in Philadelphia for my bag to arrive on next flight 2 1/2 hours latter. Not happy after flying from Sydney.

Pros: I have to use crutches to walk and before bording one of the attendants noticed me and changed me to priority bording and seatimg on the plain, she then came and helped me making sure I was the first person to board the plain.
Cons: I've never been help so much by a flight staff they were fantastic. The food was topical airplain food but the entertainment was pretty good and the over all experience was really nice.

Cons: Qantas would not let me upgrade at 24 hours into Business Class. They wanted me to buy a whole new ticket. All other international flights I take allow me to pay for an upgrade within 24 hours of the flight for around $2000.

Pros: I would like if for my return from Paris to Chicago, Chicago Seattle I would be greeted by the personal and offered to flight first class without extra charge to compensate for the bad experience on my way going in. Thank you
Cons: I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks

Cons: Airlines have an industry wide problem. They INTENTIONALLY make every part of flying miserable so that passengers will pay anything to make it less painful. For example... if you want to make boarding quicker, build the cost of checked luggage into ticket prices so that you don't have people carrying everything on and clogging up the process. Or use the existing and publicly available research to improve boarding mechanisms... but that would mean you lose an opportunity to squeeze extra cash out of people for 'priority boarding'. This phenomenon is real, and currently be investigated by congress. Call your senator.

Pros: Great crew. Friendly and reaponsive. Easy boarding.
Cons: 4 hour flight from SFO to Charlotte. No food beyond snacks. No entertainemt options. No electrical outlets.

Cons: We did not get on this flight because AA's scheduled it 90 minutes after landing from an Int'l flight. Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes.

Cons: My flight was changed to a different airline owned by Alaska. The new airline did not have my reservation information. If was a bit of a headache when checking in.

Pros: 1. Let me check in online but NOT my wife ... we are both Advantage Gold & TSA pre .... wasted 2 hours on the phone with idiots in their Manila call center 2. An ancient plane, cramped seating, wretched food. 3. An hour late departing JFK & arriving CDG so right in the middle of Paris rush hour !!

Cons: The flight was operated by American Eagle, on a small regional commuter jet. We had to board from the tarmac and climb a steep flight of stairs to board. Not advisable for anyone with limited mobility.

Cons: I did not like that I missed my flight the night before due to something going wrong in the airport and all the counters were closed down early To go help. (I was told this the next day when I asked) So I actually had to pay for the next flight out tomorrow for no reason just because something happened and American refused to print my ticket still. Also I couldn't self check In either! had I been able to do this I would have made my flight, this airport is small I would have walked thru security in 5mins. Didn't make any sense to me at all. I was highly disappointed with Alaska and American. Alaska made me buy a new ticket and when I asked the American counter they didn't understand why I had to pay, they said I should have just been re booked!

Cons: The Indianapolis to JFK trip was the first of three legs. My bags were only checked to JFK. I have a badly broken ankle and needed a wheel chair. I could not manage my luggage and crutches. It forced me to take a taxi to the international terminal, then ask strangers for help with my luggage once I got there. I am extraordinarily displeased!!!! I will not fly American again.

Cons: I am pregnant and took a 12-hour flight. The flight crew did not provide me with food for 11 hours of that flight. When I asked the flight attendants for food they told me they had none, and it was my fault I didn't bring anything to eat. then I saw them handing out food to business class. I understand that I did not shell out the class to fly business class, but it's not okay to not feed a pregnant woman. Additionally, when I was flying form you were not allowed t bring water onto the plane. The flight attendants only provided me one small water bottle an two small cups of water. I asked for more but they said no :( I will never fly United again

Cons: The comform of the seats was very poor. Entertainment only worked half way. Stewards did not ask if I wanted to eat or not. Only pessengers on the alley seats were asked. Very little attention was given to make passengers comfortable.

Pros: Very quick flight from ORD to BHM involving hardly any bad weather which got me home early.
Cons: The online entertainment had poor connectivity and did not work, forcing me to take a nap to kill time.

Pros: We enjoyed the ability to have beer and wine included. We thought the meals going to Tel Aviv and on the return were very tasty, good portions, and served at the appropriate times. We loved the choices of movies/tv that were updated and new and also included.
Cons: The only issue we had was getting up to go to the bathroom midflight. There was some slight turbulence and the attendants demanded we sit down for safety (it wasn't too bad though) yet once we got back to our seats the turblence was fine, and we got up to go again and the same thing happened. There were long lines for the bathrooms. I'm not sure if that can be avoided though.
