The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
Audio Visual Equipment lacking content and features. No connection ability for noise cancellation pods
Delta is getting worst by the minute. Where this was at one point my only go to airline, it has become like a budget airline
Long story short, it was one of the better flight experiences I've had in some time when compared with other airlines.
Smaller plane for a longer flight than my first one. Doesn’t make sense.
Another late night flight and MORE men belligerently drinking and yelling. I had to move from first to economy because they were so obnoxious and disruptive. Crazy to go from a cozy chair to cardboard when you were supposed to be in first. Delta allows was too much drinking which leads to belligerent behavior.
Delta flights recently are always delayed AND at jfk tney get the gates further away (need To walk 20’ to get to them/all the way at the end of the terminal). Not sure whats happening but price doesnt match experience!
Food service was bare-bone. Better bot to have any at all rather than hand out premade coffees and cookies to random few passengers.
Seats not assigned during check-in and got last non-reclining seats next to rest room :-(
Little communication with passengers after sitting over 1 hour for a maintenance issue Then we had to deplane- no crew communication Poor gate information after deplaned WiFi would not connect AT ALL
Hey as long as you bring me back to earth in one piece I’m good! Otherwise great flight smooth take off and landing good staff Only thing is the staff at the back of the aircraft chatters a lot it’s annoying at times but I’ll let that go because they are very sweet overall.
Wifi was good on the flight from DCA to Dallas and terrible on the flight from Dallas to Tucson. The forward head in the flight from Dallas to Tucson was putrid smelling entirely urine soaked. The flight from DCA to Dallas was delayed by almost 30 min with a plane change.
With weather and severe delays it was disappointing we didn't receive any compensation for the 5 hour delay. Not even a food voucher.
The flight left without us even though we were on the ground in Dallas, and American Airlines wasn't helpful or available to rebook us on another flight.
Sat on tarmac at arrival at DFw for more than 30 min waiting for a gate.
Business Class layout was excellent. The seats were not nearly as comfortable as UA, Delta or Air New Zealand (the best). Nor were the controls as flexible. Food was okay but not great. Breakfast pancakes were like cardboard.
The passenger in front of of me reclined their seat back all the way the entire flight. Their headrest was in my face the entire flight! I barely had room for the little plastic cup of water to fit on my tray table; can you make the seats and space between the rows any smaller??? You can’t even get up to use the restroom! Worst flight I’ve had in a very long time!
They should have allowed for extra time to de-ice the plane before boarding passengers. This delayed us about 10-15 mins after we boarded. Overall experience was fine. Crew was friendly and on top of everything. We didn’t have any issues during the flight.
Turbulence was bad and flight attendants gossiped about going to the bar and dating. Could have better awareness.
