Cons: "Meal choices - only serving beef in economy was not great."
Cons: "No wifi"
Pros: "On time. Arrive early. Smooth flight and landing."
Cons: "More meal options. Only chicken for dinner. I’m vegetarian."
Cons: "They contracted with United from Washington LA and United is a mess Btoke our luggage, wouldn’t honor seat selection we paid additional for, uncomfortable, ..."
Cons: "Seats are too small in economy to be comfortable. Boarding was unclear and confusing, mainly because I didn't have a boarding group on my boarding pass."
Pros: "The crew was nice and the food was good."
Cons: "More entertainment options"
Pros: "Beautiful airport, nice merchandise and merchants.flights on time."
Cons: "In Copenhagen I left my iphone in the bin during security check. Half an hour later i heard my name on P.A. system. The message was muffled and never repeated. I ran in circles trying to retrieve my phone and I got very poor assistance. I had to be deboarded an boarded again and barely made my flight. I was misinformed several times and ran around the airport with my hand luggage like a chicken without a head. Why wasn’t it brought to my gate? They had my info."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "The flight was over 2 hours late leaving Copenhagen, and then we sat at the gate while they unloaded bags to find the luggage of some passengers who decided not to be on that flight. Then it was total chaos at O'Hare. Very few SAS ticket agents who were not prepared to deal with the many passengers who had missed connections. We spent the night on hard chairs in the airport when we could have been re-booked on a flight out that night if they had been at all organized and efficient."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and no one notified me! Instead, FlyUs.com placed me on a different SAS flight that had a 15 minute layover in Copenhagen. Needless to say, I would have missed the flight from Copenhagen. I realized the issue the day-of, spent hours on the phone trying to book a different flight through the customer services at FlyUs.com (stupid company!), and was finally rebooked by SAS on a different airline. When I called SAS directly, they immediately took care of the situation and handled it well, but I wasted an entire day dealing with FlyUs.com, waiting on confirmation for a flight that I was never going to receive. The whole experience was awful."
Pros: "The food was great. The fresh bread is always wonderful."
Cons: "There were no free alcoholic drinks which help me to sleep. I changed seats and moved Mach further back in the plane. I don’t know if that contributed to it, but I was disappointed when I learned of this."
Pros: "Liked the ticket price, the service, the food and the onboard free movies, free water bottle, free ear plugs."
Cons: "Nothing--it was a good flight - on-time and with little turbulence."
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "The cabin crew was detached, and curt."
Pros: "Free coffee in the plane"
Cons: "Luggage lost or misdirected and VERY poor effort in getting it delivered to me, once found. I still have no clothes, shaver, toiletries . . . or confirmation on when/if delivery will happen. Just simply disrespectful!!!"
Pros: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Cons: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."
Pros: "Flight was unremarkable in every good way. Food was above expectations and the crew was exceptional."
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "Horrible. They claim "free wifi" but it didn't work. 8.5 hour flight without wifi is ridiculous."
Pros: "Everything. Nothing ever goes wrong when I fly SAS which is why I seldom don't. And if something does go wrong their manners and spirits are high and they make sure everyone is still happy and comfortable. Best service in the airline industry."
Cons: "I like everything."
Cons: "The flight was good but it seemed like the heat was on instead of the a/c. besides that it was fine."
Pros: "Again, the flight was fine, and cabin crew was friendly"
Cons: "When I went to the SAS counter to print my boarding pass, the counter lady couldn't find my information. She left me at the counter and went inside to find out more info. Then when she came out, she started interrogating me forcefully, about why I got United involved with my check in for my first leg of the trip, because I am causing her to have all this extra work and etc. How dare she!!! First of all. I didn't want to involve United, the service counter at SAS was closed the entire time, and the flight on my first leg was operated by United, so i had no choice but to go to United. In fact I should be the one asking why I had to involve United in the first place. Where was SAS when I needed their help and guidance???? Why was their counter closed the entire time??? Such a poorly organized airline, I'll be wary to fly with SAS again."
Pros: "Softest landing ever"
Cons: "Not much entertainment but a domestic flight"
Pros: "Plane was quite empty"
Cons: "Plane wasn't in the best shape"
Pros: "This wasn't a very long flight and I didn't eat or drink anything so there isn't really that much to say. But I can say that nothing was a problem at all"
Cons: "There were no problems"
Cons: "Never made it to destination"
Cons: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"
Cons: "This flight never happened"
Pros: "Two 20-something young ladies tried to figure out system, individual issues while rest of us stood and watched versus passing through loading area. In addition, delayed due to short handed baggage loading crew. Flight was one hour late departing. Luggage did not make connecting flight to London. No wifi either."
Cons: "Smooth flight."
Pros: "I got to my destination all in one piece which is what really matters most."
Cons: "The crew was completely rude. They banged my knee with the food cart and didn't even apologize. The seats are so tight and the people in front of me had their seat in the reclining position the entire flight."
Pros: "I really don¨t know. As my connecting flight was delayed, my tickets were cancelled and I never reached the flight to Sundsvall."
Cons: "Delayed, charged even for water:("
Cons: "In toilets there was no paper"
Cons: "A very dishonest experience. The booking never made it clear that I was not allowed to check my suitcase and I had to pay € 70 extra both coming and going and thereby paid 1 1/2 times more for my suitcase than for my ticket. I am very disappointed to be 'tricked' in this way and consider it a very dishonest business practice."
Pros: "The cleanliness"
Cons: "I Had checked several times to make sure I had 2 bags included ( standard for US-EU flights) and every time. At the airport I had to pay an extra charge for my second bag which made the flight very expensive and just ruined the whole experience for me"
Pros: "New airbus with good entertainment screenset clean"
Cons: "Delays on boarding (on departing as well as returning home) Damaged luggage"
Pros: "they were quick and apologetic"
Cons: "I did not like having to pay Euro 70 for my luggage at the AP. I do not recall ever having got the option to pay for my suitcase online when I booked my ticket. You guys need to make this more clear."
Pros: "Nice meal, friendly staff"
Pros: "connection was easy and quick"
Pros: "Nothing honestly"
Cons: "My luggage was lost and SAS staff was the least helpful I've experienced from any airline. In fact, each employee was so uninterested in helping me that I went in a circle of speaking with 3 different representatives before being helped."
Pros: "Boarded in a downpour, crew got us on board quickly through a rear door. Unfortunately, weather caused a significant delay, but who can control the weather? :-)"
Cons: "After purchasing ticket in December 2015, was placed on stand-by when arriving in Hamburg."
Cons: "no vegetarian food I am always told should have ordered at booking but this option is always made obscure, difficult or impossible too cramped and plain full to capacity"
Pros: "There seemed to be a little more leg room on this flight compared to the flight from IAD to CPH on 6/26/16."
Cons: "The movie choices weren't nearly as good as the flight from IAD to CPH on 6/26/16."
Pros: "prompt, friendly, and professional!"
Cons: "TOmato Croissant nasty!"
Pros: "Entertainment facilities was user friendly, but program too few."
Cons: "Bad management system, luggage even lost in transfer to Stockholm, also SAS but operated by Air China ( transferred in Beijing, from Taipei.)"
Pros: "The plane was relatively quiet"
Cons: "I am 5' 10" tall and I could not fit into my seat. Reserved my tickets almost a year in advance and paid twice the normal fare to have an emergency exit row, instead got the row in front of it that has no reclining seats!!! SAS's cramping passengers into a sardine can strategy really hit a new low."
Pros: "Comfortable seating in PLUS"
