Boarding takes longer on BA than any other airline I've flown on. Breakfast was awful. Cream cheese on a white roll tastes like paste. You'll really could be doing better than this.

Did not transfer our suitcases on-time to the connecting flight, and we had to go back to the destination airport the next day! Crew during the long flight from LA to London never, not even once, brought beverages or water in between meals! They made sure to do minimum that is necessary! That's a shame BA I flew with United few months back from Washington to Munich and crew were amazing and went above and beyond to serve passengers
The crews were good and the que to board the flight was well organized.
Uncomfortable chairs with thin backing that allowed me to feel everything the person behind me was doing. The entertainment screens were not very clear.

Small video monitors with poor picture quality and sound was also difficult to hear. No power jacks. Oh, and 2 hours sitting on the tarmac because of a “bag discrepancy.” If the bags can’t get along, who really cares!

The plane was very uncomfortable. The seats were small, you felt on top of the person next to you, and there was no leg room. I am a pretty small person- I can't image how uncomfortable all of the taller passengers must have been.
Despite the fact that I reserved a window seat, I was assigned a seat in the middle of the center row. They also 'sanitized' the airplane twice after that closed the doors before take off. They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off.

All food for purchase. Not even complimentary nuts. All drinks are for purchase. Including water!!! 4 hours flight not a glass of water unless you pay 3 euro. No entertainment. No USB or electric outlets. Thanks for not charging for use of bathroom.

I had problems checking in online and never could assign seats.. had to wait to check in at the booth and got random seats so my husband and I got seperated seats..

When we arrived in Toronto they sent us to customs even though we didn’t need to go and we missed our connecting flight through Brussels them had to rebook with terrible seats to London now we are almost a day behind schedule...

Delta assigns seats at boarding, miss when you could pick which seats you sit in. I bought my sisters ticket, hoping we would then be able to sit together but we both ended up in the middle in different rows.
The crew was gracious and accommodating.
The plane showed wear and tear. We paid for delta+ premium economy and an exit row. The seating map online was misleading and we ended up next to the bathroom. The exit row food tray was broken and was hard to even sit a good tray on. The emergency exit door isn’t well insulated and we were absolutely freezing cold the entire flight. The seats were hard and uncomfortable. The food was not good for international travel. Overall I was very disappointed in this flight. I travel the world and on long hauls the planes need to be cleaned well and seats in working order.
Was unclear which zone was boarding. Legroom was comprised when passenger in immediate row ahead reclined seat early in flight.
There was an empty seat next to me. Sat near the back & it was still a pleasant flight with sufficient room in my seat. Served food & drinks with no charge.
I will fly Lufthansa every chance I get.
Staff was very courteous. Food was pretty ok and drinks were available during whole flight. Lufthansa is a good airline

Had to wait around while waiting forever to learn about gate. Were told that gat would be revealed 45 min before flight. It came about 20minutes before. It was a little harrowing.
Thanks for many up to date movie choices to watch. Crew worked hard to keep the toddlers in front of me happy. (and they were really good with them!)
Dislike posting of gate assignments in Edinburgh and London so late. Means I have to hightail it across the terminals, every time. Dislike the gate change posting late. Had to hear about it from a passenger, no announcement was made. My chicken and potatoes lunch had potatoes as the side dish. Looked like the caterer had leftover potatoes to use! No real vegetables. 2 bites of spinach. Red wine was offered they had no white wine. No choice of sodas...
I purchased a business class seat, fully paid six months in advance. There was a last minute change in the type of aircraft, I was downgraded to economy plus. BA never tried to contact me in advance or gilve me any other options. It was a nasty surprise but I had no other choice.

The flight attendant crew were all very friendly and so good at giving out drinks and water and whatever we needed. I felt really pampered and I wasn’t even in first class. Brussels airlines literally saved my whole trip back from becoming a nightmare because I had a really short connection time in the Brussels airport. I was sprinting to the gate to make my flight and was running real late and they had waited for me! The staff at the gate and at the passport control all were very helpful. I was very impressed by everybody involved and so appreciated that I could make it home as planned instead of having to find a new flight.

Cramped seating. Flight attendants hardly seen (they are busy trying to sell stuff). Not a glass of water, if you get thirsty it's 3 euros for a small bottle. You get what you pay for...

Dislike posting of gate assignments in Edinburgh and London so late. Means I have to hightail it across the terminals, every time. Dislike the gate change posting late. Had to hear about it from a passenger, no announcement was made. My chicken and potatoes lunch had potatoes as the side dish. Looked like the caterer had leftover potatoes to use! No real vegetables. 2 bites of spinach. Red wine was offered they had no white wine. No choice of sodas...
