Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.
There was a piece of plastic baked into my buttermilk biscuit! I have a pictures. The flight attendants in first class were really apologetic, and tried to rectify the situation. I I am very appreciative that they were able to give me some packets of pretzels and gummy bears. I understand they don't personally handle the food until warming it up so I know it wasn't their fault. I don't know whether it was a newer aircraft, or different food packaging, but I was happy that when the food was being warmed up - it didn't smell like plastic. Jokes on me with finding plastic in my food.
Horrible experience. They delayed our flight 7 hours!! We had to seat at the airport with kids on 4th July all day!
Sitting on the runway after we land for almost two hours! Not sure if we should blame United or Just Dumpy Vance.
This is for UA2274 from Houston to Sacramento. The flight was delayed arriving due to mechanical issues so we left about 3 hours later than scheduled. When boarding the plane the temperature inside was excessive - likely close to 100. Pilot apologized and said it was going to improve at altitude, which it did. But before that I honestly thought there might have been more delays removing passengers made ill from the heat. We were delayed leaving due to another mechanical issue. There was not water on the plane due to a panel that was not secured. They did that quickly, but the combination of mechanical issues was rather disturbing and did not reflect well on United.
Flight was delayed in the gate by 5 hours and ultimately cancelled- rebooking service by United agents was terrible
Please please take consideration when setting cabin temperature. The vents were not functional and it was over 70 degrees in the cabin during the winter months when most people are used to much cooler indoor temperatures. I was down to my white t-shirt and the sweat pants I wore from Auckland to San Francisco and was sweating profusely and there was NO VENT!
United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average, Air canada food was much better than united.
They cancelled our flight at the last minute due to mechanical issues. Rather, they “delayed” it till the next morning. A pain in the neck when traveling with two young children. Crew was really nice, which made up for it somewhat. This is the second flight from delta that was cancelled this year. Definitely going to fly another airline when possible

Everything was done like clockwork and I find no fault with the airline.
It was a 3 hour flight from Dallas to Missoula. The aircraft did not have power plugs, internet or in-flight entertainment. When boarding, one flight attendant was "somewhere in the airport" so delayed the boarding process (not coming from another flight) although we did take off on time and landed early. In flight there was little to no service - we got the standard beverage but no real connection with the crew which feels unusual for a 3 hour flight. A passenger needed help stowing her bag and got no assistance, and actually some passive aggressive comments from the flight attendants about "she needs to remove the extender" and "she'll have to find a place for it". I have seen others be helpful and put a bag in the closet, or support assistance as the boarding door was already closed. Just not a great experience considering the cost of my round trip ticket {$1000}.
Like all planes recently, entertainment is achieved by giving the patron free WiFi and letting them stream shows via the screen on a phone or tablet.
Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.
It was very difficult to stretch my knee out and I am very short. I also had a torn tendon in my knee which made it extra uncomfortable anyways. My husband is 6'2" and I can't imagine him flying in that plane.
I was late from Jacksonville, FL but the limited interaction I had with the Philly crew was great.
You were more on time than United. I'm so over united delays.
Delayed 4 hours from Charlotte to Nashville. Could have driven there faster. Information provided by AA was sparse.
Gate change was a little tough but it was a good flight otherwise
