Cons: "Just hate the super smaller seats and the reduced spaces everywhere"
Cons: "It was ridiculously cold for 2 1/2 hours. When my seat mate asked for a blanket, the stewardess said she only had one more - then walked off. For drinks, they skipped several people. I had to catch her eye to ask for one and then ask her to get my kids a drink in front of me."

Cons: "Cannot even request seats before booarding, as they try to get us to pay more. The anxiety over separate seating for couples is not worth it."
Cons: "cramped in economy class"
Pros: "Boarding was easy. Wifi was available and we got some snacks. Paid extra to sit in roomier coach, was worth it."
Cons: "Still pretty cramped, not the crews fault. Would've been better with the seat back screens"

Cons: "don't like when they ask to check bags at gate"
Pros: "I appreciated the helpfulness of the crew."
Cons: "On the flight to Kansas City we had movie screens which spoiled me and made me think we would have them on the way back to Atlanta."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating, and service was good"
Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."
Pros: "They had aircraft flying to my destination. All other airlines were booked for the time and the destination I had in mind."
Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."
Pros: "Good uneven full flight"
Cons: "Flight attendants were a little snobby and didn't treat all passengers equally, in my humble opinion (note: I was sitting in 1st class)."
Pros: "Nice smooth, quick flight"
Pros: "I had a great pilot on this flight. He always told us what was happening, why we had a wait on the tarmac in LGA, why he anticipated it might be a choppy flight, how to access in flight entertainment so we could be distracted. Gave us some trivia questions. Joked about Pokemon go, walked along the aisle talking to us. He was awesome!"
Cons: "Seats were uncomfortable. But what else is new?"
Cons: "Perfect"
Pros: "Always have great experience with Delta flight attendants and staff. The entertainment on mobile phone was a really nice add-on, I had never seen before."
Cons: "Flight was delayed in taking off, waiting for connecting passengers. Plane was old, which is most Delta planes, but this one showed it. The tray table looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. Flying into Midway instead of O'hare was anticlimactic."
Pros: "There was no problem boarding! FA were average."
Cons: "The pilot was very great."
Cons: "Seemed understaffed at the airport, never anyone around to answer questions about why our plane wasn't even there until 20 minutes after we were supposed to have boarded. They finally showed up, but didn't mention that we'd be delayed (which I eventually found out thanks to a KAYAK alert). Kept telling us the flight would be 62 minutes, but it ended up taking forever. Probably not Allegiant's fault, but they acted like they wanted to hide the fact, rather than own up to it and apologize for the inconvenience as if they valued all of us as passengers."
Cons: "I don't think any sanitization took place in between the people who rushed off the plane and when my flight boarded."
Pros: "Crew was friendly but did not enforce wearing of masks and deplaning was chaotic to say the least with everyone pushing to get off the plane"
Cons: "Enforce the airline’s own policy of wearing masks. About 1/4 of the passengers of the waiting to get on the plane at PIE did not wear a mask in the terminal, even though it is the policy of the airport. Chaotic deplaning in BNA with all passengers rushing to the front of the plane trying to get off. Rock hard very narrow seats."
Pros: "Crew was very helpful Everything was on time"
Cons: "Very bumpy ride (not anyone's fault) Very uncomfortable seats"
Cons: "Pop and pretzels"
Pros: "Allegiant does a great job of turning flights and getting you out on time in general. The crew is friendly and helpful."
Cons: "Seats are uncomfortable"
Pros: "The crew was very nice, the flight was smooth and my husband and I got a full row to ourselves."
Cons: "Seats are not that comfortable, no entertainment."
Cons: "The padding on these seats."
Pros: "Boarding was super smooth,"
Cons: "Offer some type of entertainment, ie internet or something"
Pros: "Florida was amazing. The people were very friendly."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Not bad for the price, convenience beats all"
Cons: "First class"
Cons: "Free beverages"
Pros: "Arrived safely"
Cons: "Almost two hours late."
Pros: "Great crew"
Cons: "Seats are very uncomfortable"
Pros: "Original low price for reservation"
Cons: "Large amount of additional fees making the original 'good' price not so 'good'"
Cons: "Free cokes, water, and peanuts would be great."
Cons: "You really need to install jet ports at Punta Gorda. We sat on tarmac for almost two hours due to rain and lightning in the 5 mile radius. Would have avoided this delay with a jet port."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable"
Pros: "When you land at Concord you are right near the parking lot!!!"
Pros: "Very efficient. Arrived early."
Cons: "Seating very tight."
Pros: "Crew was very pleasant and professional"
Pros: "All wa great"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Woke up to a notice saying my flight was delayed 2 hours. So I took my time leaving. Then Got another notice saying it was delayed only 16 min. I live 1.5hrs away! Several people missed the flight because of this."
Pros: "Timeliness"
Cons: "Hsve to pay for drinks & snacks"
Pros: "Going in & out of small airports."
Cons: "We arrived late. Pricing system."
Pros: "Flight left early and was at destination 30 minutes earlier!"
Cons: "On the return trip, I had to wait 30 minutes for my luggage."
Pros: "somehow after waiting on tamarac for half hour, we still got to Asheville, destination, on time."
Cons: "boarding in the rain, areas to check your bag and check in were so crowded you couldn't even find a proper line calling out names, some of the voices couldn't be heard no one available to answer questions what line a person should get in.som"
Cons: "Seats are hard"
Pros: "Crew likes to have fun with their passengers -- making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. It's a budget airline so you have to pay for things like refreshments and snacks (also, carryons and if you want you boarding pass printed at the airport) -- but don't let that sway you! All it takes is a little prior organization (we packed a couple of sandwiches and printed our passes at home, plus packed very light). Overall a great experience."
Pros: "Wow, what an awesome flight , crew, price, and nice airport. Doing to try this again next time."
Cons: "Took forever to get the bags but hey , it is Christmas !"
Cons: "Ground crew at ticket very slow and inefficient. Two groups missed their flight because of it."
Pros: "The staff is always helpful and flights are comfortable."
Pros: "Nonstop on time and as expected"
Cons: "Left/ arived 30" late"
Cons: "Allegiant needs to put more than just school bus seats in their aircraft."
Pros: "On the way there and back the staff was friendly, the flight was smooth and and overall everything was just great. This was my first time flying with Allegiant and I will definitely do it again."
Pros: "Comfort and speed of the flight. Attentive staff!"
Cons: "Need one craft beer"
Pros: "While I enjoy the fact that Allegiant offers direct flights to Laredo at an affordable price, the planes really need to be updated."
Cons: "We really disliked that we boarded the plane and just before taking off they made us get off again and never did confirm the real reason. The planes really need better maintenance since this is the second time in two weeks we have to change planes due to problems."
Pros: "Crew"
Cons: "We sat for five hours waiting for a thunderstorm to end on a hot plane with no drinks."
Pros: "Seats were clean and nice"
Cons: "One crew member clearly is a disgruntled employee. It also should be against the law not to provide water without payment."
Pros: "Loved their crew and the way they contacted you over the internet to remind you to check in, etc."
Cons: "NOTHING BAD TO SAY-a 3 1/2 hour flight on a comfortable, well piloted plane beats a connection from LAX that ends up being 8 hours for travel that day all hollow!"
Pros: "No complaints about the trip to Newqrk. Everyone was very helpful and patient since I am an unexperienced flyer."
Cons: "I didn't like thinking I was paying one price then paying another or buying insurance that would have been useless since it doesn't cover anythIntg."
Pros: "the fare"
Cons: "the service - departure gates completely understaffed, no allegiant gate agent or staff in sight, only subcontractors and 2 that had to run 4 gates. Flight itself was fine."
Pros: "No Frills Business Travel Good price No hassle Everything on-time and efficient. A choice if I want extras including baggage, seat assignments, etc. Airport convenience"
Cons: "Two planes of passengers in gate area delayed takeoff without warning or information."
Pros: "It's like taking the public bus during rush hour. Organized chaos. But I guess you literally get what you pay for so, yeah. The crew was awesome though. No qualms there."
Cons: "Disorganized boarding. Even the extra room seats are cramped. Bathrooms are a step up from a porta potty. DO NOT SIT NEAR THEM unless you plan on holding your breath the while flight."
Pros: "The outbound leg went well except for the very uncomfortable seats that are thinly padded and do not recline. We left on time and arrived on time."
Cons: "The return trip left five hours late due to a faulty plane. I appreciate not using a plane that was mechanically not working. I also appreciate that we did finally leave on the same day we were to leave. The replacement plane was as uncomfortable as the plane used in the first leg of my round trip."
Pros: "The price range is far for travelers"
Cons: "They should give free snacks and water juice to the customers that travel with this airline. The other airlines off complimentary snacks and drinks other wise it was a good experience"
Pros: "Price ok"
Cons: "Poor rude service. Waited 45 min once boarded to leave Hard to find flight info once booked Won't use again"
