Cons: "Transit should be guided better, especially if it involves terminal change. It was difficult to pickup and send the luggages as well. The airport terminals were way too hectic. It was hard to find ground staffs."

Cons: "The meals could have been prepared better in both taste and quantity. Flight attendants could have come around more often to refill beverages or requests during meal servicing."

Cons: "Bathrooms could have been cleaned up a bit."
Pros: "Service is the best"
Cons: "Mileage is the worst"

Pros: "Good service, 6 hour flight with 2 free meal!"
Cons: "poor hospitality by cabin crews cabin crews are very stingy in providing drinks"
Pros: "Service and food was good."
Pros: "great service. my kids loved the special treatment!"
Pros: "Great service!"
Cons: "Dated aircraft A330-300 and seats."
Cons: "I flown KAL business class a number of times and it’s ok this was first back of the bus experience and it’s awful. I could give ten things I did not like about this flight but I’ll sum it up with one. I brought my own inflatable sleep pillow onboard and after using for about an hour I was woken up and told it was against company regulation to use your own pillow."
Pros: "My flight was postponed or delayed as the airline like to call it until the next day due to Narita International Airport closing after 11pm! First of all I didn’t realize major international airports closes especially with a airplane still on the runway! After our flight was “delayed” Korean Airlines scrambled to get us into hotels. This process was very poorly organization and many of us non Japanese speakers were left very confused because they kept forgetting to interpret what they said into English. I had to keep reminding them. We had to stay in long lines throughout the process which took up at least 3hrs. On top of that we waited at least 45 minutes the day after to get our new boarding passes! I was so over my trip to Japan by then and very disappointed with how Korean airlines handled the situation. I will most likely not take Korean airlines again and it will be a long time until I take another trip to Japan."
Cons: "Their food"
Pros: "The crew was the most courteous and efficient we ever flew with. We were served 2 meals enroute to Japan with no charge as well as free entertainment. Children were given Pororo stuffed animals and blankets. We are frequent fliers with United Air and was never treated like this on any of their flights! United should take lessons from Korean Air on efficiency, graciousness and being #1!"
Cons: "Wish Korean Air flew domestic US flights. We would only fly Korean!"
Pros: "I like the Korean bibimbap food in the movie selection was good for the Korean and Asian movies although there were just a few"
Cons: "People did not follow the boarding orders everybody just lined up all at one time and the crew let them on board even though they weren't supposed to go on so even though I was supposed to board first I could board last. I didn't really like the selection for the Japanese and Korean m music with no CJ pop and Kpop like more traditional Japanese music like Koto and more traditional Korean music"
Pros: "Flight attendants are pretty and nice."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Korean Air is a cut above other airlines. The staff is professional and apparently very well trained. We received excellent customer service."
Pros: "They have bibimbap which is always a great meal option on a plane. The plane felt clean and new. Flight attendants were very nice and made several rounds of water service. Duty free catalog was immense, esp for Korean skincare. Great chance to shop."
Cons: "If you're on an extra long flight, you might feel like there aren't enough movie options in the entertainment system, but my flight was only 8 hours so I was satisfied."
Pros: "The seats were very comfortable on this aircraft. The food was great and the staff was very attentive,"
Cons: "I wish the flight was 2 hours longer so I could sleep more on the plane."
Pros: "Great flight crew, speedy and efficient departure procedure"
Pros: "Incheon Airport consistently rated one of the best in the world, has everything s traveler needs and more. Airplane was exceedingly clean, Flight Attenddents very professional, attentivel and efficient."
Pros: "비행기안 승무원들은항상 웃고 친절해서 편안한 여행을 할수있다"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Pros: "Great service"
Cons: "Wish I could have sat further in the front"
Pros: "The flight attendants were great. Food good and drink service also."
Cons: "Boarding was a joke. They were very sure to make you feel inferior to business & first class. And then the boarding was a cluster. A Korean culture thing I guess."
Cons: "Crew members scrambled to prepare for live demo of inflight saftey as video stoped. Crew member did not give clear demonstration of saftey. Such as seat belt buckle faced her, and life jacket was inside out."
Pros: "Food was ok, pretty clean, nothing special like I remembered"
Pros: "Entertainment had a wide variety of choices. The food that I could eat was delicious and served with REAL silverware on REAL plates and cups. Amazing. The commitment to the environment and style is truly outstanding."
Cons: "I have a severe food allergy, and all of the dinner options had the food I was allergic to. BUT! They were willing to give me a bunch of little foods to make a whole meal, and were truly sympathetic to my plight. I'd fly with them again"
Pros: "Safe flight"
Cons: "My flight was 30 mins late landing,I missed a very important meeting.Food selection wasn't great,I think it should more than Korean food to choice from, just awful food selection.check in service wouldn't allow me to upgrade from economy to business when the plan was full at all"
Pros: "Boarding was quick and efficient. Plane was clean, the seats and leg room were good. Cabin attendants were very friendly and attentive during the entire flight. Entertainment system was easy to use and had a lot of movies and other stuff to keep you busy. Headphones and slippers were provided. Enjoyed my flight. Will fly Korean Airlines again if I have the chance."
Pros: "Compared to U.S. carriers, except for Hawaiian Air, Korean Air has been very reliable and quite enjoyable over the years. Meals are quite good for contracted airline food, and attendants are typically very friendly."
Cons: "Seats on any airline are always a bit tight unless you pay for an upgrade. The music variety could have featured a few more American artists."
Pros: "The service offered was different than my trip to INC from Kona. Which I would rate excellent service. But coming back the crew made it feel inconvenient. I had to wake for others to eat. I was very tired and just wanted to sleep."
Cons: "I had to wake up so person behind me could eat."
Cons: "Lights in cabin too bright while serving meals. Could turn it down a notch"
Pros: "Everything; from initiating reservations, seat assignments, check-in, inflight, etc. Korean Airlines is simply the best!"
Cons: "There wasn't anything that I didn't like."
Pros: "we were attended 2 by the friendliest/courteous attendants....were fed 2X along the way and movies/music/games/drinks were free of charge also."
Cons: "n/a"
Pros: "Friendly service. Seats and temperature in cabin was comfortable. Meals were tasty and good portion."
Cons: "Slight delay in departure"
Pros: "Comfortable seats, good meals"
Cons: "Can't book seat ahead of check in."
Pros: "Great service overall . Crew was very nice."
Cons: "at 9pm flight they turn the lights on after the take off. Very difficult time sleeping. Again they'll turn the lights on 1.5hrs before landing, too."
Cons: "The plane did not have individual air vents, so at times I was too warm but could do nothing about it."
Pros: "Spacious seating. I didn't feel crowded. The food on the plane was pretty good too. No complaints. All of the stewardesses were giving a friendly "sawasdee" when we got to Thailand. They provided headphones to each passenger and a pillow as well."

Always a great experience with an Asiana flight

Pros: "Amazing crew, Great flight."
Cons: "Nothing I can think of."
Pros: "Had a whole row to myself"
Cons: "Food wasn’t great"
Pros: "Good food. Very clean bathrooms. Great service"
Pros: "I really liked the food selection they provided in economy. Also enjoyed how they would time dinner and breakfast depending on our location. Left in the afternoon, had dinner while still in the Korean timezone. Snoozed for 7 or so hours and it was time for breakfast when we reached the pacific time zone. I especially enjoyed their in flight exercises before landing, it really felt great to get some proper circulation after sitting for a few hours."
Cons: "While traveling on the long haul flights, I really liked flying on the Airbus; flight from Los Angeles to Seoul was initially on an Airbus, very modern with better screen and power outlets! My flight from Seoul to Los Angeles was on a Boeing which felt a bit older; entertainment screen was smaller and had a strange viewing angle (you have to adjust the tile until you get a clear view). While not really bad, I could've paid more attention to see if they inform which type of planes are being used during booking."
Pros: "Respectful crew"
Cons: "Crew are ok"
Pros: "ㅎ"
Pros: "The crew was great, food was great and the seats wider and comfortable !"
Pros: "Amazingly kind and helpful crew. Great food."
Pros: "FOOD WAS GREAT"
Cons: "BOARDING WAS BETTER THAN MANILA BUT STILL NOT GREAT - NEEDS MORE COMMUNICATION"
Pros: "The price. Significantly cheaper than our normal ride on EVA through Taipei. Having said that...won't do it again."
Cons: "We travel between the US and Asia a couple of times a year and normally fly on EVA, who has wonderful service and great food. We took Asiana this time because the ticket price was significantly less than EVA. Below are the reasons we won't do it again. 1. The food was awful. My wife had the Asian dishes and I had the Western dishes. Both were well below the quality of food we're used to on EVA. 2. Transit in Seoul. On the way to Bangkok from LA we had 50 minutes to transit Seoul to our next flight. The transit security line was quite long and it was obvious that we, along with a few dozen other passengers, weren't going to be able to make the connection. After much complaining from us and our fellow passengers they ran us through another security line. Rushed to the airplane and made it. On returning to LA from Bangkok it was exactly the opposite. The only option was nearly 8 hours connection in Seoul. But we had plenty of time to negotiate the transit security line. These connect times did not occur because of a last-minute ticket purchase. I purchased these tickets in July for a December/January flight to Bangkok and return. 3. Inflight service was not at the level of EVA. Like any other Asian carrier, the flight attendants were light years ahead of ANY US airline crew, but below the standard of EVA. Waking you up to eat a meal (I typically don't eat dinner at 1AM), etc. I was sleeping with my seat reclined and the flight attendant took it upon herself to upright my seat at meal time and woke me up, presumably so the person in the seat behind me was more comfortable with space to eat their meal, but hey...I purchased the seat to sleep just like the other passenger purchased the seat to eat, so I think I had just as much right to "my space and comfort" as the other passenger did. Just little stuff that doesn't happen on EVA. 4. Inflight entertainment is lacking as compared to EVA. Few movie and TV choices, few game choices. 5. We sat in economy. The seats were not very comfortable. Seems the cushions were thin and it became like sitting on plywood after a while. Legroom on the 747 flight wasn't so great, but there was plenty of legroom on the A380. The A380 seating was still kinda hard, but the legroom sure helped. 6. Boarding process. Poorly organized. Nobody pays a bit of attention to "boarding by row number". Consequently it's a bit of chaos during boarding. The old saying, "you get what you pay for" is true. For a flight of that length I won't choose to save the $200 or so per ticket and will ride on EVA. We've proven to ourselves that EVA is just pretty hard to beat."
Pros: "Plane are clean"
Cons: "The food is really good"
Pros: "The food is better than United, and the flight attendants were nice and professional."
Cons: "The seats were so narrow. When a person in front of you pushes back their seat your space gets ridiculously small...same problem with my flight from LAX to Incheon... It looks like that the aircrafts for this 10+ hr flight are older (smaller seat space) than the ones used for a 1-1/2 hr flight between Incheon and Osaka. Also the terminal at LAX is so far away from Tom Bradley main building that we needed to take a bus and had to wait about an hour until we finally got our suitcases."
Pros: "Asiana air is so nice, they give all customers slipper to feel comfortable on flight."
Cons: "Food is just so so and they should give snack for long flights."
Pros: "on-plane flight operation is very good"
Cons: "back-office support is very poor. for example they sent me an email before the departure date in Korean only."
Pros: "Flight attendants were very friendly, greeted everyone with smiles. They seem to accommodate most requests, just be polite! There were a few people on my flight that were not the most friendly to them, but the attendants still tried to help as much as they could. Food is pretty good. I mean, don't be expecting a 5 star meal, it's still airplane food... International flight so I got 2 free checked bags, which was really nice."
Cons: "It's a small thing but the Chinese and Japanese movies only have Korean subtitles, it'd be nice if they had English too. Deplaning - the only exit is from the front of the plane, so it takes a while because there's 70-something rows of passengers."
Cons: "I searched for business class trips on kayak, selected one and booked it through Kayak.com. When I checked in I found out I’d been the victim of a bait and switch and was actually on an economy ticket, but at $3500–a solidly business class fare. Lesson learned, never trust Kayak.com for the booking, the scoundrels."
Pros: "My husband and I were flying out of Jeju Island on the morning of 6/27/18 flt#OZ8922 to Seoul for a connection to Tokyo. The morning had some heavy rain and some flights were delayed, including ours. I don’t know if it’s your normal procedure in these situations but your staff at the baggage check/boarding pass counter were extremely conscientious and effective. They anticipated our dilemma and had our baggage removed from the delayed flight and put us onto a Korean Air flight that got us to Seoul on time to make our international connection to Tokyo. It was a long and tiring day of travel but because of your profession personnel it, including those at Korean Air, we avoided what could have been a much tougher situations unfortunately I can’t recall the names of the staff involved. I want to say the was a lady last named Joon and one last named Kim. There were other staff too, a young man that brought our luggage back to the check-in counter, and a lady that ran us through the terminal to Korean air and escorted us through security to the boarding gate. all in all it was amazing and thank you to your company and fine staff."
Cons: "The wonderful staff that give such excellent service."
Pros: "Everything"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Great service. Comfortable seating."
Cons: "More variety in foods available would be nice but whatever we did have was good."
Pros: "Facial mask pack service"
Pros: "Flight was not over crowded. Got to rest. Crew very helpful and friendly"
Cons: "Food disappointing"
Pros: "Crew friendly and approachable."
Cons: "Food was okay, but that crew should have condiments handy when requested and not have to go retrieve in pantry which takes some time"
Pros: "Some crew members were very kind and helpful."
Cons: "This airline puts priority on Korean speaking men non Korean women with a helpless child. First of all, my child was too large for the bassinet so I held him the entire time. Fine, I get it's for safety. But to make matters worse, my child had a fever and cried out of discomfort for the first 3 hours of a 10 hour flight. A male passenger complained and instead of defending a mother and a helpless sick child, the flight crew kept insisting ways to make my baby stop crying. Do you think I wanted to hear my child in that much pain? No, of course not. One male crew member told me to take my child to the back of thr aircraft (away from the complaining man). Ummm... I paid for my seat just like everyone else!! To be treated differently just because my baby is crying is HORRIBLE. To top it off, the seats are the worst I've ever sat in. My back and butt were in so much pain from those horrible seats. Bottom line- I will NEVER fly with this airline again after the mistreatment my baby and I received. This airline puts Korean speaking men above anyone else's needs, including a helpless 14 month old who feels horrible and doesn't know how else to communicate pain. I'll add that we were on a 10 hour flight after a 9 hour layover in Incheon and a 4 hour plane ride that was DELAYED from 1:45AM to 3:45AM. We were extremely tired and had been through so much already. If the crew had been more protective of us and understanding to the fact that he's a BABY I would have let the complaints slide. Last note- this airline delayed us 3 separate times. Yes.. 3 separate occasions. Do I need to say anything more?"
Pros: "The exceptional service combined with the great food and cleanliness of the cabin was great."
Cons: "For whatever reason they had me go to the end of the line even though my ticket was for business class. I wasn’t upset, byt just a little confused. Other than that everyone else was pretty polite."
Pros: "They served grewl twice I thought I was getting grewl with road kill to eat"
Cons: "The food and seemed like one of the lady's working there did not like her job"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "The air was not pure it circulated and I got sick next time make sure the ac is working properly and there was no choice for food selection it the same during the entirety flight the flight attendants did not understand English I have to point or using signs language"
Cons: "Delay, delay, delay from boarding, taking off to baggage arrival. Staff wasn't too attentive to passengers considering all the delay for example, giving ample snack for the late dinner. The dinner was terrible, options were horrid for non Koreans. The chicken was pink w old texture. Quality of food was immensely poor for Asiana. The staff on our row weren't pleasant and consistently didn't serve water or any liquids during this long flight."
Pros: "A380 service, well staffed. Comfortable lay flat seats in 1-2-1 upper deck configuration. Food was good and crew was very accomafstig on service timing. They went out of their way to meet customer desires to sleep first eat later!"
Cons: "English Movies consisted of only latest first run. No selection of Chinese language films (big china transit clientele) hardly any TV shows to browse from other than Korean"
Pros: "We really enjoyed the size and comfort of the Airbus 380. Very quiet and powerful as we crossed the Pacific Ocean. The crew were very helpful and always friendly throughout the entire 11 hours back home."
Pros: "I am on the plus size and I always have a hard time choosing an airline that would be comfortable for my size. Its was my first time to fly with Asiana and I was so impressed with how generous their seat space is."
Cons: "Food is not the great"
Cons: "They changed our seat assignments, putting someone on the end of our row even though there were many other empty seats. As a result of the constriction, my feet and ankles swelled up. I can barely walk."
Pros: "The staff was really friendly and kind, but people just on the plane in general were pretty bad. (Although a cute baby kept walking around and not sleeping almost the entire flight, I was just glad that I was going back home)."
Cons: "The people in the back of me was so rude, they did not let me put my seat back although the Asiana staff told me I could, but they just kept complaining."
Cons: "1. The stewards were not friendly, especially she kept on forgetting to give me food since I was unfortunately sitting by the window next to 2 big men in the middle and aisle seats. 2. In LA while getting my luggages from the caroussel, I asked the porters 3 times to help me lift, but they ignored me and just attended to the ones with wheelchairs. Even if I'm not in a wheelchair, I am a seniour, and there are aches already in my body here and there. So that day, my back was aching til the following day. Lesson learned, other airlines are much much better than Asiana when it comes to treatment given to seniours. My first time to try, maybe the last."
Pros: "I usually fly Korean Air. This time I flew Asiana. The plane was clean and comfortable, the service friendly and good, the food way better than Korean Air, the entertainment system easy to use with many choices."
Cons: "Everything was good."
Pros: "I love the new A380 but wonder why even a new plane comes with ashtrays in the bathroom..."
Cons: "was not informed I would have to pass through security screening in Seoul. I grabbed some beers in the Hanoi airport as souvenirs but had to turn them in when changing planes in Seoul."
Pros: "Crew is professional and courteous! I was sleeping when they came by with meal service and they left me a sticky note telling me to contact them for food when I woke up ( nice). Food pretty decent for airline food."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I didn't appreciate the fact their website does not offer a variety of choices like vegetarian or vegan or even low calorie or low salt options"
Pros: "I love the tv's and the cleanliness"
Cons: "I slept the whole time at the window seat so I wasn't distirbed so I didn't have any hiccups! Perfect flight"
Pros: "A good services and food selections"
Cons: "No vegetarian food."
Pros: "They kept changing the flight schedule on the spot and kept us waiting at the airport. Some of the flight attendant s of asiana airlines were rude."
Pros: "I got delay which make me dont have enough time to check in at LA"
Pros: "The flight attendants were very nice and spoke beautiful English, wonderful food/drinks, and the seats were comfortable with plenty of room. Both flights had a smooth take off and landing. Great experience all around!"
Pros: "Again, Asiana offers very good and efficient service for the money. Overall I would definitely fly them again and recommend them to anyone who asked."
Cons: "My only complaint is that the cabin staff were often not visible for hours at a time. On my flight from LA to Seoul, the crew was constantly in the aisles offering water and juice without being summoned by passengers. There were a few times when I wished that someone would come by with water or juice, but didn't want to press the call button to get them. Lunch options as we neared LAX were both Asian style, and a middle-ground option would have been appreciated. On the outbound flight to Seoul we had breakfast options that included pancakes."
Pros: "Clean bathroom, well maintain during flight unlike some airlines 5 stars for that"
Cons: "Chicken was grilled marked than steam result tuff rubbery. Hostess refused to exchange it with beef saying thete eas no more on the spot, not even asking others waitresses from different raw, while later on when everyone wad sleeping I went to asked for water and there you go. She ead eating the beef from economic class and a dish from first class. I always thought that customers are valuable because we pay their salaries?! Very desapointed from this hotess from the Philli. Who during the who flight treat me like dirt, maybe she hates Americain? Also most of movies are children oriented only a few for mature minds and they are over a year old. First time on Asiana and last time even been a star alliance member what a disappointment!"
Pros: "Crew members were helpful and nice."
Cons: "1.Flight Network said that the transaction was in US dollars. Therefore there shouldn't have been a currency exchange fee from my US bank. However, Flight Network charged Canadian dollars, so my US bank charged me a 3% exchange fee and the Canadian bank charged me another $8 fee resulting in a combined $32 extra to the price.of my ticket. Flight Network was not honest about the currency of the transaction. Kayak should require that Flight Network and any other vendors be honest about the currency of the transaction. 2. The extra 5 hours of layover at Incheon Airport was a total drag. It caused me to miss my connecting flight from LAX to Mexico City, so by the time I got into Mexico City there were no more buses running to Queretaro. I had to book a room in Mexico City at an additional expense and pay for taxi fare that I would not have needed if Asiana Airlines hadn't added 5 extra hours of layover to my trip."
Pros: "Clean and crew were excellent and responsive. Good communication and good choices of food. Economy seat seems to be wider and more comfortable than Air China which I flew last April. Also Incheon Airport WiFi was easy to connect compare to China airports."
Cons: "My entertainment remote was broken already!"
