Eveeyrime I fly they are begging for bags due to cabin overhead space. What they should so ia take the bags that are clearly too big to fit wheels first on their side. And those of us who give up the bag should really get their bags first. When boarding, nobody wants stupid jokes about how hot it is on board. Give us some cool air. Im usually sick from the heat by the time we take off.
Friendly crew kept coming by to make sure all was ok, provide additional refreshments, etc.
SW can't get their wifi right. I upgrade to insure wifi service but the last two trips had intermittent service. Not worth the extra costs.
Kayak could’ve posted the correct gate number. Almost missed my flight.

The checking experience in Orlando was terrible, almost missed the flight. Too many travelers and Southwest completely understaffed.
The entire travel day was a disaster from beginning to end. Woke up at two in the morning to make it to San Juan airport in time for a 5:30 am flight to Milwaukee which connected in Baltimore. Massive delays lead to me missing original connection out of Baltimore. Sixteen hours of delays/rebooking/layover time later, arrived in Milwaukee to find that only one of two checked bags made it there (despite the fact that Southwest brought another 737 jet to San Juan to fly us out to our original Baltimore connection—-not squeezed into another booked flight). The flight from Baltimore to Milwaukee was barely half full, so there was no logical reason to ship my bags out of Baltimore on a different flight to Chicago to then ship to Milwaukee. Southwest decided that my bags should not have been on the same connecting flight I WAS ON to Milwaukee, and then proceeded to accidentally leave my larger bag with the important items in Chicago. Terrible logic and support all around. Extremely angered and disappointed with SW. What a clownish operation your company has become!
Departure was delayed more than 1/2 hour while we waited for luggage (only) transfer from another flight/plane. Once approved for takeoff, the flight was excellent.
The crew and everyone on board was wonderful, We had to wait for a flight attendant to come from Orlando to Jax after a sudden illness., We left an hour late and “missed “ our connection.flight. The plane was held for us but we were told that our bags probably wouldn’t make the flight even though we would and would have to return to the airport in Boston pick up our late luggage or choose to fly on the same flight as our luggage. We chose to wait 4 hours on the next flight with our luggage and missed our first day in Boston for our grand daughter’s 10th bday celebration. When we arrived on the next flight, our luggage was sitting in a room waiting on us - evidently it did make out original flight., We were given meal vouchers in Baltimore for our delay which we really appreciated and thought was a very kind gesture by Southwest - sudden illnesses are not their fault., I just feel like we would not have missed an entire day in Boston if you offered more early morning direct flights and /or had offered to deliver our luggage to the hotel instead of us having to return to the airport to retrieve our luggage on the next flight due to a technicality - it wasn't “lost luggage”. Other than that , it was a perfect flight .
Always dependable. No surprises. That’s how I like to fly!
Aside from a completely packed plane, I really have no complaints.

Mechanical Delay of over an hour with multiple gate changes. Entertainment system down for rejuvenation.
We landed and sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes because they only have one gate at the airport and there was another plane running late so we had to wait
Love delta smaller commuter plane so no entertainment and paid wifi on MKE-LGA leg was extremely unreliable and slow
The food is terrible. The staff is wonderful. Comfort is good.
My flight was cancelled with no explanation after I had already cleared security. I was given 4 options to rebook, only one being non-stop like I had paid for. I grabbed it. It was 4 plus hours later and then took off even later. Biggest complaint is that I booked early and had an aisle seat. They gave me a "window" seat in front of the exit row, so the seat did not decline. I weigh all of 103 #s and it was tight for me! For what I paid, I feel I was kind of ripped off. I think they should have given me the empty comfort seat for the inconvenience. There was no apology nor any explanation as to why the flight was cancelled. My guess is it benefitted Delta in some way.

Amazing flight! I have never noticed the uniforms of the attendants before in twenty years of flying except today when one female had the most amazing dress on. It was beautifully designed and showed she was in charge. I never dreamed I would google who designed Delta uniforms . The ultimate compliment is when another woman admires your outfit. . I hope your designer puts it on the market

This is for UA2274 from Houston to Sacramento. The flight was delayed arriving due to mechanical issues so we left about 3 hours later than scheduled. When boarding the plane the temperature inside was excessive - likely close to 100. Pilot apologized and said it was going to improve at altitude, which it did. But before that I honestly thought there might have been more delays removing passengers made ill from the heat. We were delayed leaving due to another mechanical issue. There was not water on the plane due to a panel that was not secured. They did that quickly, but the combination of mechanical issues was rather disturbing and did not reflect well on United.
Deplaning was delayed because of Jetbridge equipment issues in MKE, causing an issue on an otherwise great flight.
Delays took 2hours and thirty minutes making me miss my connecting flight and make me sit in the Chicago airport for 9 hours
No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.
Flight was delayed in the gate by 5 hours and ultimately cancelled- rebooking service by United agents was terrible
United domestic flight was better than international flight. There was no switch to control Ac In international united flight. Food was also average, Air canada food was much better than united.
They cancelled our flight at the last minute due to mechanical issues. Rather, they “delayed” it till the next morning. A pain in the neck when traveling with two young children. Crew was really nice, which made up for it somewhat. This is the second flight from delta that was cancelled this year. Definitely going to fly another airline when possible

The flight from Milwaukee to Dallas was great the staff absolutely amazing. After that EVERYTHING WENT DOWN HILL!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! WILL NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE AGAIN
not sure why you ask about food, I n3ver get food on flights except maybe cookies or pretzels. wifi was slow and in and out most of the flight not good.

Awful. Original flight was delayed 5 hours. Had to to take a connecting flight instead of direct. Had a 4 hour layover. I missed all of my morning meetings getting in 5 hours later than I was supposed to and had to change to take a later flight the next day to get them back in which cia time another $150.
It was very difficult to stretch my knee out and I am very short. I also had a torn tendon in my knee which made it extra uncomfortable anyways. My husband is 6'2" and I can't imagine him flying in that plane.
I was late from Jacksonville, FL but the limited interaction I had with the Philly crew was great.
Delayed 4 hours from Charlotte to Nashville. Could have driven there faster. Information provided by AA was sparse.
