Cons: "WiFi and media was not working but it was a short flight and they warned us ahead of time."

Pros: "Cheap flight thanks to kayak. I flew for $59! The seats were comfortable and I had enough space for my legs. There was in Flight entertainment but I fell asleep. Highly recommend jet blue with some prior planning to get the right price! 5 stars"

Pros: "The plane that the rerouted to replace the original plane was very comfortable. The email updates where better then the information at the gate. Normally, I enjoy flying JetBlue however, this weekend's round trip was disappointing. My 1st flight was delayed about 5 hours and the return flight was delayed as well."

(After that long delay) The incident on the plane- the passengers had to take action and not the flight attends when a passenger threaten by another passenger. A good Samaritan came to the woman's aid and ensure she was safe by switching her seat. Prior to this, another passenger had to use her call button to try to notify the flight attends because the woman was unable to. (That was her second attempt to notify the attendants). I am unclear to why her first attempt to change seats was not taken under consideration by the flight attended. The alleged passenger was clearly intoxicated and had fallen on the women. The flight attends did intervened after the flight landed at FLL. The woman was detained on the plane along with the alleged passenger. Once again, I am not sure if that was wise. The woman could have been taken off the plane safely and quested at the gate at a safe distance. The alleged passenger was too intoxicated to comply with the flight attends requests to disembark the plan. I would have liked for the JetBlue flight attends to be more proactive or at the very least to keep an eye on the situation to ensure it did not escalate. This all could have been avoided if the woman's 1st request to change her seat to one of the many available seats was granted. Better ye,t for this alleged passenger to have never been able to board the plane in his condition. It was physically noticeable and the surrounding passengers stated they could smell the alcohol on him. Disappointed!"

Pros: "I had to change my return flight from JAX (which was handling fairly easily) due to a family funeral. We upgraded our seats to the bulkhead (row 1) and while the leg room was OK, it wasn't exactly what I expected. We did get early boarding. The pilot spoke to us clearly and explained the delay, etc. (due to weather)."
Cons: "The Internet was barely working (and I count on that during a flight). The sound was terrible for the video/audio (using my own headphones). My biggest issue was that my boarding pass on the app was incorrect -- I changed my flight from May 17 to May 22 but the boarding pass still said may 17, so I had to get a paper pass from the ticket counter. This was after I called JetBlue, and they supposedly fixed the problem. The flight was extremely bumpy, the entire way. All this after a 1 hour delay for the flight. Thankfully, we had no connections."

Two tiny closet bathrooms in the back for all of coach and a much larger one much larger one first class (which is like 5 rows with a mesh curtain for separation). The coach bathrooms are so small a normal person can barely get in and turn around to close the door. I question whether a larger person would be able to actually use them. I also saw the flight attendant actively turn away coach passengers trying to use the first class bathroom when it was open (not standing in the aisle or anything annoying like that). That's ridiculous to have 2 tiny bathrooms for all of coach and also to make people walk all the way to the back of the plane when you are seated much closer to the first class bathroom."

We did enjoy buying some tickets from a lady named Valerie in Des Moines who also later had to come on the plane and remove an intoxicated woman. She made everything so easy and simple and enjoyable. And we especially enjoyed the treatment that we received as my husband is a veteran. Thank you so much for that."

Pros: "The original price points for the direct flights are wonderful. You can actually book the week of a trip and save hundreds because those prices will probably still be the best. That is, until you learn about all of their extra fees."
Cons: "Wow, they sure do add extra fees for everything. Watch out. In the end, I bet it was cheaper to book with a major airline like American. They charge extra for each bag, including your carry- on, when you pick your seat you are charged depending on where it is in the aircraft, if you want a drink or food on the plane you will have to pay, if you do not print your ticket prior to arriving to the aiport they will charge you, etc."

Pros: "They offered a direct flight from Cincinnati to Austin. The price was good, even though they charge for carry on."
Cons: "They land at the Austin airport, kind of. Once we landed they took us to a Remote terminal which required waiting for a bus to fill up and then take you back to the actual airport. There was no quick way for the bus to return and it has to drive for 15 to 20 minutes to get to the main airport. I took 1 complete hour from when I landed to when I got in my car in lot D."

Cons: "NO DRINKS!! not even water is complementary!! NO SNACKS!! Not even pretzels!! WOW! You have to pay for your carry ons. You have to pay for your checked bag ($50!) You are only allowed 40# in your checked in without an additional fee."

Cons: "Did not check in or take this flight. Trip up to NJ was so bad I could not fly back. Tried to contact company and was told they could not assist in anyway. So lost ticket cost. Live and Learn. Do not fly this line."

I will never recommend that airline to anyone and I wanted to like it since I looked at their website and it looked very military friendly, but it was just disappointing"

Pros: "Easy airport. Easy for rental return, going through security, and walking to the terminal. Quick loading time. Nice, clean plane with plenty of on-board crew to accomodate."
Cons: "Damage to checked baggage from Mesa to SGF. A quality, thick, hard-sided suitcase developed a crack in the side. Abnormal pressure would have had to be applied to cause this type of damage. Cheaper or soft-sided luggage would have experienced damage to the contents. Unfortunately, I did not check the luggage before leaving the airport to file a complaint."

Cons: "They overcharge for bags and their weight limit is only 40 pounds. They leave the desk and hour before take off which doesn't help people who are running late. They charge you to print out your boarding pass. They don't even send the boarding pass through email, you have to download the app. Overall horrible customer service. When call for customer service you can't even get a human representative. I missed my flight and they didn't even have another flight to to accommodate me to get to my destination and no one at the front desk to talk to."

Pros: "Cabin crew was very helpful and polite. One in particular expressed a great sense of humor throughout the flight and had a great rapport w/ passengers. Flight was on-time. Fare was $111 compared to around $375 to Orlando. I was able to fit this flight into my scheduled so saved the company $$."
Cons: "Can't blame Allegiant for a noisy child, but there was a child across the aisle from me who shrieked and talked loudly THE WHOLE FLIGHT. I was trying to sleep and was NOT pleased. I like a good fare, but selling a can of Coke on the flight for $2 seems a bit extreme. Glad there are cut-rate airlines out there as an option, but I won't be flying them any more than necessary."

Pros: "It's like taking the public bus during rush hour. Organized chaos. But I guess you literally get what you pay for so, yeah. The crew was awesome though. No qualms there."

Finally, the pilot moved the plane into the sun (which should have happened much sooner). During the flight, the cabin temperature dropped to low 60s and everyone was freezing."

When comparing across airlines, it is annoying because you have to add back costs that the "other" airline include in their price. In the future I am going to compare all "other" flights without United and then check United as the "low cost provider"."

Cons: "The temperature on the plane was awful! It was absolutely too warm and uncomfortable. On a full flight. Arrived early again, had to sit on the plane to wait for the ground crew and then had to wait over an hour for checked luggage. Again ridiculous."

Cons: "It wasn't until AFTER everyone boarded the plane at 9:45 that they informed us that " they only had until midnight to reboot their system so they HAVE to do it RIGHT THEN" then they informed us twice that it was "stuck" and "not working" our plane was supposed to land at 11:18 and we didn't take off until 11:00. My husband has work at 5:30 in the morning as well as my brother who was supposed to pick us up and they are in the navy so being late isn't an option. My brother could no longer pick us up due to the fact that we did t get our luggage until 1 in the morning and he has work in a few hours so we had to wait for a taxi and pay a buttload to get home in Virginia Beach. NOT PLEASED!!"

Cons: "My flight was delayed by nearly two hours, causing me to have to miss my connection. Though they knew for hours that the flight would be delayed, they did not have enough people working at the check in counters. There were not that many people in line, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to speak to someone. The representative informed me that I would have to be rebooked onto a later connection because the delay would cause my to miss my original connecting flight, and when I told her that I needed an earlier time to avoid missing a meeting, she just said "I have nothing earlier." She was barely even apologetic. Then she was unable to print my boarding pass for my connection. I had a 2 hour and 45 minute layover in Houston whereas in my original flight it was 1 hour."

Pros: "Frequent communication about the issue to keep passengers updated. Flight crew and gate boarding support were excellent"
Cons: "Plane's tire needed to be replaced. I was irritated because at one point they were saying they needed to fly a tire into JAX which seems ridiculous. They ended up finding a tire once the day shift arrived. I would have expected inspections of planes after flights and for basic replacement parts to be located across their network."

Cons: "On my outbound trip my connecting flight changed gates. There was no notice from United or on the terminal monitors. United sent me a text saying my connecting flight had departed already, but when I got to the gate a representative brusquely informed me the flight was departing from the other end of the terminal."

Cons: "I will never accept the last row of seating EVER!!! I have a bruised knee and double sprained ankles and could not lean back. It was the most awful flight of my like. I could barely get out of the row. I sat in 39A. Horrible I tell you."

As a long term and faithful Alaska Airlines customer I was shocked that a plane would not leave on time and act like it was par for course. Ehhh so what? I'm an older woman and needed help with my overhead luggage. The very young male attendant saw me struggling and just said that is not going to fit and walked toward the front of the plane. No offer to help whatsoever. The plane was small and uncomfortable"

Cons: "Flight was delayed a total of 3.5 hours with each delay being posted as 30 minutes. Very little information provided by the gate employees. On this trip we flew a total of 4 legs (with 5 boarding opportunities due to one leg being rescheduled to the next day as a result of delays) and had "mechnical delays" on 4 of the 5 boarding opportunities. We won't be flying United again."

Cons: "The lady at desk to board the flight made me check my carry on. I had assumed it was because the plane was full, but when I got on the plane there were more than adequate spots to stow more bags. There was a compartment across from my seat that remained open the entire flight. While I completely understand the need to check extra luggage when the plane is full, I was very upset when I saw it was not. I intentionally fly with a carry on for the convenience, and to be inconvenienced for absolutely no reason made me not want to fly with this company again for fear it could happen again in the future."

They sure had drinks and dinner even though we didn't. Cons: "Plane was delayed on runway for over an hour. When the passenger next to me asked the lead flight attnd about her connecting flight the attnd was extremely rude and of no help. Any ? was answered with "well just look at your united airways app". Then later I asked what gate we were coming in on and her reply was "the capt just said it". I replied saying "sorry I didn't hear it" and again the flight attnd answered "look on your UA app". I don't usually fly UA so I didn't have it. Overall she was short, snarky and rude with ever reasonable question asked. No one was rude to her but her attitude was shocking. I travel quite often and have never seen an antd speak or act this way to passengers. I understand things get stressful, but I def won't be flying UA again if this is the way they allow flight attnds to speak to customers. She way beyond rude and lazy and I hope the girl she was training doesn't pick up those traits either."

Pros: "This was the most smoothest overall trip I have ever had flying! I loved the new plane (from JAX) and the leg room since I'm 6'5 and it was very comfortable. Everyone involved in the process were very professional as well."

Cons: "My trip was supposed to be Newark to Jacksonville on Sunday, Jan 31 and stay until Saturday, Feb 6. I booked my trip in September. When I got the the airport (2 hours before my flight) I went to the kiosk to print my ticket, after entering my confirmation code and last name the computer informed me that I require assistance so I flagged down one of the people working the counter, where I was promptly informed that I do not have a seat on the plane. The plane was overbooked. My number one question was how is it possible that I am the one getting bumped if I booked my flight almost 5 months ago?!?! The person then informed me that I can either go to the gate and hope someone doesn't show up and get a seat on that plane, or she can book me on a flight to Tampa then a puddle jumper to Jacksonville. I decided to take the Tampa option (without being informed that it was going to change my simple two hour flight into a 9 hour ordeal). I headed to my gate and took a look at my tickets only to find out that I have a 3 hour layover in Tampa... Wtf am I supposed to do in Tampa for three hours?!? Anywho, instead of getting to Jacksonville at 12, I got there at 6:30 losing an entire day. Now for the trip home. I'll start with I did get home in the appropriate amount of time, on my original booked flight. However, I was forced to check my bag. And not like go to the carousel when you de-board check your bag( which I would prefer)... Get off the plane and wait in the vestibule with everyone else who had to check their bags for your luggage to be retrieved from the plane and brought up to the vestibule.. It became a mosh pit of ooh! That's my bag! ( picture a bunch of random adults playing mother may I with the airport staff as the mother). Then back to the actual flight, the attendant didn't start coming around asking if we wanted drinks or snacks until more than half way through the flight meaning you had about 10 minutes to enjoy whatever you ordered until the pilot asked you to raise the tables. Then also I couldn't understand a single thing that was said over the loudspeaker ( it sounded like they recycled the speakers that ny metro decided were no longer good enough for their subway cars). And finally, the seats that were so narrow both in space between you and the person in front of you and next to you is an absolute joke. I suppose if you were to get on the plane and sit completely still in an upright position for two hours you would be perfectly comfortable, however seeing as most people don't do that it was extremely uncomfortable. All in all I do not reccomend flying United. Ever. Very upsetting experience. There is a reason it was my cheapest option."

We landed at 12, flight departed at 12:25, United did not hold flight for the 8 passengers. Next flight wasn't until 11:36 pm, I instead rentied a car to drive home 5 hours."
