From check-in and baggage drop to the end of the 12-hour flight, the customer service was exceptional, with numerous staff members exemplifying the very best in care. On board, Andre, our primary crew chief, was sincerely friendly, a consummate professional, and, along with Freddy, one of his team members, truly among the best of the best. The captain even came through the cabin to chat with passengers—a wonderful personal touch, especially on such a long journey.

Entertainment center did not work and no electric available at seat for 11 hour flight. Didn’t have access to overhead light or call button. Food was tasteless and had a high salt (27 %) of recommended daily salt intake

It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.

My flight was delayed so bad i missed u it so i just said never mind

Crew was friendly. Seats are too narrow, particularly when a big person is in the adjacent seat, but I understand this is due to smaller planes usually flight into Lincoln. I have experienced several flight delays going out and coming into Lincoln airport, I say maybe 50% or higher of the flights I've taken out of this airport have been delayed.

Food was terrible. Crew was kind but skipped over my row for providing sandwiches and beverages.

We loved the United lounge near our gate and a rep named Aimee who was GREAT

There was no air on the plane and it was very hot.

I received an upgrade to business class because I was on the waiting list. That made the flight much nicer. The staff was excellent.

Rude and condescending crew, below average food, passengers treated as toddlers.
