Pros: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.
Cons: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Cons: The plane was dirty, all seats did not have pillows and blankets. Seating was not very comfortable, particularly as there was a box attached to one of the legs of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to move my legs to an uncomfortable angle.

The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster.

And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag.

In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for.

Cons: I booked a regular flight and at the end the system or dont know how, booked me PLUS ECONOMY, when I wanted to change my ticket date, it was so expensive and almost no dates were available. Also, you didnt give me chance to downgrade in order to change the dates more easily. I always fly through BA and I love the easy it is to change dates, but this time you disappointed me. I usualy choose BA because its easy and non expensive to change dates in my flight but now I may be open to book with other airlines.

Cons: Cabin temperature was probably 60 degrees. Could understand if we left a 90 degree city. But not on an early morning flight with 70 degree ambient temps when we took off. I’ve been warmer in mid January flights from Chicago.

Pros: The plane was comfortable, and the stewardesses were friendly. The plane was not full, so it was easy to get board and deboard, the toilets were clean with no lines, and the entertainment was top notch.

Cons: Flight attendants horrible refused to serve drinks or snacks due to "turbulence" But there was no turbulence. Then when passengers complained they served water only and splashed it into cups on the trays instead of pouring it into cups and handing the cups to the passengers. Nasty people.

Cons: Flight delayed by over hour. Desk crew could have been there to help us make decisions but were not. There was no one to ask about connecting flight gates. When we got off in philly there was someone to give directions to connecting flights. That was too little too late . If we had not on our own looked up connection gate and map of the airport andwould have had to stand in line to ask we would have missed our international connection.

Pros: Experienced a 4.5 hr delay to the destination. Family had to pick up grandson (Ibooked trip for him) after midnight in L.A. 2 hour flight delay coming back which pick up had to be re-arranged again by family. Family member flew to us next day via United without any issues. Dont book through this site or use American Airlines!!!

Cons: Well I didn't like that we sat at the airport for nearly 10 hours after multiple flight delays and cancellations. Why not just let us know we aren't going to be flying out. That way you could reduce the 10 hour anxiety attack and mixed emotions coming with all the drama. I also didn't like that the only flight we could get the next day was into San Jose (not SFO which is what I paid for) there wasn't any offer of reimbursement for hotel, taxi or flight. I also missed 2 extremely important fairs that my company was expected to participate in on Saturday Morning. I didn't like that when we landed in San Jose our bags were in SFO. Then American Airlines didn't want to get us a ride to SFO which we finally received after a lot of arguing which I don't find ideal. I feel like AA didn't take any responsibility. They kept saying it was weather related which I can't accept because other flights (including AA) were coming and going the entire day!!! One customer service member said the plane we were supposed to be on had to be maintenances and another said they didn't have a flight crew. The whole day was a disaster and it cost my thousands of dollars and many many hours of stress and anxiety.

Cons: Our flight was cancelled And rescheduled and we were not notified. We missed our flight. The next flight was the following day. We missed a day of vacation and $500 a day hotel fees. We felt we should be reimbursed for our flight but the person we talked to wasn't too helpful.

Cons: The television was in the aisle and couldn't be properly seen. Also there was no outlet charger. During boarding, even thou they called by group number, the crew allowed a queue in the front, making it confusing who was in line and who wasn't. Better wait till the end to board that get in that mess

Cons: The boarding process is not organized, even if you're flying first you have to "elbow" your way in. The headphones or the connection are wrong the noise coming of it is terrible, couldn't watch a single movie. Unusable. Tried moving it around and changing for another unsuccessfully.

Cons: Valet flight, i.e. even normal sized carry-on cannot be stowed above the seat We arrived at the gate 20 min before departure, due to TSA delays. But they closed the door and no one was around to even talk to. At least they put us in the next flight.... Still, as we're not checking in any bags, they could have let us in.

Cons: The seats worked well but showing their age. One seat across from me broke mid flight. The attendant did get it working. The controls are pretty easy to understand. Push a button and see what happens.
