Cons: "My 06:05 am flight was cx'd on 12/6 due to weather condition. I was moved to another flight which would turn a 2 hour direct to 8+ hours to Las. It would not work for me, and there is no other resolutions that Alaska airline could offer. So I had to buy a new ticket from Delta at the airport and flew out at 7:30am. Noted the very next Alaska flight @7:30am and the rest of the direct flights for the day to Las were all on time departure flights. I must say that i am disappointed for Alaska's emergency contangecy plan and its response to a mild conditioned winter weather, and afterall the "best resolutions" that the airline could offer."

BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

By the way, the American flight was delaying takeoff to wait for passengers who had been delayed on their connecting flights."

She wandered for about 35 minutes before I could decipher where she was at and was able to direct her by phone. The gate personnel just told her to follow everyone else. They moved her before the rest of the flight had boarded, so the seating got messed up and took quite a bit of time to sort out. The flight crew seemed to be extremely put off by the whole scenario and couldn't seem to keep their displeasure professionally under control. I ended up volunteering to move because the passengers who caused the problem refused to bend. For all the crew's displeasure, they didn't handle the passengers, the passengers handled them."

Then the lady told me that my warranty on the bag will cover the damage. It was obvious she was not willing to help and did not have a clue what she was doing thus I just logged the complaint and had by suitcase sorted out the San Francisco Airport. Cons: "The airplane was very filthy The seat in front of me was very dirty I asked the pilot for a sanitizer napkin he said that they didnt have anything. I asked for a paper towel so I could clean the seat and it took him 25 minutes to bring it. It just seem like the plane was really nasty Th 2 guys in my row saw the same thing"

Cons: "A special circle in Dante's Hell should be reserved for the Frontier executives who approved the seat design. The non-reclining seat backs are fairly comfortable, but the seat bottoms appear to have about 1/4 inch of foam padding over a hard shell. Did anybody actually test these things out by sitting in them for over 10 minutes?"

Cons: "Scariest plane ride ever, the pilot landed terrible, I don't even know how to explain it. So much stress we practically nose dived, it was like they realized "dang we have to land, I forgot about that, let's go straight down and almost crash""

Pros: "It was fast easy simple. I thought charging for hand luggage as crazy but they seemed flexible about what a purse is. Ate nothing, didn't watch anything. Stewardesses warm and friendly."

Cons: "The plane departed 45 minutes behind schedule. When we arrived, 20 people or so did not receive their luggage. Frontier representatives were nowhere to be found. Finally someone came and herded us upstairs, gave us no information about our luggage, and had us form a line to file a claim. Frontier staff was utterly unapologetic and had no sense of urgency. I still don't know where my bag is. The plane was supposed to land at 12:45, and I left the airport at 3:30 and missed an important work meeting."

Cons: "My plans changed and I was not able to leave on the original date booked. My great $58 fare was completely lost. To change the ticket, a $99 change fee had to be paid along with a $25 fee assessed because the booking went through a 3rd party. I ended up buying a brand new ticket on a different airline."

Cons: "Llegamos al aeropuerto con mi familia con una hora de antelación. Al llegar a la zona del check-in encontramos una cola muy larga y desordenada. Dado que fue la primera vez en ese aeropuerto y con Spirit no llegamos al mostrador del check-in con 45 minutos de antelación y perdimos el vuelo. No había nadie que nos ayudó ni que hable español. Finalmente perdimos y vuelo y viajamos por Jetblue. El costo del pasaje supero los 400 dólares que no lo teníamos presupuestado. En pocas palabras, una experiencia no agradable."

Cons: "Compre este vuelo atravez de kayak, one way con escala en forloderler, Florida para mi mama una persona que necesita asistencia. Adquiri el servicio de silla de ruedas. Primero le hacen pagar 52$ dolares por su maleta. Cuando hace el stop ella va al baño se pierde consigue alguin que la ayude la llevan al front desk y le hacen pasar todo el proceso de check in again simplemente por que se perdio y no supo como regresar a su gate. La agangr de sprint le quiere volver a cobrar 52$ por su carry on nuevamente. Mi mama la nerviosa y llorosa me comunica con la agente de sprint. Le indico por teléfono que mi mama no tiene suficiente dinero con ella para pagar la maleta nuevamente que la unica forma seria que me tomara el pago por telefono vuelvo y le expecifico que mi mama es una paciente nerviosa y con condiciones que ella necesita asistencia. Me indica que me comunicara con la manager, no hable con esta pero ella entendio la situación de mi mama y le endico al la agente que no tenia que pagar por su maleta. En todo esto un mal servicio para pacientes con limitada capacitación. Jamas vuelvo a volar por spritit ni poner a mi mama en una situación como esta."
