Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

I had to tell the flight attendant about the spoiled seat that I previously brought to the attention of the caretaker of the individual but she had zero concern. I was on a 7 hour flight having to try and avoid the smell. I had to attempt to eat food trying to avoid that smell. The person in front of my seat was able to smell the body odor and urine. He also warned me about the urine in the seat that I was aware of but at least he cared unlike that caretaker. If not fot that experience my flight would have been much better."

Cons: "Copa Airlines. Flight delayed an hour due to weather.(understand) We sat on the tarmac for 20 minutes when we got there. We ran to the gate. The guy scanned our boarding pass but didn’t let us board plane. We waited 6 hours to get a new flight booked. They had no line, no organization, they didn’t communicate what was going on, just left us sitting there in limbo. They never apologized for anything. They put us up in a hotel at midnight just to leave to catch our rebooked flight at 7:00AM. We didn’t have a chance to eat because we were stuck in line not knowing anything. When we asked questions they pretended like they didn’t hear us. By the time we got to the hotel we barely had enough time to sleep so we didn’t bother with the free dinner. They absolutely ruined our vacation. I’ve been using Kayak for years. Never again. This is beyond bad customer service; this is a total lack of empathy."

LATAM splits passengers into different groups: first class, special needs, priority because you paid, everybody else. That's fine at most airports. At Santiago's airport, however, passengers ride a bus from the gate to the plane, mixing up all the groups on the bus, so what's the point? Worse, special needs passengers were the first to get on the bus, but end up last to get off screwing over the elderly and those with small children. What a system!"

She had no interest in helping us resolve this issue until I had To get assertive and threaten to file a complaint. I boarded the flight and the flight attendants questioned us why Y wasn’t on the flight. I told them she was stopped. After lots of back and forth the woman at the gate realized the mistake. Y boarded the flight. We didn’t receive an apology for the horrendous treatment of a customer. At this point we had nowhere to store carryon."

Options for changes meant getting to destination 24 hours a later or with extra stop. I managed to buy a much better direct flight same day from different airline. And cheaper. I was so lucky. The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

Cons: "My son and I had seats in different places and they asked him to move forward several rows because of weight and the seat beside him was empty so I asked if I could sit next to him and they said no without giving any explanation. That kind of upset me. Just a short explanation would be fine."
Pros: "The flight attendants were able to find a place for my carry-on luggage when the overhead bins were filling up. I got a seat with extra leg room by chance (without having to pay the extra fees)."
Cons: "There are no snacks served on the flight. The Philadelphia Airport was overcrowded. There was hardly any room to navigate and there was a long line at nearly every women's bathroom."

Cons: "Takeoff was 2 hours delayed because we were waiting for the first officer. Surely this could have been anticipated and resolved earlier. The crew was inappropriately familiar with the passengers. We are not friends, and I prefer a bit of professional distance. The seats are designed for VERY tall people; my feet were swinging, as were those of everyone in my row. It was quite uncomfortable."

Cons: "- The entertainment system was not working - needed few restarts - on many seats - Food - horrible - Air hostess dropped water on me - not a problem by itself as accidents do happen. However her comment was more annoying - no sorries - not apologies - just said - "oh it's just water - it is refreshing" - Seats pushback was almost broken - it would break your thumb to push the button and then almost stand to push the seat back. - This was transatlantic flight and you charge for liquor? It is not free - you have to purchase - They ran out of red wine (which was free) by the end of the first meal. Do you keep just one bottle for this big 777 fight. - Overall experience was horrible."

Cons: "I STRONGLY dislike how the airline acts as if they are the immigration and they demanded that I buy a very expensive plane ticket to show that I would be leaving Argentina within 3 months. There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Cons: "I didn't like that it took so long for us to actually get on the plane. My flight was supposed to leave around 4pm but it didn't actually leave till around 9pm so I had to sleep overnight when we landed in Dallas"

Cons: "The flight was delayed over 11 hours for maintenance. They provided car service back to our home but we waited an hour at JFK for the vendor Skyway to arrive. The car had a bad odor and the driver didn't know who he was picking up or where he was taking us. Should seriously consider contracting with a different vendor. The next morning, after we boarded, we waited an hour on the plane before taking off while they searched for a maintenance book. The entertainment system did not work at all nor did the Wi-Fi. Overall American Airlines did a very poor job communicating the delays ahead of time. I won't be flying an international flight with AA again."

Pros: "Excellent piloting (good driving) and communication during a torrential downpour. That's important. The two hours on the tarmac were unavoidable, so appreciated occasional comments about the storm and circumstances. Interesting parking. I didn't know a plane could pivot like that. Also, flying through cumulonimbus clouds was thrilling. Thank you."
Pros: "We boarded, then left on the plane for an hour, then offered the opportunity to unboard, then required to unboard. We left several hours late and missed our connecting international flight."
Cons: "Everyone was anxious about missing connecting flights. It was a chaotic scene. The flight staff were clearly annoyed with all the questions they were getting."
Cons: "As with the initial leg of my trip to Kansas City, the scheduled departure was delayed without explanation. If there is a viable option for travel to a given destination, I will NOT choose American Airlines as it would likely be just as practical to go by covered wagon."
