I was supposed to have a 1.5 hour layover. I barely made my connection as I only had 20 minutes left until takeoff by the time we got off the plane."

Pros: "Although our flight was fully booked. The crewmembers on this flight was professional, friendly and efficient. We boarded quickly and took off on time. We even arrived ahead of schedule. Each passenger was given free headphones and complimentary beverages and snacks. I love Delta they are a cut above the rest. They are constantly striving to put the customers needs and wants top priority"

Wouldn’t let passengers off after shutdown until all gate checked luggage was off the aircraft. Long bus ride around airport. Airport was a mess, with significant construction underway. Avoid Delta to LGA!"

Cons: "I didn't like the lack of communication on Delta's behalf by their employees throughout our plane delay process. We were very delayed, and would be getting alerts on our phones before anyone told us what was going on. The forced us to change planes and didn't explain what the plan was or how we why we were transitioning. A lot of passengers had to ask each other what was going on, due to this lack of direction."

I feel so sorry for him bc he’s got muscular dystrophy or something and it’s uncontrollable. But I also feel sorry for the poor little girl next to him! I am about to puke it’s so gross and he’s 4 peeps away from me! Ugh, I HATE germy planes!!!!! Not sure people should be allowed to travel without masks in this condition."

And was very helpful to me getting a seat closer to the door as I was having horrible spasms in my back. She is what AMERICAN Airlines should be to all customers. Gate B47 on 9/30."

Cons: "my first flight was delayed by 4 hours so I automatically missed my connection. i called american to reschedule my flight for the next day in order to spend the night at my house and not have ro ask for hotel, they said no problem. when I go to she counter to explain they said that they would put me on a later flight and that they where sure I would make it. when I arrived miami I had missed my connection and they did NOT cover the hotel expenses they rebooked me for the next day at 5pm. no food no hotel no nothing. the next day I arrived at the airport counter the people at the american airline's counter did not want to let me thorugh because I had a one way ticket... after explaining for over 25 minutes they let me go.... the miami gloght to Bermuda then was also delayed for a total of 2 hours and they changed gates 8 times from one end to thw other and so on.... the worst service ever........"

Lost place in the queue and so we ended up about an hour and a half late. Lots of excuses but don't recall hearing an "I'm sorry for the delay"."

Cons: "The flight attendant chastised my husband loudly when doing a pre check before take off. She reached over and yanked his charger our of the socket and stood over him and reprimanded him for not being on airplane mode. The passengers in front were turning around while the passengers behind were laughing. It was excessive and inappropriate. The passengers behind him had tray tables down and video games out and when she addressed them it was in a respectful manner, but when addressing my husband, it was disrespectful and unprofessional. Seemed to be discrimination as she did not treat any other passengers like this. I wish I would have captured this on video to share with American Airlines as I do not think they would condone her behavior. Her name was Marlene and she needs additional training regarding customer service."

Cons: "I've been waiting a total of 6 hours so far. My plane was delayed yesterday and they sent me home, which was a 2 hour drive plus car rental. I came back this morning only to find I'm delayed again for another 4 hours. I'm a patient man but this was a bit to much even for me. This is my first written complaint I've ever had with any business"
