Wifi worked inconsistently; outlet to charge computer did not work.
13 hour delay stuck in Detroit and missed a day of meetings. It was terrible
Everything was great except the fact that catering did not restock the flight from ATL to GRB and we were only offered water.

Flights were on time, my connecting gate was VERY close to my arrival gate, everything went smooth and made for a delightful experience.

The captain was running late from landing from a prior flight. We all boarded then had to sit and wait for like an hour for him to arrive. I don't understand why you would have us board knowing that we would have to all sit and wait on the captain for an extended period of time.
Flight was delayed from San Diego due to being overweight for weather conditions. We missed our connecting flight to our final destination due to the delay, as well as the connecting flight leaving before the scheduled departure time. We missed the connection within 10 - 15 minutes. We were booked on a later flight arriving 7 hours later. There were 7 passengers sharing the same originating and connecting flight.
Boarding was slow -- we ended up being late to take off. It was a packed flight, and there is no effort to board in any orderly fashion. The signage went up pretty late too, so figuring out where to go added to the chaos. The food disappointed me this flight with choices that were not totally to my liking.

I’m leaving it really bothered me. My bag did not come in on time and I had medication in that bag that needed to be in the refrigerator and I still throw it out. Are you going to buy things because it came so late
The food and drinks were good. Other than that airplane cabin and bathrooms were dirty and airplane was HOT.
I did not like 2 3 2seating. The food quality was declining. The appetizers were good. But the main course was limited and I had to send back my lamb chop which was too dry. The meal before landing was disappointing and not appetizing.
Food was surprisingly good for airplane, crew was great, though announcements were sometimes hard to hear. Plane was nice (had great headroom, large screens and big dimmable windows). But seats were uncomfortable in economy (seat width was fine, but not enough shoulder room). I wish I could use my person Bluetooth headphones with screen( I think I could mirror it on my device, but didn’t want to keep tray table down to hold it up).
Very small and cramped aisles and seats. Food was poor but the fresh hot roll and hummus was good. No cans of soda given but they had small bottles of water. Crew was nice and pleasant and kept bathroom clean.
In sharp contrast to the modern glitzy airport, boarding facilities were primitive. Passengers had to board buses and walk up steep stairs in bitter cold with carry-on baggages. I found no reason why aerobridge was not provided.
I have been flying Turkish Airlines for the last 5 years it’s always great service, on time , excellent food, only one thing wasn’t reliable is their on board WiFi most of the time it doesn’t work.
I could not check in online 24 hours before the flight. Very inconvenient. Flight was delayed.
