His explanation of de-icing, and how it might cause an odor or even haziness in the cabin was very helpful so that I didn't worry when the odor happened. I do like Delta very much."

Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

BA booked me on the flight but failed to change my ticket from the original flight causing me to miss the flight from Kansas City. At the airport BA agent told me on the phone that I would have to wait 3 more days after I had already waited 3 days because BA canceled my original flight. Because of the flight cancelation I missed two days of work and because of the failure to ticket my following flight I almost missed a full week of work. The BA booking person seemed content that there was no way I could make it to Saudi prior to the end of the week. Fortunately, the AA agent was able to find a way for me to continue my trip on a later flight."

Cons: "The only issue that I have is the fact of the charge for the charge of the suitcase and the carryon as so much that when we get to the plane there is not enough room for all of the carryons"
Pros: "I liked, that the staff was nice and friendly, I got my gluten-free food and there was enough entertainment (movies, movies, ...) to choose from, which made it a pleasant flight. Unfortunately, our flight from Munich to Toronto had a delay, so I couldn't make it to the connecting flight. Without having to ask or complain, Air Canada booked us on the next possible flight, which was the next morning, and gave us the boarding passes and a voucher for a Sheradon hotel close to Toronto airport, where I went by a free Sheradon Shuttle bus."
Cons: "I would have liked to be informed more than two times in 30minutes at the boarding area, about what was going on with the plane having to start later. It's not the waiting that is the bad thing in my eyes, it's the not knowing what is going on, also for passengers arriving after the first announcement. I could imagine people being a little more understanding, if they know what is going on, as well as your staff being less busy to answer questions, but instead being able to solve part of the problem."

Cons: "There was a thunderstorm & a wreck that morning, so even though we planned to arrive 90 minutes before boarding we ended up not making it until avout 62 minutes before flight time. They only had one gate agent and she stepped away before we could check in. Assuming she'd be right back, we waited for her instead of checking in by terminal. By the time she returned it was too late to check in and they wouldn't let us board. Air Canada didn't have another flight until the next day, so we had to spend $5000 to re-book our flight on a different airline."

Cons: "Air Canada Boarding agent was rude when I inquired about taking an earlier flight. Her reply was, "The boarding for this earlier flight has now closed- even if I were able to get you on, you would be paying a change fee". I'm tired of the attitude of many of the Air Canada boarding agents."
Pros: "Air Canada is the worst, another late flight, mechanical problem and missed my connection to Calgary. I made it, but my bag didn't so they wouldn't let me on the plane."
Cons: "Please see my other comments in the first box. Over the last 5 flights to Calgary, I have been late 3 times by more than an hour, missed my connection and they have lost my bags twice. Both times I was on the plan and my bag wasn't? How can they can send me on my flight without my bags, yet, they screwed up and I get there on time without my bags and they will not let me on the plane."
Pros: "In spite of the issues with the equipment (screens & lights) he crew was very reactive and listen to our request."
Cons: "The screens of an entire row didn't work at all making it impossible to watch movies, listen to music or watch the flight's info. On top of that, when I wanted to read, I figured the light above my seat did not work either."

Cons: "Served dinner too late. Only one beverage offer on a 6 hour flight. My companions luggage was lost and it took CA more than 48 hours to deliver. Won't be seeking travel on AC anytime soon."

Cons: "There was more kids then adults in the plane. The food was terrible, surged too late for a flight to a muslin country with almost everyone fasting on board. Once it was served, left side of the plane was served first while kids on the right side claming their meals and not understanding why they are not getting any. The bathrooms were dirty. No screens on board. The seats bead some upholstery work."
Cons: "My sister is still stuck in Paris after she was rerouted there from Toronto to catch a Royal Air Maroc flight. The air canada office closed and the phone line people have failed to ensure that her ticket was paid for so she's been stuck for two days in Paris and traveling a total of three days!!"
Pros: "Nice helpful staff, kept bringing by a water bottle to fill my water up."

Cons: "My tv screen froze and when a meal was served I let the flight attendant know. She said they would reset it. An hour later it hadn't been reset. I turned on my call light. No one ever came. A male flight attendant proceeded to chat with a woman about hockey for a half hour or more and ignored my light. He went away for a bit and came back and chatted some more. For the last 3 plus hours of the flight my screen didn't work."
Pros: "I am traveling with a friend that needs a wheel chair. The staff in Miami made sure that we got to our gate and boarded first. In Toronto they got us through immigration very quickly and got us to the gate an loaded on to the plane to TelAviv with a coordinated team that was really great. Our terminal of arrival and departure were very far apart. A wheel chair was ready and waiting, then a motorized cart was ready and waiting. The transition from one staff member to another was amazing. I would fly Air Canada anytime I could."
Cons: "I didn't enjoy the hassle of not having a seat assignment until 24 hours before flight time."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 7 hours for Macanical problems (not weather). The plane itself was so small I couldn't even stand in it. No room for carry on bags and honestly was treated very poorly when asking questions about the delays. No one at gate check ins to talk to until 5mins before boarding time. Out of all my years traveling I've never been more poorly treated."
