Staff showing ignorance on "checking-in once for one trip", say from Abidjan to Blantyre. They kept me waiting but with little help.

The plane is spacious. It gives leg comfort

The breakfast served in the route Abuja to Heathrow was very hot and tasty. The hostesses were great. Good service overall

Flown with Delta, AA, United and a lot of other carriers, but Etihad felt a little more special. Was a little skeptical never having flown them before but was pleasantly surprised. The service was just better, the seats were just better, the food was just better. Overall, everything was just a bit better than what I was accustomed to. I will be definitely recommending Etihad to F&F.

The food gets a little monotonous. We got served rice on 4/4 of our meals... lol. It;s better than not getting any food but it;s the only thing that was a little off.

Not much turbulent. Smooth.

I did not get the meal of my choice, also as I tried to check in at home, the system did not give me much choices to respond to, instead the system blocked me entirely from early check in and it wasn't enough time to make calls. I think check in should be made available at least 48-72hrs ahead not just 24hrs. Also walking from terminal to terminal in Frankfurt is way too far, it seems about 2miles + of walk.

Plane was empty and yet they charged outrageously high price. Compared to the service, the flight isn't worth the price paid.

The person at the check in counter initially gave me a different seat than the one I chose online but changed it after I asked for the same seat I had selected online, hone of the worst seats on theplanee also changed my seat for the addis ababa to manila leg without my knowlege and gave me one of the worst seats on the plane. Ruined the trip for me

we were stranded in aberdeen due to flooding and were to miss our connection to vietnam. we were expecting the worst when we called BA but the service representative could not have been more helpful or efficient. she had us booked in the next couple of days all the way to our door. she was positive and we could tell she really cared about our plight.

Absolutely no free snacks other than tap water (!) Food supplies for purchase ran out of sandwiches and sparkling water by the time they reached my row.

The flight was on time. The flight crew was amazing. The overall experience was exceptional. I recommend this service to anyone who's traveling.

The crew from boarding to touchdown in Abu Dhabi were very lazy. Unnecessary time wasted. Baggage claim was an absolute disaster as we had to wait over an hour to get our bags.

I was bumped up to Premium Economy, which resulted in a much more comfortable flight than Economy. The crew was nice.

Entertainment choices did not include newer movies. Too many older movies that had already been watched prior to this flight.

Good all-around service from boarding to landing!

No alcoholic beverages on the flight! RJ does not upgrade silver or gold frequent flyer card holders for free even if there are open business class seats. The only time a free upgrade is provided is if the economy class is over sold.
