Cons: "The seats on the 787 Dreamliner proved to be uncomfortable AGAIN this trip. 2 years ago we flew the 787 overnight and the seats were the same. Hard cushions, tight seat pitch, and little room to move about."

The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. How they could not make us aware of this until we were boarding the airplane is unbelievable and unacceptable. This has ruined our vacation which has been in planning for the last six months."

Miserable to say the least because I missed the wedding that I was flying to, the only reason I flew there!"

Since it was a night flight and overhead lights were off to prevent disturbance, I needed to use reading light. Well, the reading light was not working. I called a flight attendant to assist me. She tried to help me, but confirmed that it was out of order. 4) There was not information regarding terminal for my connecting flight. Captain kindly referred us to look up this information on our individual screens. Mine was not working, neither was the screen of the passengers next to me. Not helpful at all."

Cons: "The seats back was designed too soft, so every time I grabbed my laptop which I stored in the pocket in front of me, the person seating in front thought I was kicking/kneeing her. I also experienced the discomfort from someone getting an item from the seat pocket behind me. Not great for long flights when trying to sleep!"

Pros: "I don't love to fly, so I wasn't thrilled about a 7 hour flight. Actually, the flight itself went well, good food (for an airplane), staff was VERY nice, and boarding was easy enough. My issue unfortunately the people sitting behind me with 2 kids under age 3-4 years old. One of the kids screamed and cried for probably close to 5 hours. I didn't sleep at all. At one point, he cried for a continuous 2 hours while he kicked my seat. I felt like the staff should have asked if they could help, maybe suggest walking him around, etc. The child must have had ear pain, he cried constantly. I felt so badly for him."

Pros: "The econmy class seat was just fine for a cross atlantic flight from Chicago to Paris and I am almost 60! Good entertainment and service. Seats were comfortable. Language was not a barrier. Good value because it was non-stop and a no hassle plane changing circus! Thanks."
Cons: "Food was airline style and could have used some fresh fruits and bakery goods. But overall it was very passable."

Pros: "Nice vegetarian meal option. Good food and service overall."
Cons: "It wasn't a Lufthansa flight. Both our connecting and international flights were United. We specifically bought the ticket because we have had excellent exeriences on Lufthansa. We were dissapointed to find out we were actually flying United. Entertainment system was down so there were no movies the entire way and we were seated in an exit row where the seats did not recline. Extra leg space was nice but I would have declined the seat if I had know the chair wouln't recline."

Pros: "Nothing except when it was over."
Cons: "Two aborted takeoffs. Four plus hour delay. Missing all my connections. Wine dumped on me. Insufficient food vouchers. The absolute worst customer service trying to receive compensation."

Cons: "I asked the service attendant when I checked my lagage to change my seat to an aile seat. Even though there weren't anybody awaiting in line she could not be bothered, she got rid of me and asked me to do that at the gatw. By the time the gate opened there weren't any ailel seats. The service people are trained to be rude and treat all passagers as slaves. I would not fly United if I will have a different opinion."

Cons: "Entertainment; only 2 lavatories for approximately 40 business class passengers"

Pros: "We went through four scales showing weight complience only to be over the limit each time we got to the final check. And we were accompanied by an United person each time. The only logical reason is that the final scale shows more. They had no idea of how to treat a passager courteously You could see that they are trained to always be right and cougt with their offul reputation they were asked to be better, but they didn't know what better means. The food could not be fed to a dog. The absolute cheapest ever. Two tiniest pieces of chicken, one piece of bread and a sort of pasta sald with raisin uneatable. The service in Paris was better because United couldn't destroy it like in Ny"

Pros: "I was insulted by your staff. From Tech support to Face to Face Tech."
Cons: "I confirmed my flight. I had a 3 hour delay in CHI. Having a 90 minute drive and an hour flight. I decided to skip my first flight and just head to the connecter in CHI. My whole flight was canceled as a result. The front desk guy was smug and extremly rude. The Tech support and this representative offered 2 different "Facts" on what could be done. As a result I was forced to pay for a hotel and miss a day of work. All because I wanted to spend extra time with my family. I have nothing possitive to say about your product and as a business owner Im embarrassed for you."

Cons: "I made cost effective arrangements to fly with a friend at the same flight of United. We checked in together but unfortunately we were given seperate seats. The staff in the plane were completely ignorant and not helpful AT ALL. I am very disappointed and definitely will prefer another airline in the future"

Pros: "It was uneventful during the flight."
Cons: "It was very late due to weather in Chicago so we missed our train in Paris. But otherwise great flight."

Pros: "Flight attendants provided great service - really made an effort."
Cons: "Pilot inability/unwillinngess to explain reason for 1 hour 45 minute delay departing SFO. Mechanical problem, disclosed just 30-45 minutes after take-off necessiated unplanned landing in Chicago, where we waited another 2 hours before finally taking off to Paris."

Pros: "I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable and nice this plane was. I had only ever flown United (see my below comment about codesharing) domestic, and the planes had always been old and kind of cramped. This international flight was much nicer!"
Cons: "I didn't like that this flight was code shared. I paid a bit more to fly Lufthansa, but disn't realize that it was going to be a United flight. I also thought the captain could have given a bit more information and updates during the flight."

Pros: "Nice CSR people in AZO"

Pros: "Staff gave our toddler some milk, which was nice."
Cons: "They did not turn off the lights until 1am, and then there were some lights on next to us that we're on all night. With the dramatic time change- we would have preferred some earlier and better darkness"
