Lovely flight attendants comfort in Economy Premium. Very attentive and kind I would choose JAL again for sure!
I enjoy flying American airlines. I tried to book American airline when I’m flying most places.
After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss
Nice amount of space in economy seat. Very attentive attendants that allowed a seat change that helped several people. Morning meal could have been better.

American Airlines Business Class does not meet the standard it should when compared with Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways, or Air France. The flight attendants often appear disengaged and fatigued, with forced smiles, noticeable attitude, and occasional rudeness. Food options are subpar, the overall ambiance feels cheap and outdated, and the cabin design reflects a past era rather than current premium expectations. Lastly, the aircraft itself felt old and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience is not competitive with what peer airlines are offering today.
I really love their services! From checking-in to deplaning, superb! Highly recommended!

First time flying. Very comfortable, plenty of leg room in economy. The food was good, as well as the snacks. Quick flight back from Kansai to HNL.
my mom urmila patel needed a wheelchair which was not available on the curbside. she needed to walk almost 50 meters inside (at the risk of falling) and then had to wait in line to get a wheelchair (this is not ok). Once obtained she had to seat in it for 30-45 minutes for someone to take her in thru the checkin process (which was fairly smooth and easy). the lady who helped her with her checkin process was very courteous and helpful
On the return flight, flight attendant Britt went out of her way to inform passengers that several of us had tight connections.

Staff at the check-in counter were friendly, happy and helpful. They tagged our bags and sent us to “bag drop off” but were not very clear about where that was. The airport was busy we headed off in what we thought was the right direction until a gentleman waved us down and actually came after us. He was the baggage handler for Delta and recognized our “deer in the headlights “ look-he brought us to the right area (which was marked as the Southwest Airlines Drop Off) and sent us on our way. Wonderful guy, low key and working with a big smile on his face. Loved it. Loved him.

Furthermore, our initial flight was delayed, causing us to miss the connecting flight in Atlanta. The airline did not hold the connection, and we were informed that the next available flight is not for another 24 hours. While I am aware of alternative options via JetBlue, they operate out of JFK, which is not a viable solution for us as a resident of New Jersey.
Our recent international travel was from Newark, NJ to Grenada via Atlanta. During the flight, the only refreshments provided were crackers and soft drinks; no substantial food was offered despite the international route. Furthermore, our initial flight was delayed, causing us to miss the connecting flight in Atlanta as it did not wait for arriving passengers. Consequently, we were delayed by 24 hours before the next available flight was provided. While I am aware of alternative options via JetBlue, they operate out of JFK, which is not a viable solution for me as a resident of New Jersey.
This was my first flight with Delta, the overall experience was good. I would definitely consider them more with my future flights.
Arlene was a great flight attendant. I also liked how one of the other flight attendants gave us a heads up about snacks and asked everyone to remove their headphones when it was their turn to order. Good idea.
Long flight but comfortable and not freezing as I have experienced on Hawaiian flights to the islands. They gave us blankets just in case. Nice touch.
I haven’t flown economy in over 20 years but it was not bad. Room by my feet for my bag and seat was roomy enough. Surprised in a good way.
Flight was delayed. No urgency by American Airlines team to assist those with connecting flights. It was basically you are on your own to run through the terminals to try and make your connection. Thanks, Mary

One of our group members was struggling to walk. In Charlotte we asked for a wheelchair and she was accompanied by Desmond. I was impressed by his patience and attention. In Boston she received the same service. I didn’t get the name of the helper but she went above and beyond in assisting us. A great AA service
Flight was on-time, boarding was flawless and the crew was friendly.
Award tickets are some of the best... seats lack entertainment options.
My flight from LGA was cancelled and my rebooked flight from JFK was delayed numerous times. I will now be getting home after 2am.

I booked 1st class, my flights were changed and I was sitting in the middle at the back of the plane. A far cry from the 1st class I purchased for my flights. I am grateful I arrived on time.
There was no beverage service and the only time I saw a crew member walk through the cabin is when we were preparing to land.
Be careful about the bad policy and when purchasing seats
Very disappointed with premier lounge. Food selection very poor, both coffee machines out of order. For the price you charge for an upgrade, the seats don’t fully recline, movie selection is old. Not very good value. Asian airlines are light years ahead at a more affordable price.
The seat design in the premium economy section leaves virtually no room under the seat to store a bag or purse. Other than that, it was a great flight. Arrived early.
The flight was delayed, but not for weather. We landed over 3hrs later than planned.

My flight was delayed more than once, but Air Canada updated us regularly. Friends on other airlines had much worse experiences.
My ticket did not exist when I got to the airport. I had to book another flight and was still charged by Kayak
Got denied my flight was told on Google that Air Canada was supposed to book me a flight back home because I never was able to go to my destination. They did not help me whatsoever. I had to book a whole new flight for that reason I would write this is zero
The plane was delayed an hour. Heard from other passengers that the Vancouver connection to SFO was never on-time.
My experience was good with United too But only not so good thing was that at Calgary airport I was not given lounge access despite of flying business. Aspire lounge denied it to me, which was unfair I feel
