Cons: "I was really surprised that economy seats were not blocked off for COVID. They are tight enough as it is and I used SkyMiles to upgrade my seat and sat in a seat that was no different from economy and sat next to someone as well."

Cons: "wish there could be less trash generated on airplanes. I notices that Flight Attendants on this flight separated the plastic cups from the trash, and I hope this got recycled."
Pros: "The gate agents were nice enough."
Cons: "We sat on the tarmac for an hour without information as to why we were delayed. We missed our connection in Atlanta, even though we arrived at the gate in time to see the gate agent shut the door while we were running and waving. We arrived at the gate 8 minutes before the flight departure time also. The flight attendant on the flight from Fayetteville just handed out water and cookies without asking what you wanted. She had coffee and snack mix but didn’t ask anyone, just handed them what they got. Overall I was very disappointed in the flight from Fayetteville, NC to Atlanta and with the gate agents at the Atlanta airport. I usually expect more from delta. They didn’t offer vouchers to make up for the missed connection or offer to pay for a hotel since the next flight out was the next morning."
Cons: "First delay notification: 1 hour 20 minutes 1 hour later, Second delay notification: 3 hours 15 minutes 2 hours later: Third delay notification: 3 hour 50 minutes Fourth delay notification: 4 hours 25 minutes Fifth delay notification: 4 hour 32 minutes No explanation for reason. Last time flying Delta."
We were already two hours delayed before take off and then had to be diverted. Terrible experience.
Pros: "We didn’t crash"
Cons: "Everything. No charging no entertainment food was awful. Few was meh. But you sure got your money didn’t you"

Cons: "Had to wait in plane for over 1/2 hour coming and going to Denver!!!"
Pros: "No the crew were not very friendly at all. I was not greeted with a smile at all. My seating was horrible, I unfortunately was seated in the last row, beside the washroom. My seat would not recline. I will never locate my seat at the rear again, total claustrophobia."

Cons: "Several delays for maintenance and then plane in our gate when we landed"
Pros: "Great inflight service! On the ground faster than expected."
Cons: "I asked to complementary check my small carry on, but the attendants at the desk would not let me. The stewardesses were booked too closely to their last flight and we were delayed - huge oversight. Boarding was chaotic as the gate immediately across from us was simultaneously boarding and the United staff made the whole process long and miserable by failing to call the next boarding group in a timely fashion. This is not the first time I’ve felt miserable while trying to board a United flight :/."
Pros: "Agent at the gate"
Cons: "My seats changed so my son and I were not sitting together. The agent at the gate was wonderful and got us seated together. I had to use the restroom and the flight attendant seemed put out, and gave me a dirty look. She than ignored me and almost hit me with her cart."
Pros: "The captain managed to get us almost with no turbulence through bumpy weather. The seats are as narrow as the standard, but the pitch is fine."
Cons: "If you want to watch anything on the screens, you have to pay Direct TV for it."
Cons: "The flight was delayed for a half hour. No one announced anything about the delay until we were almost leaving. It would have been nice to at least share what was happening and when we could expect to leave. Delays are always frustrating but especially so late at night and when no information is given."
Pros: "The crew was very nice and respectful."
Cons: "Our whole flight time was changed and not a single phone or email was made. My family had to sit in different rows and it's was frustrating."
