The seats are very small and the food was horrible. The flight attendants were rude, they actually rolled their eyes on you when you asked for water

Inattentive service which is typical of Chinese airlines. Food mediocre for business class, Korean Air much better. Flight was safe and in time, bed was narrow but comfortable for a slim person.
Gate changes. Lack of info on gate assignments. Quickly diffusing a group of passengers arguing over where to sit.
at least they gave us a voucher for a free dinner at the cafeteria in Macau

We paid extra for seats with more leg room and got the same as everyone else. Why the charge? Our departure was delayed. The plane had some sort of fragrance regularly coming thru the ventilation that irritated my sinuses and made me ill. The water for the only service on the flight (for coach anyway) was warm and tasted odd. Cabin temperature was too warm (multiple logical arguments can be made for cooler temps over warmer)
The flight was operated by Air Canada, who habitually assume either that the people in the final row have no hand luggage or simply suffer from a severe lack of operational storage capacity. Overhead bins full of spare plastic cups. As far as the crew are concerned, no problem, because you can just push your way three or four rows forward while everyone else is boarding and then take someone else's overhead space. When will Air Canada learn how to run an airline?
The flight attendant and staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Japan airport is updated with excellent facility and flight transferring was easy.
Flight experience in JAL is excellent.

The further delay made us arriving Hong Kong at midnight. We reach home at 1.30am.
The a330 is showing its age and the food on board was not good. Otherwise it would have been an excellent flight

Everything, the crew was outstanding. I haven't flew with all airlines but Koren Air was so good that I don't want to fly with any other airline, all ways Koren Air from here on out.

EVERYTHING!!!! The staff at the gates to the boarding staff. Everyone was very helpful and professional. The seats had plenty of room and the staff always provided service with a smile.

After they told about change my flight to Asiana I finally agreed but I had to walk by myself to Asiana, ANA couldnt at least to make the changes to avoid me long time to stand in line by asiana airlines. I would never recomend ANA

Website not usable, perhaps because flight was booked on Lufthansa. Requirement to scan passport rather than enter passport number prevents being able to complete process. United wouldn't let me get a seat assignment til I was at the airport the day of the flight, inspite of my going to the airport the day before. United wanted me to upgrade and pay them more to get a better seat assignment.
Crew was fine
I quit flying United years ago because of their poor management including delays and poor custimer service. I was stuck with United for these flights as my options were limited. Flight delayed, no surprise I guess. And now waiting for flight home that is delayed so I will miss my connecting flight.

The staff was fantastic
Well my flight got delayed four separate times. I was stuck in LAX for 3 hours. So much that booked another flight with another airline for the following morning. I had to book a hotel nearby LAX just so I could somewhere to sleep for the night. My luggage made it to Chicago safely, but I didn’t at least not with American Airlines. It took them an hour to tell us that they reassigned the pilot to another flight, not only that when it was delayed the first initial time (40 minute delay) about ten minutes before we were supposed to board they tell us that the flight attendant crew is going to take 30 minutes to get to the gate. Not only but those poor airline service staff were completely unaware of all these changes! They had to find out from the passengers what was going on. Honestly I will never fly with American Airlines ever again!!!

The seat was not comfortable compared to my prior leg of the journey. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not clean, I understand that it's not the sole responsibility of the crew and passengers need to be mindful too.

I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again.
We flew with our special needs child without requesting any particular accommodations except for gluten free meals. The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!
Boarding this large plane went relatively quickly and orderly.
Seats were tight and got a bit uncomfortable. This was a long flight. Could use a much better cushion.
1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles.
1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about.
The plane was clean and the boarding process was very smooth. The crew was professional. The selection of movies was outstanding.
There was not as much legroom as I would have liked. We had Asian Veg meals which were a little bit too much the same each time.

This was a short connection so i was nervous what to do as ive never been to guangzhou before...but they met me at the departure stairs, another person guided me thru all the steps to security and it was great! No line at security so i was thru fast...very impressive airport and china southern
No vip bus for businessclass, we waited a long time, poor organization. Flight delaye of 30 minutes. Then nine of my luggage arrived in manila!! Very bad! The baggage agent couldnt tell even where the bags were at...very poor organization. Finally got the bags de,ivered the next day but no compensation...im unimoressed with this asoect of china southern..poorly done

It's a budget flight so can't expect much, yet the aircraft was small very cold and not comfortable for such long-over-ocean-international flight.

Addis Airport is a NIGHTMARE!!! It took two hours to check in and the lines were insane. It was absolute chaos, people pushing and airport staff did little to manage it. We almost missed our flight because the lines and process was so disorganized. The plane ride - the plane was old. My seat was so old, the cushion was worn down to the point of feeling like a bucket seat. This was really bad...
