Staff could’ve been a little more cordial. The men were much more friendlier than the women. My daughter and I also missed the 2nd to last meal as we were sleeping but that is on us.

Great staff. Clean plane, but we were delayed for more than an hour due to maintenance issues and had to board another plane.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the United Airlines baggage check. The representative was rude and unhelpful. I was required to remove approximately 1.5 pounds from my two checked bags, even though it was a very small amount over the limit. The interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant, and I expected much better customer service. I hope United will review this incident and provide additional customer service training to its staff.

No extra snacks were available. Meals quality is terrible. Crew was not friendly.

Did not like that we couldn't complete check in on-line without providing pictures of our passports. Worry about identity theft. We had no delays and boarding was handled In an efficient manner.

The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.

United needs to figure out its Economy PLUS standards; its better than economy but that's not saying much. It seems like United stripped away all the basics for an international flight (such as In Seat entertainment) and repackaged some of them as plus. Would not fly United internationally again.

Was 4 1/2 hours delayed. No food options, poor entertainment and cramped seats made worse by people in front reclining while we could not as in back row.

Ok, but comfort was lacking as the seats were way to small

The stewardess was excellent. Very accommodating in a quiet way, which was appreciated. The only thing that could have been better was the choice of snacks. Chips, cookies, etc. weren't an ideal way to start my day on a 7:00 a.m. flight. Offering fresh fruit, yogurt, or other breakfast foods would be great. 😁
