Very quick flight so no time for refreshments. We took off. Then landed. The end. Seats were too tight. Very cramped Grateful for the short flight cos moving around wasn’t possible

I was not even on that flight and did not even book a ticket. Kayak did a phenomenal job

The disembarking steps in Wellington were precarious and I felt quite insecure. There was no one on the tarmac to greet us and help. The embarking ramp in Blenheim was much more satisfactory. The rest of the flight was fine.

Entertainment screen froze and had to be reset. Noticed it happened to other passengers as well.

My flying experience was not great. The temperature was ridiculously low. I had a sweater and a big jacket and even then. Since my ticket was an economy ticket, I suppose I didn’t deserve a blanket as they were only available for business. The result, o got a cold I have not been able to shake off in 6 days which has absolutely ruined my stay in Japan as I hasn’t had the chance to leave my hotel room. Everything else that was good, had overshadowed by this. BE A LITTLE MORE HUMAN

The food was not as good as Air New Zealand. The veg pasta was pass-able but the veg cibotta sandwich was dry, hard and not up to par. The coach staff were attentive and accommodating.

Air conditioning was turned to the wrong setting. Way too hot. The entertainment system kept resetting and didn’t work half the flight. Said something to the crew. They didn’t do anything to help. Plane had a mechanical problem that resulted in 2.5 hour delay. Boarded the plane, had to disembark and get back on.

Good and appreciate the effort Air Zealand puts into using more environmentally friendly food containers and utensils. yay! One of the better airlines for this for sure. Still some bad stuff, but at least Air NZ is trying. :) Also really enjoyed the bluetooth option for personal headsets. :)

I was trying to get confirmation on if my luggage was going to be moved to the earlier flight (I requested standby to get home earlier) and was unable to get help from those working at the counter. The request to be moved to an earlier flight was handled smoothly through the app and appreciate the ease of the request.

Do the bumpy weather the whole trip they were very few times when the seatbelt sign wasn't on

Excellent flight and got us around tough weather. Only issue was seat TV did not work and crew tried to reboot.

Connection through Atlanta was difficult. Mechanical issue on plane caused a two hour delay. New gate was a mile away.

No WiFi. Comfort plus should have alcohol provided, crew only offered water or tea. Who the heck wants tea?

I have diamond medallion status and usually we are in comfort plus . We were in main this time ( which was fine ) and my husband wanted wine . I have at least 10 vouchers for drinks that are good for this year and next! The attendant would not take the picture of the voucher as proof and never came back to check as She asked me to pull it up on delta Wi-Fi. Instead my husband just used his Amex to buy the wine . Disappointing!!!

Food is basically Sun Chips, cookies or Cheezits. I had an exit row seat so I had plenty of room. The crew was very nice and efficient. Pilot kept us informed. Pretty good flight.

The only thing nice I can say is the flight crew was really nice and apologetic about the situation. They shared as much information as they had and advised us on what we could do about missing connecting flights. The boarding process was so slow. The gate agent was working by herself and should have had someone working with her. It took almost an hour to board because she was trying to board a full flight of people and provide customer service to everyone who was flying standby and/or had questions. It was really chaotic. This didn't help the fact that we were delayed and folks were missing connections the longer it took.

The food is terrible. The staff is wonderful. Comfort is good.

I fly Delta all the time, have Platinum Medallion status. But this route seems to have major problems with delays and seems to never leave on time! Have only taken it twice in the last two weeks, and each time it had delays of more than 1 hour... very disappointed!!!!

Getting to the flight was arduous and lengthy. The flight itself was good but the food option wasn’t a good selection. I need to do a Kosher option on my return. Flight crew were nice

We had a lot of really rough weather but that was not Delta's fault. Pilot was amazing.

Although our flight was delayed the overall boarding process was very smooth and the crew was accommodating.

I was fully checked in the prior night and i was unchecked and then didn’t have a seat when I boarded. Instead of an aisle seat, I was out in the middle seat of the very last row of the plane.

In overall it was a good experience, the only down point was that the entertainment screen was working properly.

HORRIBLE, my initial flight was cancelled, they made me pay $200 extra dollars and that got cancelled as well! After 6 cancellations I decided to get a refund because I needed to get home to my babies. Out of $1000+ dollars they offered me only $40 in refund! Totally unacceptable! The flight that they cancelled I was able to fly it on another airline. I had to spend $400 on one way tickets just to get home! I’m still getting the runaround.

Everything was absolutely wonderful from check in to baggage claim. Staff was very professional and sweet. Will definitely recommend United to family and friends.

Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.

It was nice to have gotten up upgraded to first class with a meal on a three hour flight

They charged a fee for 1st bag checked. Others in same party were free.

Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.

The worst landing I have ever had on a domestic flight. Thought we would lose the landing gear on landing in Newark. Then we spent 40 minutes trying to position the plane in the right place to be able to get the jet way to the plane. The plane arrived stopped. The announcer was that we were there. Everybody got up, then we were told to sit back down because they had to have us towed to a different position. We got towed and then everyone stood up and they told us we were in the wrong position to sit back down again, and then we got towed to a different position This did not happen immediately. It was 30 minutes while we wandered around a small section of the tarmac in Newark close to the gate, but apparently not close enough. Horrifying experience The CAB should be investigating that flight
